Location, deal on price, bar and restuarant area Booking not found initially at reception as it was not made by surname, room was small compared to similarly priced hotels, had to fix tv as the ariel had fallen out of back
Wonderful breakfast in a pleasant setting. My wife & I really enjoyed it, all round good value. They did forget to clean our room, but this was rectified very quickly
The location and staff were great, everythign was clean, good choice of food for breakfast, comfortable bar area. Room was right next to the lift, which was in constant use. The noise from this meant didnt have a very good nights sleep. That was in my opinion the only fault.
Very clean hotel Additional car parking price.
Location to the theatres and shops
Hotel as a good atmosphere Check in really bad - computer system down Tried 3 x times to check in from 11:00 fianlly managed to check in 17:10
The hotel was very comfortable and excellent value for money. Parking was easy (although a tad expensive) and the location of the hotel was superbly placed for shopping or nights out in the city centre
central location Request for non smoking room preferred was not met and we were placed in a smoking room
the gorgeous bed!
surroundings ie reception, boulevard area room was very hot throughout the night, however air conditioning was available.
All was good, even had maid service when only stayed for 2 nights. Ice machine right outside the room going on all night. Great item to have though! Car park charges pricey.
Good ratio quality/price. Wifi is free of charges and working very good Bed is not very confortable
convenient position, next to car park, very comfortable, clean room.
Well located, very comfortable hotel
The evening meal was excellent and good value for money The general "feel" of the hotel was poor. Decor was not good - very ordinary for not an inexpensive hotel. Bathroom provisions were poor
It was convenient for the city
Room looked nice, great location for rock city. Room was cold, hot air heatinig noisy and no instuctions on how to operate.
Only stayed one night, but the reception staff were excellent as were the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast was excellent too.
accessability to the city centre...
The comfortable bed,and relaxed atmosphere.
Staff were very accommodating and genuinely tried to be helpful. Very polite even when obviously very busy and perhaps over stretched. great location. a little bit noisy from nearby nightclub i think. fod running out at breakfast.
Staff very helpful
large spacious room and friendly reception staff-excellant overall very expensive minibar items
spaciousness and cleanliness of room, wonderful modernized bathroom, perfect location, great breakfasts no hotel parking
Great location and fantastic price! Drinks in the room was expensive ( didn't use them ) Very noisy until early hours On a Saturday
Location and Room Size Breakfast below standard, Very uninviting Bar Area in reception.
Very central, it also has a good restaurant Room was a bit jaded, it needed painting, also sealing around the bath.
the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was quite nice. I thought that I would get a more luxurious room for the price that i paid and since I booked a 'superior double room' - there were no biscuits, the bathroom was dated and freezing cold, the shower leaked all over the floor. I thought the room was very basic indeed and was disappointed with it. I would have got a better room at a travel lodge and it would have been cheaper!
Comfy bed and room
Everything was very satisfactory We should have been informed about the reduced parking rate
Room was available early. Noisy air-conditioning & heating.
Choice of breakfast was really good. Good variety. We booked a double room. Arriving at the room was twin beds one higher than the other. The mattress was far to soft and the pillows really uncomfortable. We stayed overlooking the main road and was really noisy, assume thats why we had ear plugs in the toilet.
Its central location and nearby parking. Bed wasn't very comfortable
The room was clean and comfy, all the staff we came into contact with were very smartly dressed and polite, any questions we asked were always answered. Breakfast was a little bit over priced, in my opinion but still of a good standard.
cheap, clean, comfortable, spacious room, central location, good breakfast
Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or informative. Central location ideal for visiting Nottingham City, shopping, access to public transport etc One-way street system difficult for visitors to negotiate - hotel arrangements for parking efficient and not expensive Buffet breakfast well priced but hot food not very tasty
Good service, convenience
Staff are nice - nothing is too much trouble. Also, it is ideally situated for our visit. Not enough noise reduction - all street and traffic noise at nightcan be heard.
nice big room, modern clean and welcoming, value for money
Very spacious rooms. Very clean bathroom, cleanest I've ever known
Good value hotel, in a central location, which good facilities and high level of cleanliness. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff Heaters inadequate: electric, activated only by key so cold when arrived and off when out. Above head level and not very powerful so cold feet, had to fold over extra bed covers and have hot bath second night to get warm first Broadband: charging £3 seems unnecessary - just lend customers the cable (wifi is free in public areas but I wnated the desk in my room to work at). Plus my socket didn't work - staff came and solved by sticking cable-tie in the hole, but still intermittent
Room was spacious The car park was not that easy to get to. The heater in the room did not appear to work.
