A small ( 7 rooms ) bed & breakfast in a small village . All rooms have direct access to the garden with table and chairs . There is a fridge in the room ( not stocked ) and tea / coffee making facilities. It suited us fine as a base to visit our daughter . Breakfast is continental served 8am till 10am. We enjoyed the privacy but others may find it too quiet ( no reception after about 1p.m. except by call bell on main door ) Fabulous local restaurant called Poortgebouw glasshouse . Slight staining of carpet.
The facilities were more than fine. The room was spacious and clean. The general atmosphere was well taken care of. Artsy pictures decorated the walls. The window could only be opened to the exterior making unwanted entry into the room possible.
4* room, quality breakfast, and very good & friendly service.
friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and the location. the rooms are not soundproof
The postition, it was easy to walk into the town. Also it was a town we had visited previously by boat and we wanted to return. The invisibility of staff. You do not want them there all the time, but on our last night we had the feeling we were alone in the hotel.
It was a lovely quiet (too? no staff at premises) situated in a quiet village 20 mins away from Maastricht (our destination). some nice restaurants at walking distance. Good breakfast, all in all well taken care off! will come again, and advice others
comfort b&b in an old monastery, good design, clean, good position actually there is no reception and hotel is not guarded (owner's phone number to call).
