Very disappointing hotel more like 2 stars. Very old not Kleenex bad service. Value for money zero. Don't stay here!!!!!
We wanted to be able to relax and unwind at our first destination in Australia, this was definitely the place, the pool was very relaxing and the sunrise on the marina side was breathtaking. They had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. They also had complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival. They also upgraded our room to a higher level so we had a better view of the bay. The location is with in walking distance to everything, including the ferries at the marina. All in all one of the best parts of our stay was the staff, they were all so welcoming, accommodating and extremely pleasant (esp Kelly and Luke!). I would definitely stay here again. pool furniture showed some signs of wear.
Friendly and helpful staff. Close to pier, shopping, restaurants, and anything you would need really. Nice clean rooms. Large bathroom. Beautiful pool. Wifi reception was poor in the rooms.
The staff were awesome; generally very friendly This hotel is not representative of the Shangri-La group, and I struggle to see how it maitains a 5-star rating. The showerdid not drain properly, grit between the shower tiles is black in places, the fan is chipped, carpet stained, phone's "quick dial" buttons did not work, and the room is old and dated and sparsely furnished.
During our stay the towel was not very clean coz I saw three times the hair in the towel.
Amazing location walking distance from the harbor with many shops and restaurants within the same complex. Luxurious and modern rooms without feeling pretentious. Breakfast service was $20 and most of the buffet choices were unappetizing; the omelettes and French toast prepared on request by the chef were pretty good but overall there are likely better options around Cairns. The pool was really nice but closed unusually at 8pm.
The proximity to the harbor, the restaurants and the facility was top notch. We loved our stay.
The bartender luke was very professional They gave disable room with garage view , no transportation and no room service even when I checkin at 1130 pm . Shame when the hotel was empty. They need to learn some management hospitality.
I liked the swimming pool. The restaurant downstairs has a delicious Seafood Buffet with nice, friendly staff. Rude receptionist. Room was very noisy (opposite laundry). Staff did not announce themselves before entering my room. No linen provided for my daughter's sofa bed and it was too lumpy to sleep on anyway so we had to share for the week.
Views were great both mountain view and ocean. Even nice location about 10 minutes to city center along the great esplanade. Very very dated needs complete Reno. Plus they must not look up when they clean. All the vents and doors were sooo dirty We stayed in a two bedroom condo which could have been wonderful expect the furnishings were so old and made everything feel so unclean. Plus 6 nights and no new towels etc. wifi slow or non If privately own condos they shouldn't rent people's who aren't updated as $200 per night and it was 2 star only
Fantastic Gym, lovely pool and spa, fantastic view of mountains from mountain view rooms. Nice amount of space in rooms. Only that there was no microwave in the room for heating things.
1. Good view of the Pacific Ocean 2. Good arrangement for tour reservations, airport transportation, etc. 3. Good internet access 1. Air conditioning often too strong 2. Dining room services not so excellent
Location and harbour view, undercover parking, availability of services. Room not tidied until the afternoon. Tissues not replaced in bathroom last 2 days. No information at Tour Desk on national park walking sites, local towns, countryside (all focused on purchasable operator tours & facilities)
I enjoyed the water front view along with the location just a short walk to the city. According to the website, it says that you offer a airport shuttle which I thought was free, but instead I had to catch a taxi from and to the airport.
We were offered the opportunity to join the Priority guest program and told that discounts would apply to our accomodation and food immediately. We joined straight away and subsequently a card was left in our room. When checking out we presented the card but were told that it did not apply to our accomodation with that stay, nor did it apply to breakfasts or to room service and that we should have presented the card when actually eating in the dining room. When we said that this had not been explained to us we were told it was in the booklet which accompanied the card - which we neverreceived. We felt that the 'selling' of the Priority Guest card was deliberately deceptive and it left us with a very sour taste.
Excellent friendly helpful staff great location totaly relaxing and enjoyable stay
The rooms were clean and modern. Good laundrey facilities. Fantastic pool with access to gym and hot tub. Lovely views and a short walk to town centre. The hotel bar and restaurant were quite expensive.
Very comfortable bedroom with pleasant views. Nice pool. Poor organisation in dining room. Waited 45 mins for a la carte when later arrivals, ordering same meal, were served promptly. Spoilt what otherwise would have been an excellent stay!
Very helpful stuff, great rooms, high value for money and perfect location. Quite pleasant stay. n/a
Great location, very beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Good management department who are very prompt.