Location No parking, cheaper on discount site.
Easy Access and Good Positioning
center of city... few minutes walk from station
comfortable room, good breakfast noise from other residents was unacceptable - didn't sleep well
No hassle, good slick operation. Decent breakfast. Key card had to be reset, apart from that it was great.
We had an amazing view over the city as we were on the 9th floor. The room was clean. We arrived about 6pm and the bar was rather rowdy, It was like being at a football match. The room was nice but rather cold. We tried to adjust the heating but seemed to be blowing cold air. As we were there only one night we didn't report it at the time. No on sight parking.
This is a great, modern, hotel. very hand to city centre, shops and night life.If you are arriving by train, its just a few minutes walk to the hotel.
everything...very clean modern hotel with excellent food &bars and friendly staff everything was fine...
It was clean, comfortable and efficient Everything was fine.
City centre location; pleasant décor; fairly good value for money Too warm in room; shower head fell off when adjusting; room size quite small and cramped; very few extras (like shoe buffer)
The lobby and the staff Anything above the ground floor. Rooms, outdated, worn out, and the bed was just in unacceptable conditions.
I was charged 33.50 for breakfasts yet had paid for bed and breakfast was only told about 3.50 tray charge not that I had to pay for breakfast again this was not on the bill I was given with breakfast
Good location Service was abysmal. Staff were useless apart from one girl - Tona - who was the only efficient member of staff.
The hotel was perfectly placed to visit our son at university and be right in the heart of things for shopping and eating. We have stayed here once before and would stay again. The floorboards in our room (312) and the surrounding rooms were creaky and we therefore heard people moving about.
The only things I liked about this hotel was the city centre location and some of the staff were exceptionally pleasant. We were not given the room as described on-line. There was a very small (1 glass) of wine and 2 chocolates (not a box) as described on-line. The bar prices were ridiculously expensive.
The fire alarm went off at 6:45!
Location. Horrendous price when we could have paid half on booking.com; small compact room, hardly any space to move about in the room. Very hard to find. We had to park in the shopping centre Victoria and then find our way to the hotel. Will definitely ask my friends to stay away from this hotel when £130 could buy so much more elsewhere in Nottingham.
All staff excellent - they seem to like having hotel guests and enjoy working there. Room had an iron and ironing board and tea-making facilities. Location is first rate. The 'Double Deluxe Room' was just an ordinary double room with a rather narrow double bed. No room safe, no mini-bar.
Location excellent Hotel in serious need of refurbishment. Although the price was reasonable for the Hilton, was placed in a box room, no window views and room needed a few locks of paint. Would have paid more and stayed in a more modern hotel
Size of bedroom and general cleanliness of the hotel
Staff are courteous Better if toothpaste ,slippers etc simple disposible consumables are provided.
Fab place to stay, in the centre of Nottingham. No noise of note, friendly staff. Everything was great
Clean and centrally located Parking expensive. No free Wi-Fi. No hair-dryer supplied in room.
Location perfect, hotel staff superb!! Hotel room clean tidy and well stocked :) There's nothing to write!!
Room was clean and tidy On booking in reception could not find my reservation
The best thing about this hotel is the location. However for the price, it was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and bathroom functional. I would choose to stay here again if I was visiting Nottingham. The wifi Internet and breakfast were very expensive for a budget hotel!
The cleanliness that you would expect at a modern new hotel together with the price
Centrally convenient, staff dealt with minor issue immediately
Very clean, the hotel had all the facilities we needed for a one night stay None
It was ideally situated in the Lace Market area and although on a busy road, it was very quiet at nightNotg Not enough pilows on the bed
the hotel was central It was cold, the roooms were cold.. The televison had very little choice included in the price.and the furnishings were old and worn.
The buffet breakfast was good. Everything else was poor. The front desk make you pay upfront, the website says Satelite TV, but only local channels.
