Nice location, beautiful vieuw from the room and friendly staff
Set in a beautiful location, it is such a relaxing environment with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The service in the restaurant was very slow; we did not mind this but other guests complained. I am unsure whether this was frequent or an isolated incident.
Friendly staff!. They did everthing to get me an internet connction.Due to the snow at the hill my car was parked at a lower lever.De owner of this beautiful Castello took my luggage next morning to my car. This is hospitality!
Very relaxed atmosphere in superb surrounds. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff yet they did not pester you. Our stay was excellent and would recommend it to everyone. Many steps which some people could find difficult. No
We liked the heated floor in the bathroom. It was a nice big bathroom with marble tiles. There was a lovely view out of the bedroom window. The furnishings were plush and comfortable. The service was a little slow eg no one took our dinner order in the bar, nor was anyone available to seat us in the restaurant or take our order for some time. Only one member of staff was working in the restaurant it seemed as if he also had to cover the bar. The restaurant also had one central light which made for a rather dingy atmosphere and they had donkey on the menu! Little of the hotel literature was in English although the staff spoke English.
we liked the area and the lovely views we were dissappointed with the breakfast.very limited choice which is more of a problem with children.we didnt think it was very child friendly, more for couples,my 2 daughters were told by a guest at the pool to stop laughing! .i would only recommend hotel to adults
The rooms and hotel grounds were very nice. The hotel food was also very good. A minor thing, but the internet service was slow and somewhat spotty.
I take 7 nights on this hotel. It was a pleasure to stay there; very nice people. A lot of thanks to the lady which take care of breakfast! The only think which was realy unpleasant was the distance between Hotel del Parco and the center of Torino. There are an bus...but I don't see it.
just very pleasant
Excellent value, clean, comfortable, beautiful view on the Alps, mosquito nets on the patio doors, secured free parking, good breakfast, … I can certainly recommend it.
quite and clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.
free and secure car parking, good breakfast and clean room, really helpful staff far from restaurants
In good order, fairly modern and quite good breakfast, esp. coffe. Check-in could not find our booking and took quite a while to sort it out. Hotel quite noisy both from passing traffic and other guests.
The hotel staff were friendly and helped me find the bus. The owner even drove me to the train station to save me 30 euros ($40-$50 usd) in taxi fair. The hotel was clean and my stay was great. I would definitely stay there again.
Clean modern hotel & owners & staff very helpful
Good price/performance ratio,
Simple, clean, easy parking, not too many hotels in area
Very welcoming. The staff spoke English. The room was large and comfortable. No noise at all. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
It had a welcoming feeling when we arrived. The staff were very helpful. Our room was superb due to an upgrade The location was in easy walking distance of the town centre It was difficult to find . We arrived late in the dark. We could not find signs in town. As we came by car we had to circle town and ask directions. We had lost our info about the hotel two days earlier.
Breakfast was very good, staff friendly, location a few minutes away from town centre. Room didn't have much character and felt a bit like a business hotel.
Staff is very polite and helpful, room was in very good state and clean. The hotel is located near the town center (5 mins on foot) and it has free parking. Wifi needs payment - Breakfast is continental style (not italian style)
convenient location; accomodating staff; surprised by the excellent breakfast buffet - wonderful range of choices and fresh food internet access seemed a bit slow and unpredictable
Room was large and relaxing, brekfast was extensive. Wi-Fi was expensive - it should have been free, like most hotels.
Decent Hotel with parking on site Situated just outside of town, so difficult to have dinner and drinks in Cambiano
Very good price for Turin area.
nice people, nice value for price, but...around 15km from city center.
It's close and convenient for business and the staff are friendly and helpful. No hot water on the second of two mornings. Informed front desk and they seemed to act as though it was a regular occurence.
Good price, safe parking, free internet access upon request. On arrival we got an uncleaned, used room, after complaint moved to a clean one immediately.Very limited breakfast offer, coffe machine operation confusing even for Italians.
It's very comfortable and tranquil hotel. Easy to find. Its parking area is secure and this is a big advantage. Air conditioning is centeralized. It can not be adjusted or switched on/off manually or remotely. You should tell the reception the temperature and the timing that you prefer.