Hotel delivers what it promises on its website. Palatial, well maintained, well serviced, well everything. Fantastic pool (and service at the pool). Nice rooms, excellent mattresses (you'll want to buy one after sleeping on one!), good views. I wish I could stay longer there :)
The lobby is gorgeous. There is elegant moulding throughout the rooms. Pool appeared large. Room service (spaghetti) serving was small but very delicious (and quick and they called back with a correction to a statement about their menu). I was able to check in early. Location is fantastic. They're next door to shops, grocery store, bar, and casino (including "The Dome"- indoor rainforest), and they're a small block away from the marina (where the reef boats take off from) and fantastic dining (the Pier area). This hotel is a good compromise for still having a nearly high-end experience but saving some money. By U.S. standards it would probably achieve a 3.5 star rating (Aussie ones run higher). Ac was off (set too high to be on) when I entered the room, so it smelled (I spent 1/2 an hour looking for signs of mold, but didn't see anything that suspicious). Eyelash on pillow, massive build up of soap scum/residue on ledge in shower/bathtub, tables unclean (sticky, food, marks), bathroom floor a bit sticky (but had had a good seemingly recent waxing, so it was very bright/pretty). The room overall was clean just not "that clean".
Location was excellent, good helpful staff, good quality room & furnishings Did not like having to pay extra for Internet use.
Nice pool area, subject to the comment below. There are only two umbrellas on the entire pool deck which is a problem given the climate
Spacious rooms The fee for having internet access is outrageous (29$/day); also, breakfast is not exactly cheap (25$).
Welcoming staff; comfortable and quiet room as per our request. Very pleasant ambience. This was our second stay and the improvement over the first visit in both physical facilities and staff friendliness was considerable. tNothing negative.
Well priced , clean, friendly staff appropriate for my needs although only a quick visit. Checking out was a little slow.
The pool was fantastic and the gym facility were great. Our entry cards kept failing - which meant plenty of trips to reception to get it sorted which was a bit of a pain - especially when we had to wait in line. Also - for the price of the rooms, they could update the television sets - they were a bit old and crappy.
The location of the hotel was good, close to the sea and the marina but also close to the center and all shops, restaurants and activities. There was no pool bar open/available.
The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The sauna was out of order
Good location, close to conference centre, staff helpful, rooms clean, pool available No
It was in a good position, and the staff were friendly I thought that the prices of food and drink were too high.eg Breakfast @ $30 odd is way over the top.As a result of this,we never drank or ate at the hotel facilities-you could get a lot more business with reasonable prices.
All round excellent experience. Well done Pullman!
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable suite with good balcony view. Easy walking distance to major attractions, the seafrontand good restaurants and shops.Upgrade to suite at reasonable cost
Location, views, comfort. I should have realised but the photo's of the rooms is nothing that you receive. I was disappointed when I got to my room compared to the photo's and I think i paid premium rate for a medium class room.
Receptionist is very good and helpfull. They tried to help quest while checking-in and out. Hotel has a small fitness and equipment.
Nice and friendly staff, even the most basic rooms feature a whirlpool and are huge. Room was advertised on booking.com as having a Sauna and did not.
comfort of hotel room especially the lighting, the bed, the bath and the shower
The huge comfortable bed
The staff was helpful and non intrusive, the room was changed promptly when we clarified that the bedding arrangement was not as agreed. Overall a very good experience. The lifts were daggy and slow and the carpets were not vaccumed every day. However, that was not a big drama.
Location. Had ocean front room Should have to buy towels for the pool....that's really not cool. Heat you spa, most people like a hot spa. Tv and phone didn't work, wanted to switch hotels
We enjoyed the night concierge Brian who was especially friendly and helpful at our departure. Our room had the slight smell of smoke, which was unpleasant given that we had our 2 children with us.
Comfortable and quiet.Good amenities Enjoyed our stay
I'ts location on the Esplanade The amenitiies in the room were dilapidated. Staff said that renovations were being considered but that doesn''t helpthe guest who is allocated a roomat present in one ofthese old rooms.
Location Furniture a bit dated
The proximity to the centre, the helpful staff and the general atmosphere. Bathrooms could be better appointed, ie tiling.
The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The matresses were too soft.
Location. View. Rooms No complementary breakfast
It was close to the centre of Cairns but not so close that it was noisy Nothing
Lovely view, comfy beds and the choice of pillow types! It would've been nice to have a coffee plunger and real coffee, instead of instant. Bathroom was a bit snug but well appointed.
