Pros: Breakfast was really good, Margaret was lovely very attentive without being intrusive. very comfortable and I would stay again when going to Limerick. Many thanks Margaret.
Cons: The Weather!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was gracious. The place was impeccably clean (and i have OCD! lol). The king sized bed was suuuper comfy. The location was perfect: it felt like we were in this idyllic location away from the city and yet only a few minutes away from Bunratty castle (and the town) where we went to for the banquet (we highly recommend that too... maybe a tad bit cheesy and yet still wonderfully done). The breakfast was delicious. The host even went out of her way to find me soda bread: I only asked her where I could go and buy some just to try it, and she surprised us with it at breakfast (we didn't like it but that's besides the point lol. It was her attention to details that mattered).

The location was excellent for Bunratty, Limerick and Ennis and we were pointed in the right direction for all the areas we wanted to visit. Beautiful house. Nothing was too much trouble.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was fine, very good in fact
Cons: The only thing I did not like was/is the wi-fi being on in the rooms. I understand this is a minority viewpoint and you would have many complaints if you did NOT have it..................but personally I don't like being around wireless radiation and consider it a major problem in the modern world that causes so much illness. But as I say this does not really reflect on you..............unless some day the health problems become so severe that a good marketing strategy might be to boast about NOT having wi-fi in the rooms

Pros: Lovely place to stay. Excellent rooms. The most comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Hosts very friendly and informative. Breakfast was delicious amd plentiful. Very convent for the Bunratty Castle Medieval feast put on at the end of the road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was such a lovely place, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I picked the property because we had a castle dinner reservation at the Bunratty castle, when we checked in, the staff advised us to drive out to the town where the castle was located so we will know our way around when it gets dark at night. That was such a great idea, we did some light shopping, walked around the town and had a decent idea of our where about. After our dinner at the castle, although the road was narrow and completely dark at night, we had no problem coming back to the place because our prior knowledge and the property is literally 5 minutes drive away from the Bunratty castle. Clean, comfortable, beautiful place, great location and very delicious breakfast as well, definitely recommend to stay at this property .

Cons: The bathroom had a little bit of mold but was clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we visit Ireland, we tend to stay in Bunratty the night before our return flight because of the close proximity to Shannon Airport. This was our second time staying at Bunratty Villa, and we will continue to use it as our base. The property is beautiful. The rooms are large, the shower is large (with great water pressure), and breakfast is made to order. The lady of the house is lovely, and she makes us feel at home while we jam 10 pounds of souvenirs into a 5 pound bag for the flight home.

The rooms were beautiful, quiet and comfortable. We had access to the parlor including a small refrigerator to enjoy friends we were traveling with. A selection of cooked food was offered the next morning, served in a pretty dining room. The owner even made taxi reservations for us to get to the airport in the morning. There are several excellent restaurants in this area as well. It was good seeing her children before they left for school as they were very young during our stay in 2006.
Cons: We were completely satisfied.
