Location was easy to access
Everything about this hotel was worn out - carpets, furniture, facilities, etc. Was a bit un-nerving to stay given it's poor condition. Breakfast consisted of artificially flavored strawberry waffles (what's wrong with plain waffles with syrup?), flavorless eggs, and ham that you had to ask the kitchen staff for because the pan was empty. Coffee pot was empty as well. Kitchen staff was behind closed doors visiting with each other and gave me a dirty look when I interrupted them to ask them to refill breakfast. The office was unstaffed and closed when we arrived at 7 pm with a sign on the door to go to the hotel next door to register. Perhaps that should have been our clue...
Not too much.
What didn't I like. The first thing when I checked in the clerk made a photo copy of my credit card that I wasn't comfortable with, the people sleeping in the lobby every morning and the police arresting the woman in front of the lobby the day that I checked out. Those are just some of the things that I didn't like. If you would like me to tell you more, call me. I would never stay here again.
The room was very modern and lovely barring a plumbing issue with the sink
The property outside the room was was understandably going thru a renovation, it looked old and dated in need of serious love and attention.
pool was nasty ordered three rooms and they were divided up i don't usually complain and being from out of town im not sure if this was a great deal for the money or not the breakfast was okay though and that saved us some money the staff was very nice
pool was nasty hair floating in it and smelled funny ordered three rooms and they were divided up i don't usually complain and being from out of town im not sure if this was a great deal for the money or not.
If you don't want to be downtown, this would be a good place to stay. The price was fair which included breakfast and transportation to town. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The drivers could have been more professional. I would recommend this hotel if you did not want to be downtown. Even though transportation is provided, there is nothing close if you are walking.
generally quiet, descent rates relative to quality offered, only 10-minutes from downtown, free quality breakfast, free shuttle to event I was involved in.
I thought all tenants should have equal access to ice despite reportedly one groups monopolization for two-nights in a row.
The price was right, the location was good, the room was clean.
The front desk girl was abit inexperienced or slow? It may be helpful to have maps and things to do in Reno. You could walk to town except we were unsure of direction as we had no good map of the area and a list of sights or attractions in town. The pool was abit dirty in the morning so I didn't use it.
Great and spacious rooms with everything in it. Even a kitchen. We got absolutely value for our money. Great hot breakfast as well.
They were very courteous and willing to please. We liked their wonderful breakfast!
Clean, comfortable spacious room. Free wireless Internet. Not expansive. Conviniently close to freeway and Grand Sierra Casino.