This hotel room was exceptionally clean, the staff were nice, and bed was very comfortable. Internet is available for a fee and you can log on and log off. The hotel is right on the edge of the busy part of the Esplanade, far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. Underground parking is available too.
Fantastic location. Outdoor area between rooms a bit run down.
Excellent service!!!! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the excursion specialist was amazing ( she knew her stuff), the restaurant inside the hotel was delicious, and the location was perfect!!! This was our favorite hotel in Australia!!!! :)
We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. I would certainly return there if we come again to Cairns We have no complaints
Quiet location and within easy walking distance to the city centre and shops. The pillow is not that all comfortable
Good staff. Very friendly and efficient.
Location, Free Shuttle service to city centre, Front Desk Staff
It was clean and the views of the bay from the room were fantastic. Most of the staff were helpful. The wired internet in the room was extortionately priced and didn't work in the time we stayed there. The wireless was also extremely expensive and the breakfast was the same - many hotels supply a buffet breakfast with the room, but this was $23 for a cooked breakfast - that's more than an expensive cafe. The drinks and restaurant food were also way overpriced for what they were, though tasty. It was nearly $10 just to do a single set of self-service laundry. A couple of members of staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, but that was not the norm.
Very easy checkin & checkout. Very helpful front desk. They stored one bag for a week while we were on a dive boat. Ask about prepaying for breakfast at the hotel -- its $5 cheaper for the buffet per person. WIFI/Internet service in need of serious upgrade!!!! Service was slow & spotty, often requiring multiple attempts to connect. Location is a bit away from downtown Cairns.
great breakfast. good food , hot water .big beds, comfy room ,friendly staff.
The Staff in the breakfast buffet were very pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was mouldy and shower head didn't work properly
The room is spacious and comfortable. It is situated in an very quiet area, which may fit mid-aged married class of people or honeymooner looking for peace, but a bit too far away from the main city attraction for the bachelors. Then I regret that the shuttle bus to town has not, at least, a rotation every 1/2 hour; Nevetheless, I appreciated the ZEN atmosphere which seems to prevail in its walls, with the discretion and efficiency of the staff. I have a good short stay, and would be pleased to stay again in this hotel. not enough shuttle bus to town, as the hotel is a bit too far away from the city center
Room comfortable, free shuttle service to city centre No
The personal service was excellent
Reception staff on check-in extremely friendly and helpful Cleanliness of bathroom was not good with mould growing in various places
We enjoyed the location of the hotel, its friendly staff and value for money Nothing
I liked the welcome , helpful and friendly staff and the ambience I did not like that the bath tub in our room had a small chip on the rim.Maybe the maintenance staff were unaware of the damage.. It was a jarring note in otherwise comfortable and lovely accommodation
excellent location with good room facilities and view. the restaurants are also reasonably priced and considerable quality.
The location was good and the staff were polite and helpful. The bathrooms are getting old and the roomservice was unable to supply a bottle of french chanpagne, when ordered
A thoroughly good hotel - perfect location, brilliant staff and an exceptional breakfast! The pool is the largest I have seen in a hotel. We had caught a fish on a charter boat and the chef cooked it for us, with a delicious soup and salad accompanying it.
I enjoyed my stay at the Cairns Hilton. I found it comfortable and the service was very good.
Staff were great. Room was satisfactory. Location great.
Location. Friendly front desk staff.
The upgrade to the refurbished room The pool set up was very average
Friendly and helpful staf, well appointed room with very comfortable bedf
The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms were very clean. Price was fair (maybe a bit expensive but still ok) /
Location bery handy to everything Retsaurant staff laked friendliness & personality. No smiles. Your cleaning or domestic staff where very friendly.
Location Breakfast is boring without any change.
Self contained with cooking facilities and implements, sea view but it has to be paid for I did not like to pay an additional $40 for my daughter to sleep on the sofa bed. The felt room was pricy for this time. The fact that I got tinea from the spa bath having a shower did not help.
all the staff were very nice and helpfull the first room was a bit noise but the staff kindly allocate me in another room
clean and quiet
Ver nice hotel, location very good breakfast quite expensive
Location was perfect. They were happy to let us leave luggage when we checked out to go diving for 4 days as we were returning after.
