8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view. The proprietor Jean Claude was very helpful and gave us rose wine and toast with tapenade when we arrived. Very good breakfast with boiled eggs. Good value
Cons: The bathroom was very small
6.3 Good
Pros: The view is nice (although not breathtaking). Wi-fi reliable. Outside sitting area nice and spacious.
Cons: The room is extremely small for two people plus luggage. No space to turn around. The bathroom is even smaller and doesn’t even have a door for a little bit of privacy. Sink is extra small. No way to wash yourself properly. For a shower was no space so there’s simply a shower head over the whole room. The room is badly insulated, in summer it becomes so hot and sticky that there’s no chance to sleep. One can use sofas in front of the room and an outdoor sitting area, but there’s no door to the living area of the owner and they use it as the main entrance. So again no privacy. Breakfast very simple, she even wants to charge extra for fruit and juice. No croissants at all nor fresh bread - just reheated in the oven. A tiny piece of cheese and a raw egg, totally undercooked. The drive to Valensole and other destinations is rather exhausting with 40 mins or more on narrow and winding roads.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great view and swimming pool, homemade jams and outdoor area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect breakfast with a view on the lake. The hosts did everything for us to feel at home.
Cons: The only downside is the bathroom which is a part of the sleeping room divided by a thin paper wall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts were very friendly. We were welcomed with wine and crackers. Good breakfast of bread and croissant. We could make our own cups of tea or coffee during our stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful view from the terrace which unfortunately did not make up for the interior of the apartment.
Cons: The owners forgot that we were coming and took 2 1/2 hours to arrive after we called. Then the husband came-no apology! Gave us advice on the area and left! Noone came back until the next morning to 'make' breakfast. The bathroom, the pool and the sleeping area were clean, the rest of the house was a mess! Cat hair, dust, cheese and bread lying around (bread which she gave us for breakfast!) Disgusting fridge-even had flies in it! Dried fruit on breakfast table was moldy! Do not understand all the good reviews about the 'clean' apartment. We felt not welcomed and like a burden.

Pros: Over and above the high score we have given, the food (breakfast and dinner) was superb. Carefully sourced locally and as far as possible all organic. The hotel is family owned and managed with great attention to detail. We will definitely go back again. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant
Cons: The location is what it is... it can't be changed. BUT. Really really hard to find, even with a well functioning GPS. Were it not for a gentleman out walking his dog, who happened to be the next door neighbor, it is difficult to imagine how we would ever have found it
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cute property in a nicely secluded area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and comfortable house. So many lovely places to sit and relax. So nice and friendly owners. It was pity that we stay only for one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host were really lovely and their homemade food/breakfast was just delicious. Apart from the very pleasant stay we got a recommendation to one of the most beautiful hiking trail we've every been on. Hiking along the small Verdon canyon up to the "enchanted forest" just made our day perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were so nice, and helpful and FUN! We loved talking with them and getting their suggestions that ended up being our absolute favorite parts of our 2 weeks in France. The rooms are fantastic, clean, and comfortable. It was fun to have a delicious breakfast outside with the other guests and get to meet some other travelers.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived in the late afternoon and were directed to a nearby town for dinner, so breakfast was our first real experience of this place. And what an experience it was: we walked through the comfortable house and into the kitchen with a big welcoming family table: one inside and one outside, which is here we ate breakfasts of homemade müsli, fresh fruit, excellent breads and eggs on demand. At every meal we sat family style with sometimes new arrivals and sometimes the people we had met the day before. Never have I had a more relaxed, friendly start to my day as I had at Tom and Barbara's breakfast table. And that doesn't even begin to take in the fantastic and friendly evening meals we had twice during our 5-day stay.
Cons: I had a bit of trouble with the few steps from the parking area to the house, but I have an orthopaedic problem. After the first day I got used to negotiating the steps - they became part of the charm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tom and Barbara is so kind and easy to talk with. The room is spacious and the breakfast is amazing.Fresh made always the best. Near the Sainte-Croix du Verdon and Gorges du Verdon by driving.Reccomand to have dinner here. The food is so delicious and the unique experience to eat together with the host and other people from different place.Wish another chance to visit again!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Hard to find..
Cons: The room is very small. Walls in the bedroom are full of flecks. On the loor are full of ants. Our accomodation was good for maximally one night. Not for several days. We were disapointed. According presenting photos we looked forward to very nice room, but reality was absolutely different. Be careful. Only some of presented photos will be exactly from our accomodation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice terace, very good breakfast and dinner, nice place around for reading or relax.
