Set in Massaciuccoli, 42 km from Livorno, La Piaggetta offers a garden and free WiFi. Pisa is 21 km from the holiday home, while Lucca is 16 km from the property. The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, 23 km from La Piaggetta.
Pros: Nice location
Pros: The place is very nice, on the lake. It looks like an old place that could be restored/refreshed to make it exceptional, but in truth all the necessary facilities for the guests are already available. It's very quiet, there is a large and beautiful garden, the rooms have a lot of charm, they are well decorated. The price was very reasonable for such a place. Breakfast is excellent and flexible for schedule, you can borrow bikes, even a boat for free. And the hosts are very efficient and kind.
Cons: You need a car to get to the place, it's 3km from the local train station (Massarosa Bolzano), with few trains going through there.
With a stay at Hotel La Pace, you'll be centrally located in Pisa, within a 15-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Mediterranean Institute of Linguistics Pisa (ILM). Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Pisa? This hotel has facilities measuring 431 square feet (40 square meters), including a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Close to train station (few steps) and 5 minutes drive to airport. Excellent for late or early flights. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Coffee only available in afternoon since they want you to have the overpriced breakfast in the morning.
Pros: The hotel was ok. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at the reception are well trained, nice and helpful!
Cons: The only issue was with the shower. Switching from the hand held shower to the overhead one was mulfunctioning.
Pros: Good no frills accommodation , excellent breakfast
Pros: The location was very convenient to the train station, airport, and the historic sights of Pisa. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The front desk staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night, and the front desk person was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Check out with other staff was the same. The room was clean and met our expectations.
Cons: The immediate block or two right around the hotel felt a little unsafe late at night, but the front desk staff was very helpful in recommending where to go and what areas were safe for walking at that time. During the day, the area did not feel unsafe.
When you stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno in Pisa, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute walk of Leaning Tower and Piazza del Duomo. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Stayed one night in Pisa and this was great value for money. Free parking on site was a bonus. weather was bad so we could eat in the hotel restaurant. Room clean and it was central in the middle of the city.
Pros: Staff helpful and friendly. Cheak iin and out quick and easy. Breakfast good selection.
Cons: Location right on a very busy road, which you have to cross and go through a underpath to get to anywhere walking. Room very dated. worn old carpet, which looked dirty, so you need to keep foot ware on. Bed sheets clean, but there was no mattress protected cover. Dirty marks on sides of bedside tables also grubby light switchs. En suite small but clean. Towels very worn. Dining room very dowdy looking, plastic brown table covers. Should not be advertised as a 4 star not even a 3. I only booked this hotel on advertising 4 stars. Very disappointing hotel. Photos must have been taken of the Hotel and rooms when it was first opened a few years ago.
Cons: Location is far from center. Rooms are very noisy. Rooms are very old.
Pros: Air conditioning was nice. Good location. Friendly staff.
Cons: The WiFi was terrible. Bad coffee for breakfast.
Pros: Its about 15 mins walk from the tower and the cathedral.
Cons: Walls are a bit thin and you can hear some of your neighbors if they are louder.
Pros: Staff very helpful and convenient to Tower and railway station via a short can ride.
Pros: Breakfast was very good, location was very good too only 15 minutes to the centre of pisa and all the attractions,,,
Cons: I was very impressed with the hotel for the price, staff were very attentive and even organised a small take away breakfast for us because of our early flight
Pros: Staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Good for short stay
Cons: Beds too firm for us. Areas of hotel looking tired
Pros: The location is quiet, close to the leaning tower of Pisa. If you want to stay in the hotel and relax for a extended vacation, this is the hotel you should choose.
Cons: There is no iron in the room which is quite unexpected for a 4 star hotel. They have iron in a common place but the location is not convenient. If you want to extend your stay , you should inform them earlier. The staff don't seem to be interested to extend 1 night after 10 nights stay.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, could be better.
Pros: It needs renovation, few of the staff have bad temperament. It is not a 4 star hotel! the location is good if you arriving via train station and also close to airport. However the bathroom is not comfortable, rooms needs quick renovation
Pros: Great location to use as a base for getting around the area as its right over the road from the train station and only a 10 minute taxi from the airport. Its easy to get on the train to the Cinque Terre , Lucca, Firenze and see much more of wonderful Tuscany
Cons: Not the cleanest hotel in the world. The surrounding area is a little run down with lots of street hawkers trying to sell the usual stuff people don't need. Did not find the staff overly friendly, they are not rude but then again could smile more
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, great proximity to train station and airport!