We booked the executive room - with the description "with panoramic Esplanade & water views" given on booking.com we expected to be facing the waterfront the esplanade is located at. However, the water view was restricted to see part of the harbour/marina and was majorly obscured by the Hilton and the Reef Hotel (Casino). The staff wasn't helpful at all - they argued that the Hilton is "kind of new there" and that they would have to change the description they gave booking.
I was there less than 24 hours. I did have reason to make some enquiries with the reception staff and they were very polite and helpful. No
Location was very central to all shopping areas in Cairns.
I loved the bed, very comfortable. I also liked the private balcony over the pool lagoon. The Internet was very slow and the scrollers on the mouse didn't work.
Central location, a walk to everywhere, great pool for kids , free internet really cool. Good breakfasts. Room was musty on arrival, but we were offered to change.
Relaxing, service was good, friendly and happy staff Breakfast. There was not a lot of service or care, it appeared that no one was in charge and everything was self service. No cups, spoons or side plates.
It was just ok. It was kind of expensive for money value. Holiday Inn located next block was cheaper and nicer.
The only good words i can say about this hotel is that it was close to the Reef Terminal where we caught our ferry out to the reef the following morning. On arrival i asked if they still did cheap movie tickets for locals (people who live in Cairns) and they said yes so i paid $20 cash for 2 tickets so i could take my daughter, visiting from interstate, to the movies that afternoon, we didnt go but on checking out this hotel said i never paid and wanted another $20 for them which i refused to pay, in the end i gave them the movie tickets back. I could tell that they didnt believe that i had already paid, they asked me for a receipt for the tickets but i was never given one. So seeing as i live in Cairns and i have a lot of interstate visitors the Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, will never see me back there, any of my local friends there and definately none of my interstate visitors staying ther
Breakfast good and service also good, friendly staff Bathroom filthy, and ants everywhere. After mentioning it to the cleaning staff and at the reception desk nothing changed, the bathroom wasnt taken care of at all.
Good location, close to shops and esplanade area. The room was nicely refurbished, but the bathroom was still old (but clean and tidy). The pool area looked good but it was raining so we didn't get to use it. Free wifi in the lobby and free internet in the room (with a cable from reception) but in-room was not working at th time so we went to the lobby. Slight mixup with payment (i thought booking.com was taking payment, but apparently they didn't and the hotel wanted the payment). Also, we arrived early and they kindly looked after our bags and said they would call our mobile when the room was ready, but they didn't call us.
Appearance and layout of the hotel reception areas. Room well designed and comftable Layout of the buffet area of resturant could be better designed, confusing and cramped
for us it was very central to everywhere we went.
very nice room and hotel, in a quiet place but very close of town center. Very good hotel to spend 1 or 2 days in cairns to prepare the way to the north queensland
Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. During a weekend stay (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) there is a lot of noise from outdoors music groups playing at a hotel next door, in the afternoons and evenings, which made it impossible to relax in the room at either of these times.
For what I paid (obviously the price can vary), it was great - Perfect location, right on the Explanade Updated room (simple, comfortable, but updated) Balcony in the room with a view of the Esplanade This was fine with me, but there is no daily maid service. Must stay a week to get in complimentary
Great location, nice staff and big rooms. Room rates can be too high
I had more valued experience at Mantra Esplanade than I expected from impression I had from looking at your website.
The view and the location in the central CBD. Rooms were too small.
The location was great, room was clean, comfortable bed shower stall needs work-water gets everywhere
The staff at the Mantra Esplanade really go above and beyond and the hotel is really a steal at the price we paid. Please do note that you'll probably have to buy your own internet!
Central location, quiet inside, nice balcony, near lots of facilities.
Close to our venue. Being charged $100 from our bank account but not being told this was going to happen. We just thought we were having a credit card imprint taken.
my partner and myself liked the closeness to the shopping precint the staff was very friendly.
The friendliness of the staff, Dundees restaurant was excellent the service was excellent, the room staff were excellent, we will certainly stay again. We walked everywhere. It is a top spot.
Location The view on the marina -
Good location, close to city and waterfront.
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious & clean. Hotel front desk staff were friendly & efficient. Our stay wasn't long enough!!
A funky contemporary hotel, in a good location, with very helpful staff. Good health and fitness faciities. Very modern, spacious, clean and well kitted out rooms.
comtemporary, convenient location, right at the pier. walking distance to the center of the town, restaurant. nice view and comfortable with the bay view room
Front desk was rude.
