Pros: St Emillion was almost completely closed in January. Only one restaurant in the town, Chai Pascal was open for lunch. We had to drive to Libourne for dinner. I would recommend this gorgeous chateau to everyone and am even considering it as a venue for my wedding!

Pros: We loved Le Relais Franc Mayne , just a quarter mile from St. Emilion village center, set within their vineyards. It is a charming Chateau with lovely staff who presented a beautiful French Breakfast. There is private parking at the Chateau and if time permits, one can schedule a short Winery Tour. We loved this gorgeous French Wine Country and would return for a few more very relaxing days. Even though we stayed here in October, I suppose it would be wonderful in any season, especially summer!

Pros: Myself and my 18 year old daughter stayed at La Maison des Aurélines for 3 nights. We got a lovely warm welcome from Carolina and Roland and got to share a bottle of their lovely sparkling Rosé with them. Our room was perfect, very comfortable, it is so quiet at night that I had the best sleep in a long time. The continental breakfast was lovely and the recommendation from Carolina to use the Park & Ride in Bordeaux was invaluable. We also enjoyed a tour of the winery and the cellar and the education on producing wine in Bordeaux. We will certainly return for another visit!

Pros: Situated in the midst of well kept vineyards the around 300 year old Mansion tells its own story. Listen well and you will hear a lot.. Serene, no light pollution at night, hardly a sound, inviting to meditate or do some writing. It feels like the massive limestone walls are breathing, regulating freshness. Very special and impressive indeed. Want to have some different kind of entertainment? Bordeaux is et less than one hour. A great deal of our successful stay in January 2018 must be attributed to our very kind and helpful hostess. Thank you for everything!
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This little retreat was perfect for our needs as a family. Our kids were thrilled with their room, and we were thrilled with ours. The breakfast was hearty and plentiful, and we were only a few driving minutes from many charming little towns. Best of all, though, were the hosts. They were kind, warm, generous, funny, and truly a pleasure to spend time with. They gave us a tour of their working winery (with a tasting), and did everything they could to make our stay an exceptional one. This is not a luxury property: it is rustic and a bit off the beaten path. But we would not have traded our time here for anywhere else. Thanks for a wonderful few days. This was truly the highlight of our vacation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This property is excellent value for money. We received a very warm welcome from our host that included a personalized tour of the vineyards and the family's wine production. A welcome change from the tours of large, more commercialized wineries in the St Emilion region. Breakfast was delightful, not only on account of the good food but the friendly conversation with our host. The house is rustic but charming. It is off the beaten path in a quiet and very scenic area. As it is somewhat difficult to find, it is best to check out directions beforehand.

Pros: The grounds of the Chateau are amazing. The building and the rooms are decorated with high quality fixtures and the design is top notch. We had a tour of the vineyard with wine tasting, and needless to say their wines are great, especially the reds. We received a bottle of Versannes in our room, which we really enjoyed. Just a tip for wine and bath enthusiasts, you should book the Versannes room - the bathroom has a huge window overlooking the vineyard and it comes with a bottle of wine with the same name. Also they ship wine internationally, a good thing to know in case you are flying back home and want to buy a few bottles from the Chateau. All in all, we totally recommend the wine and the property as a whole :)

Pros: Comfortable room Friendly staff
Cons: Terrible wifi Food at restaurant was ok. Some was great some was mediocre
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice.
Cons: The price/value relationship is not good for this hotel. For the price paid for the rooms, the quality of the rooms and the facilities should be much better. The first room we checked in had an HVAC problem and the room was extremely warm and wouldn't cool down. Additionally, the rooms have a white "shag" carpet which looks dated and not particularly clean. The upholstered bench at the foot of the bed was covered with stains which is not something you would expect from a hotel at this price point. The staff moved us to another room. The extremely cheap hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall would work for about 1 1/2 minutes before shutting off. We had to have the front desk deliver another one. Again, the staff was nice but the quality and cleanliness of the rooms is not at the level of the price of the rooms. It seems the hotel leverages the fantastic location and the chateau itself as the means for justifying the price for the rooms and not the quality and condition of the rooms themselves.

