a perfect place for St.Valentaine's day :)
Very friendly hotel personell, beautiful place to stay for the weekend and even longer, the nature in Beskydy is wonderfull...
The staff was very friendly . It was hard to find .The hotel signs were not good enough.
Evrything ok. Very kind personel. Good for romantic or family trip. Geat base for monutain walking.
Frindly Staff very professional modern spacoius rooms and located direct on the golf course in bad weather the restaurant is about 150 meteres uphill from the accomodation so its cars aor rainy walking
Nice new hotel direct on the golfcourse, clean, comfortable, many possibilities to undertake tourism activities in surrounding area
The hotel is located in a beautiful place. Small, quiet and clean. Great value for money!
If you have heavy bags note there is no lift the GPS found it hard to find as it is off on a side street from the nominated address and the number isn't correct
Pleasant lakeside setting. Hard to find! Need signs!
Nice place in front a lake, beautifull. Convenient and nice people.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful and had a good grasp of English. Our room was rather small and cramped for a four star hotel.
I was there for only one night, however i found the staff very pleasant to deal with and welcoming. The only thing i did not like regarding my booking, was that i booked a double room and upon my arrival i was given a twin room which was quite frustrating. As i had a prior engagement i did not have the time to question this, however it did alter my original first impression, which was favourable.
Very friendly and nice lakeside location.
I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and all the Afrika stuff. It was very hot in the room
nice and new hotel, very stylish, good restaurant in the same building average breakfast- coud be better
staff was really friendly, big & clean rooms
nice views from the balcony - leisure facilities were located down a steep incline too far from the hotel To remote - anyone would need a car or be prepared to walk up and down mountains. More like a Hi-di-Hi Holiday camp than a hotel.
Great view of the mountains from the balcony of our room. Convenient location for visiting the district. Breakfast was plentiful, but not of high quality. Road to the hotel very narrow and winding.
Low price. Old and dirty rooms. very noisy at night: close to central railway station, breakfast is poor.
Service of crew on high level,
It is funny but you have to pass though the bathroom for getting to your room. We were going to set off early morning and there was impossible to take some packs with breakfast away.
Ok hotel in nice city, smiling and helpfull staff.
