The staff was very rude! Calls to the reception were often ignored! Room service did not change bedding at all.
The only saving grace for this hotel, is the free access that it provides to the Al Hamra Fort Beach Resort
The rooms are cramped for space. The Wifi works only in the hotel lobby and not in the rooms. The Concierge had just one bell boy @ full capacity. Food was hopeless
The hotel is located in an industrial area. It is difficult to find and the staff seemed unable to provide directions over the phone. Check in was slow and the staff did not appear to be well trained.
The staff at the front desk with the back up of their manager/s were amazing specially during the crowded period of Al Eid but room service and room cleaness was not to our satisfaction.food and staff at all outlets were good.in general Hotel is good with more attention to rooms cleaness and services.good luck.
see before the good and bad
1-The service was so bad that it well tack them more than 30 min to deliver any thing.
room +swimming pool+ Gym & spa + parking area + entrance and reception.
remote location + no landscaping + no beach+ mini bar system+ the view from room.
Neat clean efficient new hotel - excellent breakfast
Being a budget hotel menu prces should be more economical - good for hotel good for customer
Everything! It was a pleasant surprise as the hotel was new and only opened for a few months. But the rooms were nice and clean, staff were very friendly and eager to please and the restaurantwas very good and a good variety. Also the price was right.
Only the Pool
Less indoor activities
the lobby was perfect really nice and the pool also..everything is new and nice..
when we asked for extra tissue the staff said they dont have..and before we left the room we called the reception for check out and when we're down still its takes them time to clear everything and check us out.
The hotel is brand new. Therefore, all equipment and furnishing are very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant served very good food
