I wish that were had discovered it earlier. It was a great place and value.
Pros:Cleanliness
Cons:Need thicker blankets. Tables and chairs in dining area need an upgrade.
Pros:I was looking forward to staying in a nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable.
Cons:The hot tub was cold and the pool was freezing. Also, for their free breakfast, You get one drink and one bread item (toast or english muffin).
Pros:Large room & comfortable king bed. Very nice TV, large desk with lamps. Very nice lady running the breakfast buffet.
Cons:Room did not have a closet to hang up clothes, nor dresser drawers to put clothes away. I had to goth the lobby to get ice. Breakfast wasn't "made to order" as advertised, but was a nice small buffet.
Pros:AC worked great, clean, bed was comfortable, microwave and fridge for leftovers and table service for great breakfast, however choices are limited and same everyday.
Cons:Lumpy pillows, aging towels, TV reception not so good. Downgraded facilities, only because they are renovating.
Pros:Fairly large room - refrig that worked - micro wave that worked. No problems with my smart phone working or iPad working in the room. Relatively comfortable bed. Quite. Made to order free breakfest which was good. A few blocks off the main drag... but rooms were less expensive, Definitely no an "upscale" hotel... but a well-priced place to stay for a few days (or longer).
Pros:Room was very large. Staff friendly. Hotel was fairly close to many restaurants and stores. Although Ridgecrest is not that big.
Cons:Continental breakfast (6-9am) was a joke! Setup was very unprofessional and unappealing. Begals in retail 6-pack packaging, large box cereal, individual yogurt, packaged pastry, milk, and OJ. The small tub of flavored cream cheese was room temperature and 3/4 gone on Tuesday. From Wednesday on, only thing available for begals was three flavors of jelly out of common squeeze bottles. People sticking their hand in bagel bag or into cereal boxes. Coffee station had a bowl of sugar and creamer, each with their own spoon (some days with clumps on them) and one common stirring spoon. Wired and Wi-Fi was also a joke. As I said, the room was very large. The DSL modem was on the night stand, some 12-14 feet from the desk and no cable available to reach that distance. Then there was the very spotty and weak wi-fi. Lastly was the thin and thread worn bath towels. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant and cleaning staff very cordial.
