Pros (+) Helpful and friendly staff
Cons (-) Filthy. Rooms all need a very deep cleaning. Sheets ok. Kitchen cabinets need scrubbing. Stove top pans dlneed to be replaced if they can't be brought back to like new condition. Pool looked murky. My traveling friends said they found body hairin their bathroom. Just sad because the staff is wonderful by any standard.

Pros (+) Staff were helpful and tried their best
Cons (-) Roaches in bath room and rooms, very beaten up property. Staff did change the rooms twice, and were helpful but property needs some serious maintenance. Faucets very difficult to use. One room had strong cigarette smell. Years ago had stayed in a red roof inn in Pittsburgh and it was a much better experience which prompted us to choose again

Pros (+) Payal at the front desk. All the staff was friendly to my family and pets. Gave us an upgrade. Room was clean. Would definitely stay there again!
Cons (-) It is time for new mattresses. Otherwise I would have trouble finding anything else wrong. A few more choices on the free breakfast bar?

Cons (-) Wish the beds would of been a little more comfortable, they need to update there beds. The bathroom is very small. Need to refresh the rooms better.

Anonymous, Mar 2016 - Red Roof Inn Chattanooga - Lookout Mountain
Cons (-) I wanted to find zero hairs on the pillows and sheets and towels, but instead I found at least 10 and stopped counting. There was mystery stains all over the comforter; red and white... There were spots on the towels and the floor was sticky. It obviously had not been cleaned between guests and there's no way those sheets had been changed. The room had clearly been recently "remodeled" but it stil...