The staff are professional and make you feel at home immediatly
Fine building tastefully restored to preserve a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
An old farm house surrounded by fields just on the outskirts of the town, which has been converted into a nice, very clean and friendly hotel with few agritourism notes. A very relaxing and hospitable place, if you like this sort of accommodation. There was a nice atmoshpere of old countryside luxury in the breakfast room. And the town is beautiful, small, traditional but not touristy. The hotel is part of a greater complex of old farm house buildings. About half of this complex did not seem to be renovated at all, so you have the feeling that you are staying next to something really old. I found this in some contrast with the luxury impression I got from the photos and descriptions, but personally I was not annoyed.
Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting setting in classic Italian farm community.
The staff was very helpful and personal. The hotel villa feeling was very nice and picturesque. Everything was within walking distance from the city center.
Part of the charm of the hotel is that it's part of a working farm dating back to the town's past in the 1400's as a marquisate, but there's more: its aspect (great views of the mountains), not posh but still elegant public spaces/guest rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The owners are wonderful and welcoming hosts and also helped us with dinner reservations both nights of our stay.
Clean bright room overlooking courtyard, fantastic restaurant recommendation and very helpful English speaking manager No
A great place with an exceptional staff. We always wanted to stay in an agriturisimo but did not want to be isolated. This provides that and is about 800 meters from a wonderful town. The dog and geese that roam the yard add to the stay.
As stated above my wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming after a difficult journey because of appalling weather. The hotel has a great ambience enhanced by tasteful decor. Nothing that comes to mind
The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful, especially when we arrived very late (after 11 P.M. when their check-in time was 10 P.M.). They spoke excellent English, which was very much appreciated. They also provided excellent recommendations for seeing the area and restaurants to eat at, as well, and the cappuccinos they offered every morning were fabulous. If you're in the area, go to a wine tasting at Parusso winery. Call 0173-78257, ask for Anna (she speaks English) -- fabulous wine, reasonably priced. Make sure to get directions from her because the winery doesn't show up right on a gps and the ones on the website were confusing. Make reservations at "da Felicin" and Le Torri nearby. The hotel won't show up properly on your gps. It's at the intersection of SP7and Borgo San Martino. It is not on Via San Borgo or anything that sounds similar. The hotel is not actually located in Bra, but a few steps away in the nearby town of Pollenza. (If you have a gps, set it to this setting: n 44 degrees, 41.871 feet. E 007 degrees, 53.157 feet.)
Camera pulita e spaziosa, ambiente moderno e confortevole, personale affabile e cordiale. Lasciatevi consigliare dal gestore sui posti da visitare, specialmente gastronomicamente.
Lots of men outside the hotel (our rooms were on the ground floor) smoking and talking late into the night and then in the early morning again.
staff were helpful and pleasant at all times i thought that the breakfast was totally inadequate, with very little choice and insufficient selection. the following day i stayed for three days at a less expensive hotel where there was a superb choice. i feel that this hotel was overpriced by far.
Frienfly staff, quality stay & service! Nothing less than any 5 star international hotel brand category.
The bed was comfortable and the en suite was acceptable Car parking was not secure, although we arrived on a bank holiday the hotel had no dining facilities open
Nice facilities and convienient location close to many of the wine producers in the region. Small historic town was interesting as well.
big room and bathrom. They have only one restaurant, and on saturdays guests can not have a dinner there, because it is ocuppied for a wedding(?!).One restaurant in the village is also busy for wedding! Outside the hotel compuond everything si dirty and poorly maintained..
We were here for the second time: it is just a lovely hotel with verey friendly staff!
Location is beautifull, large room and bathroom. Staff not friendly, breakfast very poor and long waiting for new bread and other things. Overpriced menu for diner. We were here end of august and there werent many other guests, bar closed, terraces closed.Room is dark.
My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. Great pool and grounds. The staff were extremely helpful.
Everything! Perfect building, perfect staff and excellent service! This 4-star hotel deserve 5 stars!!! No!