Pros: Kind staff and helpful.
Cons: The room was too small and the door was very old. I woke up from a water noise at 4 am! Someone in the room next door was taking a shower and at first I thought that the sound comes from my room! No isolation at all!!
Pros: One day stay in Pisa. I have chosen NH Hotel to be close to the airport as I had an early flight. The location was good just in front of the railway station. Room comfortable and quiet although a bit small. The personnel was very kind. Good price / quality ratio.
Cons: The hotel although renovated some years go starts to show the need for being refurbished.
Pros: Nice room, very modern and clean.
Cons: I’ve asked for a quiet room and they gave me the room at first floor, beside the train station, bus station. They could have done better !

Pros: Location. Older times grandeur
Cons: Needs upgrading. Bathtubs without handles are dangerous for seniors like me.
Pros: Very good location and friendly staff. Nice room views overlooking the street and leaning tower.
Cons: Breakfast could of had more of a selection. Very noisy outside with crowds during the night throughout to the morning when the streets are cleaned.
Pros: Views, location, staff
Cons: Lack of plug sockets and the WIFI didn’t work in our room
Pros: Most importantly the location of this hotel is fantastic the view of the tower and the short walk to it were wonderful. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was better than expected (I'm vegan and wasn't expecting to have such great options in Tuscany).
Cons: The price was higher than when I was first looking but I guess this isn't really a complaint. My friend booked a room one night earlier (I arrived the following day) and she got a much better rate.
Pros: They were really helpful
Pros: The location is unbeatable. From the rooftop you have an outstanding view of the Tower.
Cons: The hotel is on the older side. Many of the rooms just need to updated and renovated.
Pros: very close to Tower, fantastic breakfast. Great view from outside top floor bar.
Cons: There is no WiFi in room despite advertising it. Shower sprays all over bathroom and ceiling. Tired looking hotel.
Pros: The hotel is in perfect location very close to the leaning tower of Pisa. Lorenzo the front desk receptionist was very helpful & has excellent rapport.
Cons: The rooftop restaurant has a excellent view of the dome & leaning tower & sunset but was not impressed with the waiters & has a limited selection of dishes.
With a stay at B&B Hotel Pisa in Pisa, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Congress Palace. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice comfortable rooms for family with 2 children
Pros: For the budget, the hotel was beyond adequate. The breakfast spread was excellent, and was totally worth it for their weekend pricing.
Cons: The rooms were minimal in amenities. A hot water kettle would have been good, although the staff were accommodating to provide hot water from the reception when requested.
Pros: Spacious rooms.
Cons: Jacuzzi in the bathroom which poses a hygienic risk. Not functioning anyway. Too cold rooms. Very slow check-in with Natalia.
Pros: Beatrice in the evening staff was lovely made sure we knew everything about the hotel, clean spacious rooms
Pros: Room didn't have a basic kettle or cups.. For the amount thet charged, this should be the given. Quite shocked.
Cons: As mentioned earlier, no kettle so had to go down stairs to get cups to the room myself.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Room was huge, very comfortable, nice breakfast as well
Pros: This is a good hotel if you want something in a great location with no frills. Very simple, clean and nothing special. The breakfast was a lot better than I thought it would be. Rooms were simple, small and clean. The bathroom was nice and good sized.
Pros: Good quiet location close to the river and short walk to train station.
Cons: Not enough power sockets.
Pros: Very quiet ,clean Easy walking distance from the train station.
Pros: Pleasant helpful staff. Cleanliness of the facilities. The hotel was quiet. The quality & range of breakfast menu was excellent.
Pros: breakfast was great! large selection and great quality. Easy to get a table and the staff were friendly and very accomodating the whole duration of our stay. Location was great as near both the station as well as walking distance to the city centre. Highly recommend.
Cons: The standard of room could have been better for the price that we paid. However we were satisfied as we were only there for one night before moving to florence.
Pros: Decent hotel which allowed me a late check out.
Pros: Excellent breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Good location,
Cons: Single room was very small though adequate for my needs. Was aware every time someone flushed toilet above me.
Pros: Greeted at the reception within 2 minutes with a smile and given restaurant recommendations within walking distance. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very appetising and the staff were incredibly polite. Within walking distance of many restaurants and to the majority of the sight seeing spots. Would recommend.
Pros: Good location. Good value for the money.
