Pros: We visited the beautiful medieval town, Limburg. And we also enjoyed the countryside walking in Herold. It's very quiet and the air was very pure. Wow! the thousands of stars!!! the galaxy!! Pros: Super owner or manager, thoughtfully placed rose petals on my wife’s pillow for her birthday. Very flexible and accommodating. Nice quiet location, excellent dinner with a good beer on tap (especially the dunkel). As the owners face some challenges with the road construction in previous years, give them a try, we all benefit from success of small businesses.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, the home made sausage was incredibly delicious! It was very nice that we had plenty of choice, as I managed to prepare 2 extra sandwiches for the long journey ahead. (Drove from Hungary, stayed here for a night and travelled next day to the UK.) We loved the environment, the nature, very peaceful and relaxing. I loved the bed as well, very comfy, I slept very well! Also we loved that the hotel is dog friendly, and full of cute pictures and nice decorations in the hotel.
Cons: A hair drier would be a useful/helpful thing to have in the room. Otherwise everything was great!
Pros: Loads of space, warm in very cold weather and easy to park. Host was very welcoming.
Cons: Hardly any hot water, microwave took forever to heat anything and the hob can’t be used at the same time as the microwave, so cooking was a bit of a challenge! Doesn’t matter if you’re eating out though, didn’t bother us, just part of the adventure.
