Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Basic but clean toilets.
One of the shared toilet door is missing an attachment so that you can unlock the door. Nearly got trapped in it if I didn't have a bobby pin to dislodge it. Also irks me a bit when other user of bathroom leave their own towels in - it's a shared toilet; be courteous - other people need the space too!
Breakfast was excellent, served by 2 lovely helpful women, asked if we wanted anything more. Full Irish was 100%. Breakfast room was on same floor as bedrooms so only a walk down to breakfast. Very homely atmosphere.
There was nothing on our visit that we didn't like in our stay, 100%. Lovely clean premises and helpful staff set in a lovely wee town.
Not having to drive for a drink.
Over a pub so very loud. Adjust your clock. Loud music till 1.00am. No chance of sleep until after that. Small room. Not quick to clean up after other guests leave at breakfast. Breakfast good but precooked. Without loud music into the night it was an average experience. With it it was poor.
Staff were fantastic, can’t fault them. Push button shower and lack of tv channels impacted on my stay.
Nice and quiet
No soap in the bathroom or milk to make tea