I only could emphasize the hotel location, close to the Nottingham Market Square. I didn't enjoy my stay in this hotel. The rooms need to be cleaned properly and the staff were no as kind as they have to be in this kind of bussines. They really don't have any interest in the guest.
The size of the room and the location
The location was excellent. It looked quite grotty from the outsaide but was gorgeous inside. The evening meal wasn't that great but the breakfast more than made up for it.
Clesnliness of bedroom, - stains on the wall, cracked broken tiles in the bathroo, cracked washbasin- decor and furnishings of room generally looked 'tired'.
Nothing outstanding When we booked the room, we requested a room with a mini fridge. When we checked in the receptionist told us that the room has a mini fridge. When we got into the room we found that the mini fridge was removed so we asked if we could get another one or a different room. she straight away told us that the hotel was full and put the phone down on me. The room was quite dirty. The beds were sloping so we didn't get a good nite's sleep. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The room we got was very different to the ones in the hotel photos. It was pretty old
Central location. The telephone in my room did not work and despite reporting the fact it was not repaired. The hotel was cold.
location to city very dated rooms
Nothing Avoid this hotel it's bad, the rooms smell and the hotel is full off prostitutes
Location Bed was lumpy
friendly staff, location of hotel, near to city centre. very good breakfast all in a very enjoyable stay. Size of rooms, the first room we were given was too small, we asked for an alternative room which was a bit bigger.
The view for the window was off discarded special brew can cans on the ledge outside the window , very noisey as well.
A lovely building but it needs a lot of money spent on it as it is really tired and tatty.
location close to city centre no double glazing on windows, extremely noisy, due to extractor fan and aircondition units at establishments across the road.
convenient not the hotel but the noise from the street unbearable! i would not recommend any rooms overlooking the street.
I liked the buffet breakfast.I prefer to choose my own amount. The third morning was waitress service, there was far too much, and it spoiled it for me. the receptionists were not always in full view, they were hidden behind screens. But they were very helpful.
Central Too hot, far too noisy from the street, no parking or even stopping outside, scruffy.
Location. Right in the city centre and very close to Nottingham Arena. never needed a taxi. Could be quite noisy at night as on main street. Breakfast was mediocre but fine for the price.
The food was quite good, bar and restaurant were ok Rooms were shabby and the building generally looked tired, the up and down plug in the sink was broken the waste bin lid was broken decoration was poor and the bed was damp, the TV remote did not work and although the main parts of the room had been cleaned e.g. sink toilet etc. It was obvious a deep clean had not been carried out for some time. The lift was dirty and reception staff were always eating when approached, evryone referred to me as mate.
The hotel is in a very good location for nottingham city and is very pleasant to stay in most of the time
Friendly Welcome, Safe Parking, Simple Clean and comfortable Rooms - Great price, Convenient Location.
The size of the double beds are HUGE! all facilitys within the room you could ask for. a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you into town centre runs every 10mins at £1.60 for a adult. and the breakfast was amazing buffet style get as much or little as you please with cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt and pastrys couldnt wish for anymore
Except for one female at reception, everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was good in restaurant and at breakfast. Room was a very good size. Reception person was almost rude. Bathroom ceiling was full of mold, lampshades had huge amount of dust in the pleats and the dispensers for soap , etc. were too high up for a shorty like me.
comfortable room very clean and spacious good location freindley staff
bar downstairs no wifi in room and tempermental tv. asked for 3 single beds but got a double and single
nothing The fact the car park had not gritted, causing an accident which my car was damaged which spoiled the overall stay.
Easy to book in, pleasant staff, nice surroundings No
It was a nice hotel there was a wedding party till 1am in the morning so there was loud music.
I need to explain. I booked the Gateway Hotel Nottingham as a suprise for my daughter and son in law. Their comments are glowing the hotel receptionist was very helpful, friendly and made them feel special. The head waiter also went out of his way to make their stay great. Thankyou I couldnot have choose a better place for them
treatments & pool found the bar cold - air con and sometimes in loung area
Friendly staff who appeared genuine Had to wait over 45 minutes for a room service order
The staff were very friendly the breakfast was very nice we had a room with a balcony and it was extra special. The whole experience had a laid back and chilled atmosphere Highly recommended.
friendly stafff, facilities excellent lack of air conditioning
Well presented hotel, very well designed. Hard bed. Wedding partys very loud. Bar prices excessive.