Pros: Absolutely loved this place. We had a romantic birthday weekend and it could not have been better. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was superb. Nothing bad to say except we wanted to stay longer!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location -most staff where excellent
Cons: Concierge was not as pleasant and helpful as she might have been Breakfast on the Sunday was a bit of a shambles Burnt bacon unedible Ran out of bread clearing tables 20 mins before end of service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is convenient to access the nearby wineries and Saint Emillion town center. It is only less than an hour of drive to Bordeaux city center.
Cons: The staff came to check if we need anything after 10 pm. We didn't expect anyone will knock on our door after 10 pm so we didn't response her in time. Then the staff opened the door with her master key. We were surprised on this move. The staff should come to check each room at much earlier time.
7.9 Good
Pros: location, once you find it of course. attentive staff mostly. fixture quality
Cons: took a long time to find if you come through montagne to saint émilion internet, you have to complain to get working internet and then you have return 3 or 4 times a day cause the battery runs down and they wont provide a charger. not truly a bed and breakfast as they try to add on charging but misexplained to us on checkin. the breakfast cook might literally be the worst cook in europe (breakfast steak overcooked, omelette not prepared to order, pancakes so hard you could bounce them on the floor).

Pros: Breakfast was very good with cold meats, cheese and fresh breads from the local boulengerie, cereals, a fresh individual fruit salad and lovely croissants. Rooms very quiet and well insulated against noise and quite large. The place is in a quiet tranquil location overlooked by vineyards and there is plenty of tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.
Cons: Not much, British tastes tend to like a kettle and tea, coffee facilities in the rooms but this was provided in the breakfast room which was open to guests until late.

Pros: Located in the middle of vineyard the place was especially beautiful in the beginning of Oct while grape harvest. Our walks though the lines of grape bush/trees were wonderful. The place is near the St. Emillion and it's worth to visit this famous town. In the evenings hosts suggest degustation of a couple the vines of their winery. And the last indeed are worth to try.

Situated in Puisseguin, this hotel is 2 mi (3.3 km) from Chateaux Beausejour and Langlais and 2.3 mi (3.7 km) from Chateaux Vieux Mougnac. Chateau Siaurac and Chateau Brun are also within 6 mi (10 km).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Maybe a little expensive for the quality of accommodation overall compared to other Logis hotels.
Cons: Staff too rushed in the Restaurant although it was Saturday evening and all tables occupied. Attention to detail for us was a little lacking for example we were not offered an amuse bouche whereas all others guests were and a simple request to change something to a dish on the menu was refused by the Kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good dinner and breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious rooms, helpful staff, nearby many vineyards, free parking
Cons: There were several spiders each night in the room, along with many in the hallway. This may be “to be expected” in an old chateau, but it would be helpful if the cleaning crew could clean up the hallways. Many stairs to get to room (a few steps at least 5 times) which was a bit of a hassle with heavy luggage.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great property on the outskirts of puisseguin. Very easy to access and a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is absolutely delicious. Perfect place to enjoy wine tasting both in the property and nearby.
Cons: Nothing to reproach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We did not have breakfast.
Cons: The service at dinner was very very poor. We waited 45 minutes for someone to bring us a menu and then another 20 minutes before we were asked if we would like some water. We ordered white wine for our entree but were brought a rosê. We ordered a red wine to accompany the main dish (le plat) and none was delivered. We were almost finished eating the meat and still no wine, so, I walked around trying to find someone but there was no one available. So, I walked into the kitchen and asked one of the two "servers" if they would please get us some wine before we finished our dinner. They were shocked to see me in the kitchen, but I had no other options. We liked the food but the lack of service ruined the everning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spacious rooms (duplex family). Great location, lovely grounds. Wonderful pool which we had to ourselves. Fabulous food.
Cons: Expensive breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: The dining room was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The dinner meals were of very high caliber. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would return if in this region again
Cons: There could be more comfortable seating outside just near the rooms. We didn’t use pool due to poor weather.
