Pros: Friendly owners , comfy , charming + clean rooms, great home cooking .
Pros: Loved everything about this place! The people that worked there are so incredibly nice! They did not speak English and my Spanish is poor but we were able to communicate just fine. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was great (shampoo and body wash provided). Had an amazing dinner there. Wished we could have stayed longer!
Pros: The room was spacious and nicely decorated, it also had a sofa. The bathroom was lovely and modern and clean. The building itself is a lovely old building. Overall the beds were comfortable and eveything was clean. staff were friendly. The cost of the room was good value. We added breakfast the next morning which was adequate though I always find breakfast a little over expensive for what you get in Spain, having travelled extensively in Spain. But we were walking the Camino and there didn't seem to be a bakery coffee shop nearby, but in saying that, the guy looking after breakfast, reception etc that morning was very helpful.
Cons: We had walked a stretch of the Camino when we arrived. I really needed to use the bathroom and sit down. The woman who showed us our room brought us up to our room talking continuously, even though I explained my Spanish was limited. She continued to talk inside the room and stayed far too long. I sat down on the couch and started to untie my shoelaces as a hint but no, she kept on talking, while my husband politely stood smiling. I eventually had to be a bit politely blunt, saying ok gracias over and over. She was sweet under other circumstances but this was not the time.
Pros: Property was ideally located just off Main Street so was very quiet. Check in was easy and staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was very clean.
Cons: My only thing was room was very small but then we were only staying one night
Pros: Stay over in authentic renovated building in the center of little town on the Camino de Santiago.
Cons: No problems.
Pros: The host floten was a great guy we watched the Spanish team win in basketball. The room and accommodation is very well decorated, the building was an old building where they got wheat off the stalks. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good, good hot water. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: We liked everything.
Pros: Such a warm welcome as well as warm send-off next morning!
Pros: Room well equipped, bathroom beautiful... food excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Next camino we will stay here again!

Pros: Fantastic host wonderful accommodation great dinner
Pros: Cute little place located on the Camino Frances. Owners are very kind and helpful.
Cons: There was no soap in the bathroom. But I’m sure it was a brief oversight.
Pros: The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Well done.
Cons: The room was a little stuffy. There was not a window in my room.
Pros: My favorite place to stay while walking the camino so far. Very clean, reasonable, and right on the Camino. Staff is very responsive and helpful. The restaurant on site has great food.
Cons: Nothing. The place was perfect. The staff was beyond helpful and the food was great
Pros: Very friendly and hospitable welcome, easy check-in, on site dinner, cordial owner, and location close to passenger bus pick up.
Cons: Lack of ceiling fan/other ventilation in the bedroom: non-working lights in the bathroom; dimly lit stairways. The town has no options for food purchases.
Pros: Very warm welcome. Great 3 course pilgrim evening meal with a few choices with wine, water and bread. Breakfast items on the bar in the morning to be bought if desired. Lovely room with big spacious bathroom. Ideal stop over.
Cons: Nothing everything was good.
Pros: Our hosts were so kind. We had walked a long stretch of the Camino and after our pilgrim’s meal in the evening they made us a té infusión which gave us a great night’s sleep. Such hospitality!
Pros: Funny little room, very quiet. The owners were exceptionally friendly. Dinner was excellent.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The Parador is a converted convent and the indoor spaces are beautifully decorated. There are a lot of rooms. A lift is available. They had a storage area for our bikes.
Cons: We stayed two nights. Our first room was at the rear of the building and although it had a beautiful view of an internal courtyard it was subject to an awful noise. We mentioned it to the lady at the desk who fobbed is off. The room was tiny and only a shower over a bath. After a terrible night we complained to a young man at the desk who immediately offered us another room facing a quiet street. Great service! There is not even a bar to enjoy the beautiful spaces. Construction works are also happening on the church during the day.
Pros: Very historic and in center of town
Pros: Historical monastery converted to a lovely hotel keeping all the old features. Our room overlooked a courtyard with beautiful gardens. Friendly staff. Great location. Fabulous breakfast.
Pros: Loved this beautiful Parador!! Great experience. Beautiful rooms as expected from a Parador. Wonderful location and breakfast.
Pros: Beautiful old building, elegantly restored. We had lovely room and the staff were excellent.
Cons: It felt like a very upmarket B&B. There was no bar or restaurant, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good with nice fresh juice and fruit but the hot food was mostly tortillas and chorizos, and didn’t vary over our three night stay.
Pros: The decor in the traditional Spanish castle style. The food was Spanish and excellent which was what we expected.
Cons: Porterage was poor but it was a Sunday onnwhich we arrived
Pros: Atmospheric and comfortable with good food
Pros: A typical parador, with the ambience of a historic building and excellent food and drink.
Cons: Slightly expensive.
Pros: Great menu and dining experience and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The Hotel it's self, along with the location was first class. This was the fourth Parador that we have stayed in, and both my wife and I thought that this was, possibly the best. The food was good, and the staff were polite.
Pros: Very peaceful and calm. Would have liked some local information. Some friends had stayed previouly and had told us about the wonderful Cathedral containing the Cockeral ! We would never have known otherwise.
Pros: Very attractive hotel, nicely furnished in keeping with fact that it used to be an old monastry. Good restaurant - and open Sunday evening!
Cons: No door directly from car park into hotel - and it was snowing.
Pros: The building, the service, the room, the staff, the restaurant, exellent.
Pros: Fantastic hotel in rural, off the beaten track Spain in the heart of Rioja country. Exactly how i imagined a parador to be. Good choice of typical Riojaian restaurants in town.
Pros: Design and interiors - renaissances style, hotel's bar - variety of tea, nice vine list. Location - rather quite place, not in the tourist area, but still rather near. The room was a little bit small, but comfortable. Very fine and expensive windows.
Cons: Please take away awful lithographs over the beds. Besides they do not match at style and the colour palette used in the room.
When you stay at La Aldea Encantada in Redecilla del Campo, you'll be 7 minutes by car from Church of Santa Maria. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and coffee/tea in a common area.
Pros: Quiet location and a comfortable room.
Pros: The establishment was located in 'old-time' Spanish hill countryside and was family run. It reminded me very much of Spain in Franco's years. The evening meal was home-cooking as was the breakfast.
Cons: Ther was nothing we did not enjoy.
Pros: Perfect. Location and big clean room
Pros: The welcome
Cons: The breakfast @ €8.00 each was totally overpriced. We got coffee, a cold ‘hard boiled’ egg and bread. It was worth about €4-€4.50 each, so the overcharging was what we didn’t like.
Pros: Very attractive, tastefully furnished. Dinner and breakfast were included in the price and were excellent.
Cons: Was 0.7 miles off the Camino but definitely worth the extra walk.
Pros: Lovely property off the beat and track of the Camino, located in Quintanilla del Monte en Rioja - but worth the extra kilometers. Mother/daughter hostess were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The property is in an unexpected, rustic and quaint location - a nice insight on the many life styles in Castile and León, Spain
Cons: Breakfast overpriced.
Cons: The heating did not come on in the morning. The room was damp and cold. The food is overpriced and nothing to write home about. Unfortunately the excellent Restaurant Leon on the Camino route closes in the evenings.
Pros: Great room, cordial host and hearty dinner and breakfast.
Cons: 1 km off camino