The use of the swimming pool and gym. The breakfast was very good also, varied in the selection of food offered and good value. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The restaurant was expensive for what it was and the portions shockingly small. The staff were friendly but quite disorganised- there were a number of mix ups during our two night stay. The location was not pleasant, it felt like you were actually on the M1 and certainly not in Nottingham. It was too far out of town for me, I would not stay there again.
The staff were all very well mannered and polite and most of all they all spoke English clearly which made them easy to understand
Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the evening was very nice. Close to the M1 so easy to find and also the park and ride is very close by. The trams are very effiecient and run quite frequently into the City Centre. Breakfast was slightly dissapointing.
Everything was excellent - staff friendly, food good, room clean etc. Being very picky - there was only one large towel in the double room, there was over 70 lights switched on at breakfast time - if the hotel is cutting down on energy use with towels then the use of lights might want to be investigated. My paper wasn't delivered - although when I questioned it at reception they gave me an alternative and took off the charge.
Comfort and facilities of room. In room dining ws also very good. Internet access to be organised from my room without having to go back to reception for a voucher. Plug and play internet would be prefereable.
relaxed atmosphere.luxurious surroundings.restaurant and bar staff extremely professional and helpful.nothing was too much trouble.
The leisure facilities, were very good. An excellent gym with machines and free weights, Squash ,Swimming etc. The restaurant served quality food, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only minor point is it is a large hotel and it can be a hike to your room! But then the facilities are on a larger scale. So it's swings and round -a-bouts.
I thought our room was really lovely. The bed was huge and the bathroom was a very high standard. We had a very good night sleep indeed. The carvery lunch was below par, especially for the price of £22 per head.
The Staff were good, and the views and surrounding area very good indeed. Our double bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress needed being replaced as it had collapsed in the middle. That's very poor for a DE Vere hotel!
Gym and Spa facilities. Breakfast service and speed. Check in staff not engaged and poorly trained. Unimpressed by the canteen style carvery for evening dinner. As said by other reviewers the length my room was away from the bar, restaurant, leisure club.
service was slow the rooms had not got any internal information in them. the bar prices were very high in the function room, lower in the main bar, why! and a £5.00 charge for room service at 19.00 was a bit steep as the kitchen was open. it was very comfortable
Nice large room, decent beds. Room slightly tired in places.
Concierge was very helpful and obliging-facilities appeared to be excellent but we had no time on this visit to use them
Used the gym & the pool, also dined in the evening at the main resturant & bar. The resturant staff were very slow, we waited over half an hour for drinks and had to ask twice for them as the first waiter had forgotten.
nice pool/ gymn. very good supper. good, charming, helpful service. absolutely no noise insulation. was woken many times by people passing outside the door. heard every intimate detail of the man in the room above's night-time visit to the toilet. very poor night's sleep
Leisure facilities Not one to stay in if you are not part of a conference.
Lovely Setting, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities Nothing
the breakfast the hotel is clearly not for families but geared for business. We saw an ad for family breaks. Our 16 yr old son could not use the pool during the week. Breakfast finished at 9am, OK for business, but not for families. Reception staff did not bother to acknowledge you as you went past. we would not recommend this to other families.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room Took ages to get to room from reception
It was a convenient location for an evening out in Nottingham at an appropriate room rate.
The room was a good standard, lounges were soacious, breakfast very good Distance of room from reception. Need to return to reception for internet card. ( could have been offered at check in. delay at check out
The Evening Menu The laundry left something to be desired
Excellent value for money, quiet and pleasant grounds. Receptionist who welcomed us on arrival could do with sharpening up her people skills - she was less than hospitable. All the other dining and reception staff were most civil and helpful.
Convenience for conference venue Cracked wash handbasin in room. Poor room layout with inadequate lighting.
During my stay I could find no fault. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the facilities were of a high standard.
Friendly staff. Good gym and pool facilities. Restaurant service was a bit slow, but bar snacks were good.
