We used and appreciated the clean and complete health facility.
We thought it would be closer to the river for walking but it was a drive.
the clean rooms
the cold and snow
Very nice, we really enjoyed our stay
The room is very spacious, comfortable bed and quiet room. we've booked three rooms and overall my whole family really enjoy the stay.
upon check out, the FD associate there's a restaurant charge in one of our room. obviously, we never dine in or call room service during our stay. with family of us, we leave early in the hotel and coming late at night to sleep and rest. I hope this wrong charges will not despite my future stay. Thanks.
Close to where I needed to be for a friend's wedding
The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, had to air them out for a day with the window open to get the smoke out. The front desk was generally slow, the sheets had holes in them and were not tucked in well.
I LOVED the staff. From the time I checked in, I felt welcomed. I loved the room...very luxurious, great value. I called down to the front desk for many things at different times and every shift had fabulous people. Even the ladies at the cafe have great service. I will absolutely come back and bring my family! Thank you very much!
Resturant 's and Terrance lounge had a very nice setting. Service was very friendly and helpfull. Cocktails were perfect. Pool was open already at 6am and was very nice to enjoy.
Rooms were a bit outdated. Bath-tap faucet became loose and we could not use the shower when we needed it. ( long drive from las Vegas through Dead Valley) Room repair came and fixed the faucet prompt.
NICE CASINO, COMFY CHAIRS, MANY CHOICES TO EAT. EASY CHECK-IN AND OUT, BELLHOP SERVICE AND VALET SERVICE GREAT.
OUR ROOM SEEMED OVER CROWDED, AND NEEDED SOME REPAIRS TO ITEMS IN THE ROOM. TURNED IN A NOTE WITH THE LIST OF ITEMS WHEN WE CHECKED OUT.
The room was clean and comfortable. The spa massages were great. Some of the food was actually pretty good, but not awesome.
It took forever to get to our room, and it felt like we were heading to the wrong side of the tracks in a run down area. Make sure you understand where your room will be. If you don't care about run down common areas and rooms next to the dumpsters, then book without abandon, but never having been there, I didn't realize it could be so unappealing. The room was actually just fine and clean, but it took forever to walk there. Spend a little more to stay closer in. Otherwise, smokey casino, and typical good. Not unexpected.
Didn't win any money
Our first room was not the one I registered for. Then they cleared it up. but it took a couple of hours.
We received a free room upgrade when we arrived and then spent the next day in the fantastic spa they have. There is something for everyone at this resort.
The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, and the service was good at times. Room service was prompt and efficient, and when I had to make a room change, it was dealt with very quickly.
The first room I had smelled like bleach. It was pretty awful, and I requested a change of rooms. Also, the food (specifically at Oceano) wasn't great or on par with any Vegas type restaurant.
Had great stay and good room. Resturants and Terrance lounge were great. 95% staff was great and friendly.
Disrespect by blackjack dealer at 25$ min table. She said I may be better to find a table with lower limit. I asked her if she wanted me to leave she said she just dosnt want to me to be mad at her. I coulnt even beleave what just happend. I Told Jim the pit boss working that she was rude to me. Jim was extremely rude and couldn't even have a direct conversation with me. He was passaive and told me I should mind my own business. This experace put me in a overall bad mood and I didn't play blackjack for the rest of my stay.
Very clean close to the mall. Great bathroom with a big tub and big shower. Rooms where really nice
The remote didn't work to well. The pillow where pretty uncomfortable
some one in management/owners have too much money, are bored, don't know what to do with it all and themselves, so they have added on in Winchester Mystery House fashion, over-done the décor to the point of distraction and annoyance: NEON. For a great contrast comparison to sumptuous elegance, tastefully done, which is soothing to the soul, check out the difference between the casino, rooms, and especially - most especially the SPA at the Atlantis, one mile down the Virginia St road from the hideous Peppermill. Will never return. Even the crass, ugliness of downtown casino's preferable to the Pep. Thank you.
Awesome pillow and pool area
While the staff at the pool was very friendly, it was very slow. It was a bit smoky throughout the hotel including the rooms.