Cons: Don't bother with the breakfast if it is not included in your reservation. It is not worth the price.
When you stay at Hotel Repubblica Marinara in Pisa, you'll be near the airport, you'll be a 8-minute drive from National Museum of San Matteo. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Pisa? This hotel has facilities measuring 1615 square feet (150 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Nothing much near
Pros: This was a last minute solution to a flight cancellation and the reviews seemed positive. It’s certainly a cheap place to stay.
Cons: It was scruffy and dated in places. The first room smelled of drains and the second was only a little better. The water was not massively hot for the shower. The wall behind the curtain was very mouldy. While you cannot really complain at the price I would caution anyone against staying if it’s any more than a quick nights sleep.
Pros: Convenient location. Nice modern hotel at reasonable price. Breakfast ok.
Cons: Breakfast coffee & juice could be better. Whatever happened to fresh orange juice in countries where oranges grow in abundance?
Pros: Clean room, good breakfast.
Cons: Not close to main attraction, if you have car you should be fine.
Pros: The room was very clean. Mini-fridge with water in it. The shower was small but had great water pressure. 30 minute walk or short drive to the Tower of Pisa. Short walk to a nice ice cream place. Large TV with some English channels. Free wifi and free parking!
Cons: Double beds in Europe are really just two twins pushed together but apparently that's standard.
Pros: The workers were friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a free parking. The room was big, and the bed was very confortable.
Cons: The bathroom had a shower curtain. That is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. Also, the curtain did not look clean. There was no hot water in the morning. We had to shower with very cold water.
Pros: Good location. Next to the bus stop to Pisa town. Rooms goods size Staff friendly and helpful
Pros: Excellent staff, from reception to chamber maids. Very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent restaurant both staff and food. Have already recommended friends who will be going later in the month. We will be returning later in the year.
Cons: The decor could do with a bit of a refresh. Could put menus in bedrooms. Didn't get a room with a view of the garden which I paid extra for.
Pros: The restaurant was excellent good food and service
Cons: Would be nice to have water in the room
The AC Hotel Pisa is located in the Heart of Cisanello area, emerging business district in Pisa less than 3 km from city historical center. The AC Hotel Pisa enjoys a strategic location with easy access to Piazza dei Miracoli and its world renowned Leaning Tower. Also, fast access routes nearby allow you to quickly reach the Cisanello hospital, train station, Pisa Exhibition Center Pisa Fiere and Galileo Galilei Airport. Thanks to its proximity to the highway also beaches like Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia and Torre del Lago Puccini are at short distance. This modern, avant-garde hotel features a fitness center and 107 guest rooms, fully equipped with a wide range of amenities such as plasma TV, extra comfortable bedding, mini-bar and free external parking. AC Lounge offers guests the possibility to delight themselves with the most authentic, traditional, yet innovative, and delicious food. Free 24h Fitness Room. Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel so that guests can easily connect to the internet.
Pros: First of all, I highly recommend booking also the breakfast. It's simply delicious and- for Italy- it includes a lot of options. The room is spacious and comfortable and the water pressure & flow of the shower makes you want to stay in there forever. Also, the hotel is not really that far away from the center of Pisa.
Cons: However, the stay wasn't exactly uneventful. The battery of the door was empty hence I had to call announce the front desk each time I wanted to enter the room as the card was impossible to use. Someone had to come & open the door with the classic old fashioned key. Slightly inconvenient. At some point I even had to leave the door opened while I was in the other room. Another minus would be the TV: not enough channels & nothing interesting on. Last but not least, while the shower is amazing, it is not confined within a shower cabin, there are no glass walls hence the water gets all over the bathroom no matter how careful you are.
Pros: The location for work was optimal. The rooms were cosy.
Cons: The rooms walls must be paper thin, could here the occupants (kids playing) in neighboring rooms. For a Marriott hotel I would've expected the breakfast to be much bigger/better.
Pros: It is close to a supermarket (about a 5 min walk) which is good to pick up essentials should you need them. And it is possible to walk to the town centre or train station which is a good 45-50 min walk away. Or you can catch a taxi which will be between €7-€12 one way, the staff can call you a taxi and you can get them at the train station. The shower was one of the best I have used as it got hot very fast and maintained temperature good. The windows opened up nice and wide also and one of them opened two ways by turning the handle the other way.