Great location, nice facilities Internet expensive, no wireless
I liked the privacy nothing
Modern, spacious & comfortable. Great view, great location, close to lots of great restaurants in the heart of Cairns. Everything was great, except for restaurant directly downstairs takes an eternity to bring out meals, shame because the menu was quite good! :(
We had a view of the harbour. It felt like we were in Europe. It was a great location. We had to ask the cleaning staff to wash our dirty dishes and to clean the room more thouroughly and earlier in the day.
It was close to all facilities that we needed, reasonably priced and great friendly staff
The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. The fact that you stepped out of the door and within a few yards you were on the board walk with fine estuary and sea views. Generally, I and my friends thought the hotel and its facilities were excellent, however the continental breakfast was a little basic eg croissants would have been good instead of rather boring sliced bread.
Close to town, comfortable, clean, balcony, value for money No, loved that it was a non smoking hotel
The pleasant attitude of staff on check-in and especially the room upgrade because of my frequent stays. The new broadband plug on the wall in room 511 is nowwhere near the table or desk and is most inconvenient to use in its current location. I am using it now to send this as I am in the same room on my next stay. Disappointed there was no Hotel Courtesy bus for me and my six workmates to travel to the airport.
The swimming pool Cost of the Net
Air conditin could not be adjusted
Friendly staff, great meals, close to the city and sea and parks with a lovely walking track along the shore line. Could not connect my laptop to the local broadband.
Very approachable staff, they did everything they could to help. Big rooms. Very comfortable. I stayed in a family room and the bathroom was far from family sized!
A very good hotel for someone who wants value for money. It's on the esplanade within walking distance of a whole range of very good restaurants, though that's not to say the hotel restaurant is also very good. Very helpful staff who arranged several trips. In all a little gem. Can't think of any bad points
Location and good value for money.
Spaciousness Decor getting "tired"
The staff were all curtious and friendly and did every thing within their power to address our little quarms and fixing the door lock and the dish washer as soon as they could The stuffiness in the corridors and lifts at Park Regis City Quays but it did not exsist in the Piermont where we ended up staying
The shower had no hot water. The sink did, but not the shower. Also, I had a late arrival and no one notified me of how to get the keys. Fortunately someone else came along and showed me.
good location and spacious apartment the staff is not very helpful and the room was not cleaned well. also, the fire alarm may not be installed properly as you have to sign a document to pay 900AUD if you set off the alarm. however, it could already set off by just cooking or using the toaster which seemed very bizar to us .
Good location and self contained facilities Room was very dirty, hair in bed carpets not vaccumed, walls dirty and bathroom was not properly cleaned - after speaking with reception staff we were moved to a nicer room and found out that cleaning is done by a contracted company.Expected much better for the price
The staff were helpful, a convenient location, well maintained property, a practical alternative for families.
central location. Reasonable rate. air conditioning was at 16 and couldn't be adjusted by the remote. Usually prefer accommodation that provides breakfast but that was available nearby.
Apartment accomodation. Location in the city Road works out the front. 2 doors to enter the room. Would have been good if we had children in the adjacent room. Have not ssen reviews on the website
Peace and quiet.
Easy to access, close to everything while being quiet and most of all very clean.
Cairns is a beautiful place, no complaint with room. The pool wasn't heated
I liked the fact that it was close to the marina and cbd It was inpersonal, the staff were unfriendly and disinterested and the bed was atrocious.
Near city and has 2 rooms People have BBQ nearby, bad smell. Room is old.
Check-in went smoothly. It had a fridge and kitchenette. Air conditioning was noisy, old run-down, bathroom needs renovation, mattress needs replacing. I was charged extra for one additonal person and the single bed available for that person was well worn beyond its comfortable use, having a deep indent in the centre of the mattress.
We used this hotel as a one-night stop before moving on up the coast. It was excellent, with comfortable, clean and spacious suites, and was very good value for money. We could happily have stayed longer.
Very handy position, with a very pleasant walk into the shopping centre along the beach walkway. Nice and cool in the unit with the fans going.
+ Price and friendly staff - Showers overflowed onto bathroom floor leaving it dangerously slippery. - We didn't consider it walking distance to town, as claimed. - Staff listened politely, but did not bother to fix or apologize re complaints (staff late for work at reception meant no showers as promised before leaving on an all day tour; baby bed had no mattress, but was still charged for rental, and was not replaced).
Large apartment, well equipped kitchen, good location if you had own transport, plenty of info on tours etc. A bit noisy.
a little far from town center but very nice
Old furniture. Noisy Air Con
Spaciousness of the unit and cleanliness. Helpfulness of reception staff. Noise during night, either washing machine being used outside hours, or air conditioning unit outside appartment.
