Breakfast was of continental style, Brwead, Ham, Cheese, tea, coffee, assorted cold juices, not a lot of choice but ample with many bars and restaurants very closeby. The beach is 50 meters from the front door and there is about 2 miles of it. Very cheap for taxi to Vilamoura Harbour and golf courses.
My room altghough very clean and tidy and was made up every day with fresh towels I had no view whatsoever completely cut off in the corner iof the hotel.
