Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Don Felix Hotel, the best in our trip to Spain. This elegant house has been restored to its original splendour and remains family-run today. The room was large with a huge, comfortable bed. The food was delicious, home-made using many home-grown ingredients, including the eggs! Pedro’s hospitality was perfect and he made us feel very welcome.
Pros: Everything is clean, silent and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and enclosed parking available.
Cons: Would have liked a coffe maker in the room
Pros: Absolutely wonderful building and Pedro, the owner and manager, couldn't do enough to make our stay a good one. Wonderful roads for biker's. Great home grown and home cooked food. We'll certainly be back.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, particularly the barman/waiter who was knowledgeable and recommended delicious food. The evening meal was one to remember.
Pros: Nice clean hotel with very helpful staff. Beautiful views over the valley.
Cons: The food in the restaurant was terrible. I would definitely not eat there.
Pros: Fantastic renovated hotel - almost boutique style! Great views and large rooms Lunch time restaurant fab
Cons: Sunday evening restaurant closed and bar shut at 8pm!! Although we did get free lift back from hotel owner - roller coaster ride up the hills in his 530 Beemer!!
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Spacious room with good size balcony. After a long hot day on the motorcycles it was a very pleasant surprise to find a giant Jacuzzi. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Good breakfast.
Pros: Super nice stay !
Pros: Nice hotel and nice staff
Cons: Nothing to mention
Pros: Very helpful staff. The restaurant was obviously a favourite of locals - we really enjoyed the food. We felt the room we'd been allocated had been smoked in at some point recently and we were offered a new room immediately.
Cons: Nothing really. We'll definitely go back for a stay. It's about 1.5Km uphill from the village which makes it quiet but that suits us!
Pros: Travelled as a group of seven motorcyclists. Undercover parking was not available but the hotel has it's own carpark which was perfectly adequate. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a table and chairs. The view from the balcony over the valley was stunning. Breakfast was a cold buffet with ham, cheese and the usual pastries. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The extensive restaurant was closed on the Sunday when we arrived and we asked the staff to arrange a taxi to the village as the hotel is a bit isolated. When the owner heard this he offered to take us in his own car and pick us up later and would not take any payment. Top bloke and a motorcyclist himself.

Pros: This place is amazing. On a sunny day the views were stunning, the road there is in itself almost worth the visit. We arrived on motorcycles and loved the challenging road. Juan was a gracious host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The food and company were excellent. The room was very comfortable and quiet. If you like a remote country stay in the mountains you will love this place.
Cons: Can’t think of anytime didn’t like.
Pros: The views are lovely and the owners very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Expensive and dangerous to get to via steep single track lanes with tight hairpin bends. Parking is bad on a steep slope by a farm gate. Do not take infirm or disabled people as the hotel is about 150m away from the car park across an unmade field track. The track is rocky, muddy and covered in cow poop, almost certainly dangerous during wet weather. The rooms are cobwebby, rustic and dowdy with most light bulbs missing. Our room, room 3 appeared to back on to some form of plant room that contained a heating boiler or jet engine experimental establishment judging by the noise? The owner has two lovely mountain dogs that were happy to howl along with the boiler throughout the night. The food is ok but nothing special in my opinion and matched at best the fare at any other local hotel. The male hotelier is a nice chap but disturbs the intimacy of your dining group during meals with things such as asking you to fill in passport documentation and showing videos of himself doing local naturalist work. He also walked around the dining room having animated and loud discussions with other guests.