Cons: We had to change rooms because the safe was locked out, and could not be unlocked or reset (even by the staff). The iron was not a steam iron (something most hotels are guilty of for some reason). Our first room did not have tea and coffee facilities either, and in the second room there was a Caffitalia machine which had lots of bad limescale which was off putting, they did get someone to clean it but it was only half cleaned. I only used it once to make tea, and there was only one tea cartridge for the machine each day anyway. A simple kettle would have been so much better. And they just gave one complimentary bottle of water for three guests. The AC only seemed to warn the room, but as the windows opened wide this was not a big issue. Though the road close by was a little noisy. The WIFi is pretty bad also, and the TV was tiny (like 20 inches) but we were not there to watch TV. So there were some points lost for things that could have been easily avoided, that said they did rectify some issues by changing our room and were friendly.
Pros: Very comfortable, clean, modern. Nice room service and nice people.
Cons: Location was the only problem. You have to ask for a taxi every time you want to go to the center and every taxi ride is around 10 euro.
With a stay at Allegroitalia Pisa Tower Plaza in Pisa, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Leaning Tower and San Rossore Hospital. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I would recommend it to anyone that is travelling to Pisa. I work for a five star hotel in central London and I would say that their service is incredible.
Cons: Literally nothing
Pros: The location is great for visiting the leaning tower. The room size was good. The room was modern in design. Everything worked- hairdryer was good. One member of staff in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately didn't catch her name.
Cons: There were no bath robes, or extra blankets in the wardrobes. No full length mirror. The room was a bit cold even though I adjusted the temperature. I was awoken by a loud noise in the morning, which sounded like the housekeepers moving furniture around. The noise went on for the next two-three hours incrementally. The breakfast buffet: the rice was hard. Not a lot of choice. The table and floor I sat at were dirty with egg left on the floor. In the bathroom I only had two tissues inside the tissue box.
Cons: Very disappointed last night of our holiday looking forward to a luxury 5 star spa. The breakfast was appalling, dust under the bed, water ran orange, safe did not work, and we were in a so called suite!
Pros: Nice facility for the money, very nice room. Front desk staff and wait staff very attentive.
Cons: We were told our breakfast was included when we checked in but to find out in the morning it wasn't. The head waiter was not very nice about the situation, he was a jerk. Not well located to sites, this hotel is in a residential area.
Pros: The staff was perfect. Really friendly and when I could not open the door, one staff member directly went to the room to check it...
Cons: The weather, but that is something the hotel does not have influence on:D
Pros: the staff at the reception and the restaurant are especially welcoming, courteous and know their job well. Our room was very comfortable, well-sized and had all the amenities one would need.
Cons: It's a shame that the indoor pool closes in the winter months.
Pros: The room was big and confortable the hotel was beautiful the staff was very helpfull.
Cons: The swimming pool was close until 14 of june.
Pros: Amazing view of the Tower of Pisa and Cathedral! A bit outside the city so more relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the hotel. Gorgeous pool and outside area. Beautiful facilities and state of the art room. Totally great hotel and would stay there again in a minute!
Pros: Friendly staff with good customer service.
Cons: The toilet in our room had been used when we walked in. The floors were dirty and the bathroom counter top looked like it was going to break at any point. The swimming pool outside was nice but there were ants all underneath the chairs.
With a stay at Casa Betania in Pisa, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Congress Palace. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, luggage storage, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Most of the employees were nice and there IS a really good value
Cons: There were a lot of noise both early in the morning and late at night
Pros: Location, terrace, breakfast, helpful staff..
Cons: The bed was not a twin but a single.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Breakfast was very disappointing.
Pros: Good accomodation, nice breakfast.
Cons: Locations is not ideal.
Pros: clean and nice hotel. you have to go to the center by car. delicious breakfast. I recommend.
With a stay at Safestay Pisa in Pisa (Pisa City Centre), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Mezzogiorno. Featured amenities include a computer station, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location, Staff and the price unbeatable
Cons: I can't complain for the price ;)
Pros: Good price in this season. Staffs were nice. There’s lift.
Cons: Room itself had nothing more stunning than other hostels, there are indeed some parts which were not very perfect but those won’t effect too much on staying.
Pros: close to the train station the room smelled nothing and it was clean the hostel has dinner for 8 euros can eat outside
Cons: I did not expect that there would be a cleaning from 12 to 15, during which I could not be in the room, and I did not have time to wash in the morning. but if my english was better, I could read it in the rules
Pros: Staff really nice and helpful
Cons: The mattress and pillow.
