Clean, hot showers, good wifi, friendly staff, offer lots of tours of the area. Breakfast was good
Clean, comfortable, great location and the staff were very accommodating with our early arrival from Cusco. Thanks!
I don't want to be negative because you basically get what you pay for the price was very reasonable for being right downtown Puno the room was very comfortable and clean but of course very plain and simple bathroom is fine showers were hot people did not speak English after all it is Peru why should they. When I got there they could not find my reservation don't know what the reason was all in all it was a decent stay.
When we wanted to leave early in the morning to catch our bus, no one was at the reception and the front door was locked. We waited for 15min until finally an employee showed up and almost missed our bus. There was no staff around and we were locked inside our hotel!!! In addition to that, it was very loud during the night and not very clean. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it.
Comfy warm beds, pretty clean, good wifi, hot water! So everything you want for a decent price.
Staff were a little unorganised. Found the receptionist fast asleep on our second morning when we came down for breakfast, then took him about half an hour to get breakfast ready for us. They lock the front door so when we returned and wanted to stay a second time all the staff were locked inside without a key so couldn't let us in to stay, we went elsewhere. Wish they would some jam for the breakfast, like they said they would! A little noisy from the street.