The staff were totally wonderful. We visited for the third time in twelve months and were treated as though we were family returning on a home visit. Reception staff couldn't do more and Vicky in the restaurant was fantastic. We have a daughter with physical disabilites and all of your staff treated her with utmost respect. We will return next year and will stay with you if Nottingham host the National CP Boccia champs again. Who knows we may visit the theatre again? Many thanks for the opportunity to give feedback.its greatly deserved.
Not a great deal It was very hard to find.. Even when I telephoned staff and recieved very poor directions I ended up driving around nottingham city for over an hour. I also found it was far to far to walk into the city as implyed by the advertisment. The breakfast was also extornitonatley priced.
the health spa facilities early bar closure
Easy access to the city. Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Dinner portions too small. Surely you can do better with the pillows. Too saggy.
Very friendly staff Excellent location Poor service encountered on two or three occasions (details below). Room was cold: the heating did not function effectively.
using spa facilities
Hotel was convenient for visiting Nottingham. Good bus service to city centre Room was a bit small. Supposedly for two persons, but only on chair. Corridors and leisure club changing rooms needed upgarding and redecoration. Chairs in bar area were uncomfortable.
it was very professional and comfortable and had a pleasent weekend staying there with my partner.
Closeness to centre & free parking
Wifi was not working and we were left to find out for ourselves after numerous connectivity attempts. Hotel could have put a note round to Wifi rooms
Beautiful hotel with a great location Wifi didn't work & staff didn't seem to be able to contact anyone so we had to check out 1 day earlier than planned
boutique hotel, very nice and comfortable.
Nice and central for my needs. Room was small, but I asked for a single!
I got a discount when I complained about the hotel room etc. It was appalling - in need of a complete revamp and a new chef.
totally enjoyed our overnight stay room was of high standard staff were helpful and friendly, would have no hesitation in recommending hotel to anyone looking for a good city hotel.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very well organised, food excellent. Despite a reported problem with the kitchen, breakfast was delivered quickly.
Staff polite, hotel clean and nicely furnished. The room was very small.
The staff were very helpful and the bathroom was lovely. There is no parking - you have to park at an NCP car park. However, it is very close, and only cost about £7.00 for the night.
Easy parking. The room was extrememly dusty, the waste bin had not been emptied from the previous guests. The expelair in the bathroom did not work. There were holes in the duvet cover. The room we booked was supposed to be 'Superior', but we were allocated a standard room. The cost on your site was the same for both types of room so we could do nothing about it. Also, the cleaner knocked to clean our room at 930am when we weren't mean to leave until midday!
The facilities were great and the staff welcoming. Room was clean and well cleaned. Breakfast buffet was outstanding - consistently good and well stocked, again with attentive staff.
the draft drinks in the bar were awful. and there are no fridges in the
It was in a location that was central for exploring that part of the U.K. Did not find the staff approachable or positive.
Very, very comfy beds and rooms. Reception and bar staff were very friendly. We didn't notice a lift!! No drinks in the rooms! We do like a night-cap.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Swimming pool very nice (and warm)
Beautiful bed and great service. N/A
The king size bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft. Reception staff unwelcoming; pool/spa facilities cramped (web page has a misleading picture); breakfast was a shambles because staffing level inadequate for number of guests (no table ready, then chairs missing - had to rectify this ourselves. Self-serve food was old, cold and looked very unappetising. Restaurant manager over-ruled a waiter who wanted to provide us with fresh plates of food by insisting we use the awful self-serve bar)
The staff were very friendly. And the facilities were very relaxing .
The pool and leisure facilities Our room was very near to the pool house and the pump room was rather noisy
The bedroom was great. The bed was huge and very comfy. The food was good, and the staff was very welcoming. The general atmosphere was very nice.
the shower was unadjustable
clean and freindly
Excellent location; staff very welcoming and friendly. Room well equipped, including microwave and fridge, although we didn't use them as we were only there for one night. Pillows very uncomfortable!
they had a fridge in each room, and a microwave! this is the first uk b and b where we have found a fridge. absolutely magnificant! we had the ground floor room which was great as we had heavy suitcases. the ensuite was huge, with a lovely shower. breakfast was good, and the staff were fantastic. nothing.