Pros: The location was great as it was near the Pisa Centrale train station, and not very far from all the attractions Pisa has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering free luggage storage while I went to Livorno for a few hours. The breakfast was good, and so was the cappuccino! The room and bathroom were also clean.
Cons: The only negative part of the experience was the noise level late at night. Aside from the train tracks outside my room's windows, my bunkmates would always return to the room late at night and were loud. Additionally, there seemed to be no enforcement of the quiet policy as evidenced by the loud guests in the hallways late at night.
Pros: Fantastic location close to the train station and leaning tower, good community, 24hour reception, free luggage storage, and good value for money
Cons: The beds weren’t very comfortable, and could see a stain on the mattress in the bunk bed above. Otherwise clean
Pros: BREAKFAST GOOD
Cons: CLEANLINESS BAD, BAD SMELL IN THE ROOM LIKE MOLD SMELL PHOTOS DON'T CORRESPOND TO THE REALITY THEY SPEAK ABOUT 4 STARS. NEVER MAYBE 1 STAR MAX
Pros: It is a comfortable hotel and it is close too the airport of Pisa witch I think it´s good.
Pros: good welcoming staff, welcoming ambiance, very clean outdoor environment, park outside your room, excellent proximity to airport, very good value for money.
Cons: Rooms a little too tiny for a longer stay & breakfast was ok but could be better
Pros: not hard to find need to have a car if your staying here we did so it was ok
Cons: could hear people having sex in the next room we thought it was funny but you might not
Pros: Stuff, Room, Location, Room, Parking
Pros: quiet, good location
Pros: We only stayed one night so did not use any of the facilities but the staff were helpful and it was cheap so value for money.
Cons: The rooms were a bit old fashioned and dingy and there was no air conditioning which may be a problem if you stayed longer
Pros: Accomadation and facilities were as expected. On the end of the Red line Bus route was very handy.
Cons: Maid service was noisy first thing in the morning, would of liked quite till 09.30 hrs.
Pros: easy access to all sights including Tower and beaches
Cons: pool closed with bacteria in it, very small rooms
Cons: bath room
Pros: Nice hotel staff

Pros: Clean, friendly and helpful staff staff
Cons: Quality of sound isolation is very poor and design is uncomfortable
Pros: Location is bit far from the main city, however it can be easily reachable. breakfast was good as well as the staff.
Pros: Loved the buffet breakfast. The staff was also very helpful with arranging taxis for us. The kid games in the lobby was also a bonus for my 4 year old.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and express check-in. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
Pros: Everything was fine for its price! Good place to spend one night in Pisa.
Pros: The property was ideally located to see the Tower of Pisa and get to local shops. Check in was easy (although we did not see any staff).
Cons: Although adequate, the room was basic with a broken bed (although useable) and the worlds smallest shower. The owner has made clever use of space but the photographs on the site are misleading (although genuine). Walls are thin so we could hear every time the neighbours opened doors or used the bathroom
Pros: The property is small and welcoming. The staff are very friendly.
Cons: You can walk to the centre from the property but it is quite a walk. Because it was so small, only 3 guests there, I felt a little uncomfortable making any noise. It was so quite and it was obviously me when doing anything
Pros: Bed was nice in my room, and the room was warm in the winter, but unfortunately there was a little bit of smell of mold. Room is very loud in the night, lots of traffic passing by, and the toilet is keeping loud noise when people use it. No darkening curtains. The place is quite worn out.
With a stay at Hotel Galilei in Pisa, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Guelph Tower. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location is great and the hotel staff helped us to park the car, room was clean and comfortable, will definitely go back
Cons: Bad heating. Cold room
Pros: All of the above!
Cons: Good value, Clean, professional friendly staff. Good location for Pisa and airport. Massive bed.. lovely! Thank you!
Pros: Proximity to airport and sites.
Cons: Bad wifi, very mediocre service. Very substandard breakfast.
Pros: The room was very nice. It was the first time in many years we had a smoking room-very convenient for me,as I am a smoker. Excelent breakfast, very nice staff.
Pros: Staff are fantastic.
Pros: Nice and confy room
Cons: Average staff, taxes not included in booking price. Half a liter of water @ 2 euro on a 65 euro single room stay.
Pros: Very cooperative about late check in (midnight) and shuttle service (15 Euros). Very substantial breakfast included.
Cons: WIF did not work in room. TV did not work. Walls rather thin, hallway noise. Bathroom shower had mold.
