Pros: Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. room was large. We had asked for 2 beds on arrival it was not possible to split the double bed but the sofa bed was made up immediately

Pros: Nice clean hotel.
Cons: Check-out at 10:00 which gives no time in the morning for relaxation. No bathroom door at our room which was at high category. This creates a very loud noise in the room from the bath shower. Very strange. The reception desk most of the time un-vacant and you can’t get hold of the receptionist by phone and need to go down to locate him/her.

Pros: A wonderful hotel conveniently situated in the centre of town. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The dining room is fresh and airy, and the food is exceptional. My children loved the facilities, including the magnificent rooftop pool. An unexpected delight was the free 3pm buffet. A brilliant stay.

Pros: This is a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation with excellent food and spa. The owners are super friendly and very supportive. The owner showed us great hiking routes and explained all very well. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The food is AMAZING and the SPA beautiful and clean. We felt like home and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Breakfast also includes boiled eggs and bacon, along with traditional sweet products and fresh fruit. The property is located 300 metres from the centre of Maranza and a 20-minute drive from Bressanone. The bus stopping right opposite the residence takes you to the Gitschberg ski slopes, located 200 metres away.

Cons: Pool was a bit cold especialy outdoor one. Just few days out of 10 it was warmed comfortably. Brekfast would be great if hot dishes wouldnt be salted too much. For dinner we preferred different place

Pros: The location is great. The hotel's tavern is local and interesting, the breakfast is good, the owner is very kind and hospitable.
Cons: We did not like the room, it was not warm enough, a strange smell felt, and the window was almost at the street level.

Pros: This is a beautiful family run hotel in a gorgeous village with a superb village square and historic church just outside the hotel. Horst the owner was fabulous, very attentive and helpful and a real character which added that 'extra' to our stay. We had a fabulous time in this marvelous place and could not find fault. It is an exceptional small village and great location to explore the beautiful region. Thank you to Horst and his family for making our stay so exceptional.

Set on a pretty market square in Rio di Pusteria, this family-run hotel offers a wellness area, free bike hire and a traditional restaurant. All carpeted rooms include satellite TV. Specialities from South Tyrol are served at the Seppi's restaurant, along with classic Italian dishes and a salad bar. Breakfast is an array of freshly baked breads, homemade jams, eggs and cheeses. Rooms at Hotel Seppi have Alpine-style wooden furnishings and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms feature a balcony with views of the mountains or a nearby church. On winter afternoons, you can relax in the free Finnish sauna and steam bath. Massages and sessions in the solarium can be booked at reception. The spa opens on request in the summer. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the Gitschberg Jochtal Ski Slopes and 6 km from the A22 motorway. The on-site underground parking garage can be reserved on request and for a daily surcharge.

Cons: The check in was very rushed, it did not seem that the staff had the time available to give us much thought (we did check in quite late in the evening (10:15 PM).

Pros: Friendly staff. There is a garage to store my bike. The room was very pretty just as in the pictures. The restaurant is ok, breakfast nothing special but ok. 1 minute away from the train station and from the biking track.

The restaurant is open to the public and all meals can be enjoyed out on the terrace. The Gasthof Zur Linde Hotel provides free parking and a free internet point. The Maranza ski area is easily reached by ski lift or shuttle bus and the nearest ski slope is 10 km away in Gitschberg-Jochtal.

Cons: The breakfast lacked a selection of the normal cereals such as corn flakes etc. there were no boiled eggs available as they had run out and were not replaced. There was no fresh cold milk available either.

Pros: Very close to train station. Old impressive building with massive wall, entirely covered with wood inside in beautiful German Style, good bed, clean room, big shower, good breakfast both with sweets as well as ham and cheese. Pretty good wooden restaurant inside, with German food. Pretty good German coffee. Definitely, a good place to stay, at good price, to discover the beauty of that area.
Cons: Mobile phones don’t work very well inside, as there are massive wall, very impressive.

Pros: The hotel is old (in a good way) but very comfortable. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable with nice balconies. We were on a bike trip and we stored our bikes in the locked bike room. Breakfast was great!
Cons: We arrived late (9:30-10:00), and could only find one place nearby that was serving food––not really the hotel's fault. Bathrooms were a little dated.

Cons: No air conditioning not even a fan. Very dated. On a busy road and had to sleep with the windows open very poor night sleep. No lift on the third from and had to go looking for reception staff on arrival.

Cons: You shoud have excellent orientation skills to find parking entrance. You always hit something in the room with your head or back: a low-hanging chandelier or wooden beams above the bathroom
