buffet proposed during the fair service in the restaurant good (better than reception desk for sure) very poor service for check in and also check out. Room was over heated and too small...not even able to check for mails in the room...
cheap, clean too far from the center of Milano
Very near Milano feria, clean to my question where stops the bus for to go to the airport the answer was - it is not hotel bus and they don't know, when I was ask olive oil for mozarella chees the answer was there is no any oil in breakfest - the staf not profesional
Large room. No noise. Nice design. Good location near Fiera Milano and motorways. Expensive buffet dinner and car park.
Even though the NH Fiera consists into an unusual piece of architecture (apparently influenced by the Pisa Tower design), not many guests probably stay at the Fiera NH unless to attend an exhibition at the fairgrounds! That's one of the main features of that hotel: its location right next to the Fiera! Another one is the parking at a set price 10 EUR/day for the hotel clients. The rooms are functional. Since there was indeed a trade-show (actually several), the place was full and noisy in all public areas. The fitness facilities were not available. I ended up with a room that had apparently suffered some major rain ingress: the floor normally fair wood color was badly blackened and uneven all along the windows... No other same category non smoking room was apparently available for a swap and no compensation was offered for instance free use of Internet in the room... Free WiFi Internet is only available in the lobby upon asking for 30 minutes ticket at the reception desk. Not very practical! In the rooms, Internet use (WiFi or cable) is available but at a cost.
The room. The distance between the hotel and the city center.
The staff was friendly and the proximity to the conference venue was good. The bathroom was comfortable. A lot of people will visit this hotel for business purposess; it would be logical and fitting to the 21st century that internet would be freely available in each room. The rooms are not that cheap, so I would have expected free internet.
There's nothing very important,I was shocked when I entered the room it was too small that we have to sleep with holding your luggage.we can't pass from corner to other 2 persons together.it's really something for the money I've paid I can get something better. But it has one advantage it's next to the Fair. One day I asked to take an apple, the waitress bring me 2 from the kitchen. The other day they didn't give me .I said why you put them on the breakfast buffet?they said it's only for decoration and the next day the same.& if u know how much we paid per night & we couldn't get an apple.I have never had such a thing i stayed in big hotels around the world and nothing happens like this.
Clean Fitness center was closed without prior information. The actual gym-machines were plugged in and operational, but there was work done nextdoor. The reception were not helpful in finding a compromise.
Very clean and elegant. The parking is excessively expensive, not reasonable.