Pros: Delicious complimentary breakfast. Clean and secure. Nice travel hotel.
With a stay at Hotel La Torre, you'll be centrally located in Pisa, within a 15-minute drive of Leaning Tower and Mezzogiorno. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out.
Pros: The breakfast was good, but not very nutritious. The location was good. It was close to the train station and one of the centers. Not far from much. It was fairly far from the points of travel like the tower of Pisa.
Cons: There could’ve been staff there all night. Everything was closed up after 9pm which wasn’t specified. The room should’ve been advertised better. It was smaller than pictured. There also should’ve been some better cleaning service. There was a cigarette smell all night when there shouldn’t have been.
Pros: No fuss and exactly as described
Pros: The staff was very nice and they waited for us.
Cons: The bathroom was very old and the shower cup was already used. There was no lift so we had to use the stairs with all the luggages.
Pros: The hotel was in the prime location near the railway which was very good. The hotel room was ok.
Cons: The worst breakfast I had ever had.
Pros: The location is great, it is very close to the train station also 30 minutes walk from the airport.
Cons: The given arrival time was between 14:00-0:00 on the site and the real check-in time is from 14:00 to 21:00 we arrived approximately 20 minutes later because of the delayed flight and no one was there. After we called the number that was given on the entrance door they sent us the code for the door so it was okay at the end but not too convenient for those who can’t speak neither English nor Italian. Maybe they should send the codes earlier just to be sure that the guest is able to enter.
Pros: Location is perfect for traveling by train and plane. Overall -quite good for the price
Cons: No option without breakfast, i really do not need such breakfast, it would be better if price will be some euro lower :)
Pros: The mattress was very comfy. Nice shower.
Pros: It is a nice and quiet hotel, good location and good staff. Price is reasonable. Totally recommend.
Cons: Breakfast could have more diversity of products.

Cons: Hotel next to a busy street and train station. We could hear everything in the room. Also the rooms are not well isolated and it is possible to hear the noise from the other rooms. We could not sleep the entire night. The mattress and pillows are not good.
Pros: The best is the location, close to Pisa central station
Cons: The hotel is old and smells bad. The breakfast is poor and food very industrial
Pros: Hotel not far from the train station, reception person was so helpful, he give me lots of advice about pizza restaurant. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice only coffee, but what I paid no problem at all .
Pros: The staff was ok, the bathroom was big.
Cons: I asked the staff to turn on the heater when it supposed to be already warm, me having a 3 months old baby. The breakfast was poor in food, rich in drinks. The wc was leaking in the wall somewhere.
Pros: Staff ok,did turn up heat when asked.
Cons: The room did not heat up, we end up sleeping with extra clothes and so did the baby.
Pros: Personnel was extremely kind. Place is conveniently located. Price is very good.
Cons: Cleanliness and maintenance are ok, but could be better. Bed frame was very basic.
Pros: The team of the hotel is amazing! There are nice and cheerful people in the hotel's team. They helped whenever I needed advices or open my Prosecco
Cons: The only bad thing was absence of isolation from noises of a street and from the other rooms. I got used to them after a couple of nights. Anyway you can use something for close your ears)))
Pros: Friendly reception and breakfast room was very family like

Cons: There was no tv :-)
Pros: It's in good location, the room was really clean and bed is big and comfortable. Easy access witout meeting the host and good for a short visit.
Cons: It was pretty cold in the room, even if I turned the heater on, and weak breeze was coming continuosly even if the window was completely shut down. Wi-fi couldn't work in the room at all, only in the corridor. In the shower the water was super cold, or super hot with very low preassure, no inbetween. Common toilet and bathroom with glass doors covered with transparent curtains are pretty strange ideas. After leaving the property I got some notification, that I was no show at the accomodation and not sure if I payed.
Pros: The spacious room
Cons: Tiny claustrophobic elevator
Cons: Shower heads shall be replaced by a new one.
Pros: Great location. Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: Very noisy.

Pros: The bed was super comfy. Easy to get to the train station.

Cons: The AC would turn on randomly and made a really loud noise that woke us up a few times during the night, which was annoying to say the least.

Pros: Comfortable bed, great bathroom (on the small side, but clean and great shower), nice furnishings, nice staff
Cons: If I were there to see the sites of Pisa, I might think it a bit of a farther walk, but not too far at all! The street is a little sketchy, but didn't feel unsafe.
