Pros: Such an interesting 'eco' property and hosts. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Lovely home made breakfasts and we were made very welcome. We like Punta Secca and we will definitely try and stay here again when we are next in Sicily.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this B&B: the thoughtful design, the lovely roof-terrace, the comfortable room, the absolutely fantastic breakfasts, and the very friendly and attentive family who run the place. Thank-you Licia and family for making our week's stay so delightful. The location is great, very close to the sea but in a quiet side street, so unaffected by all the seaside noise and crowds. It's an excellent location for exploring the Baroque towns in the region: mornings spent sightseeing and late afternoons on the beach - perfect!
Cons: It would have been good to have a small fridge in the room, though we were able to use the family fridge as we wished.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The re-designing of interior of property using contemporary alternative thinking and eco considered use of materials, Clean and cool room, comfortable beds Superb roof top terrace. Friendly and engaging owners.
Cons: Hand basin poorly fitted and finished. Request for twin beds (requested at time of original booking was ignored (although changed after our insistence) their initial reasoning being that twin bed is same as double bed.... No, it is not

Pros: Hosts are really great and location is delicious! I’d really recommend you, I’ve been there just one night but that was enough to fall in love with it! Don’t miss the rooftop!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The amazing choice at breakfast, there was something to suit everyone's taste with homemade bread and cake baked fresh everyday. The hosts made us feel so welcome, more like visiting friends.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast on roof terrace. Fresh and functional eco design, no television in the room. Nice and clean beach two minutes away, beach chairs and parasol available at the BnB. Good restaurants in walking distance. Fully recommended.
Cons: Liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ecologically designed, the interior has been extremely well executed to mirror both the artistic talents & life ethos of the owner, Licia. Both Licia and her parents were an absolute delight, and very generously invited all the guests to an evening with friends to sample the delights of hot ricotta, at the foot of the Castello Donnalucata. Attention to detail, warmth & a generosity of spirit have ensured that my stay there has put the other hotels that I stayed at during my trip very much in the shade!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is a work of art well worth visiting for the architecture itself. The hosts were most lovely and accommodating, the home made breakfast spread was delectable and the beach was beautiful. This was definitely one of my favourite spots during our 2 week vacation in Sicily! Mille Grazie!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a warm welcome and help with our bags. The room was bright and comfortable and we liked the eco touches (structure and feature walls). Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. The bnb is a credit to the hard work of the family. It's in a very handy location.

Pros: Lovely pool area. The gardener was lovely and showed us the fruit and vegetable area and encouraged us to help ourselves. Thomas did his best at breakfast time he said he was managing on his own until Sunday when his parents would return. He cooked eggs from the chickens for us.
Cons: We were expecting tea and coffee facilities there were none eventually Thomas found us a couple of mugs and we heated water in a pan after Thomas had switched the gas on! We were surprised to find a note in the rooms saying rooms will be cleaned every three days and a an extra charge of 5 euros per person was required for daily cleaning.

Pros: Our host was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. WiFi excellent too. We had a fantastic breakfast with all kinds of fruit - grown in the gardens - and croissants, bread , ham and the list goes on. A perfect stay in perfectly lovely gardens. We should have stayed longer but we had a rendezvous near Palermo.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A great swimming pool! Lovely garden including birds and a peacock. Very comfortable and quiet room and bed. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast by a lovely fountain. Punta Secca is a nice if quite basic village with a neat little beach and a good restaurant/trattoria scene.
Cons: The immediate surroundings beyond the oasis-like property are not especially picturesque irrigation farms. punta Secca is a fairly long drive over not very good roads if coming from Catania airport.

Pros: Fabulous property with beautiful grounds. Breakfast area, terraces and pool all great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The B&B is much better in real life, just stunning! Elisa is a wonderful host and made sure we were given sufficient information for our stay. If there is anything you need, she is just a phone call away. Facilities are superb, bbq is available for you to use should you wish to stay put in the evening and there is plenty of outside space with table and chairs to eat al fresco. The pool is extremely enticing but unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough for us to try. Would most definitely return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay started with a very warm welcome by Elisa, as well as caring staff which is looking after their impressive garden every day with local plants and even animals. Breakfast inside small extra cozy house with Elisa’s kind company and local fruits, marmelade and special different cake always, was kind of blessing to start your day in right way. Comfortable bed, big enough showee, amazing and cozy private swimming, nice view to the sea, all facilities allow you to enjoy your stay without any worries. Nice location, but requires a means of transportations

Pros: My stay at Villa Giulia was amazing. I was there for a photography festival happening in town and I booked my accommodation quite late. However, this was the best decision! The property is fantastic, it's really hard to describe in words how beautiful it is, you can check out the pictures but once you arrive there it's even better. The room was spotless cleaned, cozy, with privacy, nothing I could complain about. Special mention goes to the breakfast: there is so much choice you don't know even know what to choose from. They asked me if I had any preference for the breakfast and I said I was lactose intolerant. Following morning there were both so and almond milks on the table, amazing. Unfortunately I only spent a night there, so I couldn't try everything but I loved the homemade jams that Thomas' mother made. Thomas' family is fantastic, they are really kind and they will just make you fell at home.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Immaculately set up, ‘as new’ and nicely furnished, if functional rather than decorative. Everything worked well and the beds were comfortable. Good breakfast options and attentive host. Easy free parking on the road. Quiet spot when we stayed in September.
Cons: Few facilities in immediate vicinity. About 30 minute walk or 8 minute drive to Punta Secca. Not a big problem. Purtroppo la signora non parla inglese, ma lei è molto simpatica.
