Near the city centrum
Quiet, decent breakfast and lots of nice amenities. I was not quite sure where to go in to check in/out. There is both an office and a sort of counter.
Central location, reasonably sized clean rooms, free parking. Some standard rooms were very spacious with air conditioning and large balocny - if we stay again I will request one of these rooms. It was hot when we stayed and our room had no air conditioning (although I understand some other rooms do have this) therefore we had to keep our windows open at night and it was very noisy throughout the night on both Friday and Saturday. No kettle in room. Reception is also the breakfast room not easy if a number of people want to check out at the same time.
the breakfast was delicious, the location was good, to recommend is the "Business Room" the bed was in "Classic Room" uncomfortable
We stayed in a business room and had a lovely glass covered balcony and a beautiful view of the park. This was our third stay here and, were it not for the customer focused receptionist working at check out, it may have been our last. The price was lower than previous stays as was the service. At the end of our first day our room had not been cleaned and we did not have new towels - all the evening receptionist could say was "its not my fault" - the worst reply possible, followed by" I will bring you some towels but that all". The very hard working girl in the morning did her best to repair the situation while also dealing with other customers and running the breakfast buffet, lovely girl deserves promotion! This hotel was full but they had left staff levels low, their seemed to be a complete lack of management initiative.
The hotel was very nice, comfortable, easy to find, good located, there was nothing to complain about it.
Lovely facilities and location out of the town. Breakfast was tricky when a sports team took over the dining room and we had to carry food to another room.
renovated hotel . done very tastefully. very large room. excellent breakfast beautifully presented. great view from dining room. one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.
A lovely hotel pearched high over Nitra (2km). The service and attention to detail was good - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay. Flies in the restaurant. A very long trek 2km up a hill if you couldn't work out the bus timetable. We used taxis for every journey.
The view of Nitra
The helpfulness and friendlines of the staff - on arrival we were given a complimentary glass of wine. The terrace setting for dinner was wonderful, as was the quality and presentation of the food. Nothing.
clean, nice view and quality of the restaurant, good position, if you like to jogging outside. verv y quite.
The size of the suite and complimentary wine on arrival. The receptionist informed us that a wedding would be taking place directly outside our room but failed to mention it would go on until after 3am... the hotel would not move us so we were kept awake most of the night... unacceptable service when we paid for a suite at a four star hotel!!! Sadly this hotel has not offered the same standards we have previously experienced.
Good facilities and comfort. Only one pair of slippers for two guests.
I do not find any negatives about this hotel.
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. `Room and general ambience excellent. Food more than lived up to expectations.
Hotel and Restaurant have very nice and helpful staff and excellent cuisine. Food was realy great and all services at an affordable price View from the hotel is not that beutifull but on the other hand, the location is very easy to find and there is no problem with parking
I travel a lot regarding my business and I found the hotel to be very suitable for business minded people. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. The meal was also excellent, very tasty and appropriately priced. There was nothing that I did not like.
The rooms were tastefully decorated with a giant bathtub. The staff, among which there was a very attentive English-speaking young woman, was so helpful that they found another hotel for me in the center of town for the reason given below. Unfortunately this lovely well-equipt hotel is a distance from the center of Nové Zámky. In fact, it faces a factory, which is what Nové Zámky is about. It was a mistake to go there, but the Hotel Hubert would be a good stopover for someone driving on to Hungary from Bratislava or northern Slovakia.
The kitchen was quite good Bad position in front of a huge lamps factory, no lights and no indication were is the entrance and in the corridor we have to switch the light on as well. One waitress never smiled for all the evening.