The Breakfast overcharged by £7
Nice if you were staying a few days as there were a small fridge and a mirowave and plates and cuterley in the room so you donot have to eat out all the time
Really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast in the morning was gorgeous! Fully recommended.
I stayed for a week and the staff did everything possible to make it a pleasant stay; extra tea, fresh milk. Room 1 was a very comfortable ensuite double room on the ground floor. I did not see the upstairs rooms. No negative comments
Excellent staff and warm, friendly welcome from Myrna. B&B's don't need to be luxurious but comfortable and welcoming. The Red House scored highly. Lovely back garden to enjoy if you have the time! No
The entrance to the Hotel gave us a good feel about the place. We were impressed by the size of the bedroom and bathroom and it was extremely comfortable and well decorated. It was an easy walk to the theatre so no extra driving. Nothing
I thought it was the staff at the hotel which made my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming, and catered to my every need. I especially want to thank Kerry as she was a star. The room I stayed in which I payed 57 pounds for was up to date, clean, and comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced, and I recommend the burger and homemade chips, they were lush. The hall ways and stairs are creaky!! But still a nice hotel.
The staff were friendly, excellent breakfast and the rooms were perfectly adequate for our stay. The room was extremely hot when we arrived - we had to turn down the heating and open the window!
staff and convenience of location and parking and value
good general standards throughout the hotel overall quality of the stay was let down by one staff member (waitress staff Tuesday & Wednesday) who demonstrated a complete disinterest in any task performed, could not complete simplest of tasks competently, was poor at deailing with own mistakes
very frendly staff
Our room was much bigger than we expected as was the en suite.
The price of the room was extremely reasonable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel also had free parking. My shower didn't work and I was allocated a smoking room, despite requesting a non-smoking room.
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. On my first night I woke up sleep time disorientated and the night porter was fantastic. Not so much a didn't like, but the restaurant staff are so focused on what they are doing they miss the request for attention from customers - especially evening staff, so would suggest the odd upward gaze to see if any assistance is required.
Average facilities Hotel had booked a wedding into the hotel and instead of allocating rooms immediately over the reception to wedding guests placed part of our group in a room where the walls were vibrating from the Disco downstairs. Hotel staff could have cared less and were completely unhelpful about rectifying the situation. Intend to write a strong letter of complaint to both the hotel and to best western upon my return from vacation. Quite a disastrous stay really.
Everything was fine but nothing was outstanding. Just the cost - I've stayed in better hotels for far less money. Room was a little shabby looking - really would expect better for the price.
The views from the bedroom window. Good service and friendly atmosphere.
Very well located. Just round the corner from Nottingham Castle, so great for site seeing, and just a 5 minutes stroll from city centre shopping and restaurants. Despite its centrality, the hotel was very, very quiet. No noise from the busy city centre itself and no through traffic. Superb restaurant, fine dining and great atmosphere. The hotel car park was a bit small. On Saturday night there were not enough spaces for all guests. We popped out at 6 pm to pick up our daughter from university and promptly lost our parking spot! However, this happened only once and there was a wedding reception going on at the time.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the best I have slept in. Delicious sausages for breakfast!
Very central to Notts.centre. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a garden room which was lovely and tranquil and relaxed. Staff were most attentive. Breakfast was good. Room was spotless. Taxi service was on the spot. All in all a great hotel to stay in.
Beautiful views over The Park area of Nottinghma; very clean and quiet. Very small car park with additional fee of £8 per night. My superior room was very small-glad I didn't book a standard room. Overpriced for the basic facilities and size of room.
Rooms very small
Considering the very central location, the absolute peace and tranquility we experienced during our stay was wonderful, and the ability to walk through the french doors of our room into a garden with a fabulous view. The hotel was not very busy so they had upgraded us to a garden room, a completely unexpected delight. And they were happy for us to leave our car in the hotel carpark the next morning, whilst we mooched around Nottingham. We loved everything.
the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean during breakfast there were insufficient dining tables and chairs and we had to sit at a low table which was not comfortable for eating
The staff were very helpful and efficient. They were friendly without being gushing. I can't stand hanging around when wanting to check out but the reception staff were very efficient. The bathroom door did not close properly in room 7.