The room was initially very clean, the location is good for the money. The room cleaning each day was virtually non-existent. There were no reading lamps the bedrooms. The only lights available at all in the rooms were dreary overhead fluorescents. There are zero perks with the room...everything is an extra cost--internet, washing machine usage.
Location Basic small room. Noisy air conditioner
Location close to city features clean and large rooms very helpful staff They don't have an elevator so request a 1st floor room if you have problems with stairs.e They have a breakfast but not a full restaurant. Consider having breakfast included with your booking.
The Shower. We do not like the echoing bang of the neighbour's doors at night. We can't get a descent sleep with the loud bangings. The corridors were like caves and echo loud with any little noises by others. The non-sound absorbent doors do not help.
Close to airport, beach front and shopping predinct. Comfortable accomodation at a good price. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant surroundings.
Clean and friendly location a bit iffy lots of undesirables hang around the local park (opposite) evening
The staff were excellent, the facilities were simple but clean and tidy. The price was very good for the service we recieved.
as above - friendly and helpful. Clean! Had a bath
access to and from rooms easy after hours pillows were hard maybe because of ware and tare and beds uncomfortable
I enjoyed swimming in the pool very much. The rooms have a good size and we had a nice quiet one off the street. The breakfast was good too, especially the fresh fruit every morning. The staff could have been a little bit friendlier.
Very good breakfast. Polite, helpful and happy staff. Inconsiderate noisy guests during the night, Insufficient off road parking spots for guests.
our room was very tidy when we asked for it to be cleaned, staff always said good morning or afternoon, felt relaxed it was fine
Truth be told, there wasn't much to like at this hotel. The rooms were clean, but otherwise the service was lacking. The location is awful. It is nowhere near where tourists want to be in Cairns. They do offer shuttles to the city on an infrequent schedule and for a high cost given the service. Also no shuttle to the airport, so tack on taxi costs to and from. The staff was pretty unhelpful with our needs: couldn't check in early, didn't have a corkscrew we could borrow, recommended locations in the city by googling them while we were talking. We were on our honeymoon and they gave us two twin beds. They resolved the problem by...pushing the beds together. Just the comfort you want on a honeymoon. The breakfast is also a big rip-off: high price for low value (and that's not a discount with the coupon they give you when you stay there--it's not like anyone but hotel guests is eating breakfast at a hotel). We had it once then ate elsewhere. Stay somewhere closer to Cairns proper; this place is not worth the lower price and actually ended up being more expensive than alternatives when you count transport.
The staff was fantastic. Helped a lot for tours suggestion and bookings
very friendly and helpful staff and very nice clean and large room.. awesome price
Beautiful pools, nice balcony, great staff. Laundry facilities were close and tidy. Well worth the price. Quiet at night. My shower door wouldn't close and had mildew. Very small shower with stationary shower head...made for taller people. Wi-Fi only worked if close to lobby. They have a spa tub but it was cold. Very small tvs, no microwaves. A bit noisy during the day (traffic).
view and pool nothing
Part of the arrogant staff at the reception
We got this booking for 3 nights at $59. This was excellent value for what we got as there was an excellent pool & the room was great. Out of main town. Outside seems a little tired.
LOVED the pool!!! Most uncomfortable beds, when we let the staff know, they were kind enough to bring another mattress, unfortunately, it was just as bad, I didn't have the heart to complain anymore, as the staff was friendly. The rooms need updating.
We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the pool and surrounds were relaxing, we would visit you agani, The cigerette smoke drifting up onto our balcony, had to go back inside and close the door to the balcony.
Clean room, cheap Unfriendly staff, paper thin walls, worn out building, breakfast served till 9.30 only, very far away from city
Staff friendly and helpfull, plus the Hotel offers a free shuttle bus from the airport nothing to dislike but hotelcould do with some tlc
loved the quietness cleanliness and the swimming pools. the transit service you give is very good. i stayed going up and coming back. the lady and the man driver were very obliging.
The exotic and unique environment not much
A bit far from the city centre, but if you want a cheap deal for a decent hotel: you can chose this without hesitation.
Value for money. We had a room with a nice view on the swimming pool, but not every room has such a great location.
Good price for a fair stay. Budget location, very clean. Breakfast is only served until 8.30am. Showing at 9am, we couldn't get even a coffee...