Pros: great Breakfast
Cons: Dinner rather average - would have expected much more based on reviews- limited value for money
Pros: The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the bedroom and bathroom large, very comfortable and beautifully appointed.
Cons: The staff were offhand, not particularly friendly or helpful. 18 euro for breakfast seems rather steep
Pros: Very beautiful accommodation on the Spanish Camino.
Cons: Nit many local restaurants nearby but ok.
Pros: Beautiful, moody, historic
Pros: Old, well maintained building in an historic district. It was peaceful and comfortable.
Cons: It was not easy to find staff when needed - for example we waited in the bar after ringing the bell again and again. Maybe it was the wrong time to order coffee!
Pros: Did not eat there, but it seemed first class in every aspect. The ambience was spectacular. The staff took pride in the location. The sense of history is embedded throughout the facility.
Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: While I was allocated a disabled persons room which had plenty of room, the walk in shower was luxurious. The food at dinner was good.
Cons: The noise of luggage being dragged over the cobbles outside my window in the early morning.

Pros: Friendly, clean, convenient location, wonderful!
Pros: Good location, comfortable and clean hostel.
Pros: Friendly welcome. Convenient location.
Pros: Despite the failings the owner was very kind, a shame heating and drains could not be sorted.
Cons: It was a cold and very wet day in October when we arrived after getting drenched on our stage of the Camino way. I asked whether we could have some heating but was informed that the heating couldn't be switched on until November. A terrible smell came up from my sink when the sink from the room next door was used. I mentioned this to the owner who poured some product down the plug hole and advised me to keep the plug in at all times. The smell persisted despite this when the neighbouring sink was used. Very unpleasant backdrop to sleeping!
Pros: It was a great location & very helpful & friendly staff. The room was very clean & provided everything we needed for our short stay. The location being in the main high street above a café & opposite many fabulous bars & restaurants was ideal for us. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again.
Pros: Great thoughtful host. Really enjoyed our stay
Cons: Wifi not amazing
Pros: Very welcoming and good value Sorry I ate most of the sweets I had a sore throat.
Cons: Better lighting on the stairs
Pros: Maite was great! She waited for us at the restaurant next door as we arrived a little late and she provided with all info needed for the town and getting back on the Camino (1 block away!). She even brought us newspapers for our wet boots!!

Pros: I had a little balcony that was perfect for drying clothes which is very important on the Camino. The gentleman who ran the place gave me excellent advice about how to deal with the next two stages. I took his advice and I was very glad.
Pros: The location
Pros: Good value central location just off main Camino trail
Cons: Paper thin walls meant you heard everybody come and go. Very noisy coffee machine in reception.
Pros: The hostel was in close proximity to everything in Santo Domingo. I liked having a wash basin in the room.
Cons: The shower did not meet expectations. The water alternated between being really hot and really cold. I didn’t bother having a shower on the 2nd night.
