Excellent hotel close to Port Aventura No bar facility,Lack of public transport in the area
Comfort, location, mini kitchen facility. Fridge for keeping the wine cool. Street parking available but availability sometimes a little variable.
The comfort of the room, the friendliness of all the staff from the moment we arrived, very welcoming.
The hotel is modern and beautiful. The rooms are huge and well-appointed. The pool area is fantastic. n/a
the friendliness of staff and locals, cleanliness, and excellent service n/a
nice clean rooms . Friendly Staff The food in the Restaurant was not very good
The room size is quite OK, the room was very clean, it gives you the oportunity to cook in your room, hence saving some money, but on the other hand the food from the restaurant is pretty good, and the menus quite affordable! It is 5 to 8 mins away (by car) from Port Aventura. Great free SPA!! The only tiny bit is that the cleaning ladies did not change the toilet paper. Hopefully a one-off oversight...
The hotel and staff were excellent in a very peaceful place, it was the ideal place for a romantic and relaxing weekend break for myself & my partner. The range on the menu could be wider and altered from week to week.
The hotel was new, warm athmosphere, rooms were very clean, quiet and the breakfast was excellent! It was included in the price and it had a wide selection of continental and spanish foods. It is nice when you get up in the morning at a hotel abroad, you go for breakfast, and instead of two choices of cereals or a greasy english breakfast (adapted to narrow-minded english tourists that don't want to try new things) you find a huge selection of lovely foods!
The staff is very friendly; there is a nice library with free internet access and the Spa treatments are great. Easy location, close to Reus airport The minibar was empty; the gym is just a bike and a mirror with some weights ... not really worth to called a gym.
The location to the the towncenter was okay. Terrible hotel. They did not provide us the correct reserved room. Airco didn't work. Airport shuttle is an ordinary public transport bus, which you have to pay for additionally. Lousy hotel, not worth the money.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location to reus airport.
Great staff, great location, great value
Difficult to classify your hotel as we only stayed one night, so didn't avail of any facilities, Your restaurant was closed so we had a bar meal which was very poor. We liked the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We also liked Reus, lots of buzz, shops and sunshine. Food disappointing, but maybe this was because the restaurant was closed.
Staff were extremely helpful and informative. They gave us information about the fiesta which was taking place in the town. It was great fun.
Spacious and very nice room, 10mins distant from the Reus airport, bus direct to the airport even in the early morning, the bust stop is right in front the hotel.
Easy to drive to the hotel. Own parking garage under the hotel. Great design of the rooms.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, restaurant in hotel
Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. The glass doors for the bathrooms were a bit of a strange thing.
value for money
The staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked the room as well, it was very comfortable.
The service at the swimming pool, towels en beds for free. No
Service was excellent. Hotel room was huge and could accommodate 2 extra beds for our children very easily without feeling cramped at all. Our children enjoyed the Aquatronic immensely.
The food in the bar is absolutely awful!
A chance to get away for an autumn break in the sun. The spa experience was interesting. It was low season so it was very quiet most of the time, which was good, but not much to do. Because it was off season all but one of the restaurants were closed. The one that was open was good quality but pricey and a bit short on quantity. Given that the outdoor swimming pool was close, I thought they should have allowed free access to the indoor pool, rather than having to pay for it each time. But I guess all of that was compensated for in the much lower than normal price. Tip, hire a car to get out and about - go up into the mountains.
The location and views from our balcony were superb. We were really impressed by the excellent standards and great value for money. The self catering facilities were compact but more than adequate. We would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately there are no restaurants/bars in this hotel and not knowing the area, and arriving quite late, we felt as though we then had to travel miles to find somewhere to eat.
Great place to take kids, there is a play area, 3 pools and a kid's club with activities for 5-10 year olds. The wait staff was extremely friendly, very pleasant & helpful. The food was not very good. Breakfast buffet of about 10 different kinds of bread, one kind of sliced cheese, sliced lunch meats, canned fruit, coffee & juice not really worth 8 euros in my opinion... I did not try the dinner buffet - I looked at it a couple of times but I simply didn't think it was worth 21 euros.
The hotel is a newly built complex yet well away from the seaside sprawl of the costas. I know the area well, but discovered tiny villages I have never visited right on the doorstep. The apartment was advertised as a five person apartment. This means only one bedroom and one double bed, the other three beds are sofa beds in the tiny sitting area - a trifle cramped.
Pleasant location and quiet Food of poor quality and limited availability
Hotel area is beautiful and nice, apartments quite large and have pretty much everything you need for basic cooking etc. Nice LARGE beds, considering being in Spain :) It´s far from the beach etc, have to drive everywhere. The beach area and the surroundings aren´t that charming, everything is a bit worn out. Hotel itself seems to suit to families with small children, as nearly every morning you would wake up at 6 because of noice through paper thin walls. Mainly french guests were otherwise nice and peaceful neighbours, though. Rooms were a bit dirty.
Terrific pool and the ground floor room with the little garden was nice. Mainly french guests in the hotel. They shout and scream at one another, clatter about and always eat and stay in their rooms every night. Tight buggers never go to a restaurant etc so they are there 24 /7. hotel was like fat camp - unbelievably huge fatties wallowed around pool area.
After our difficulties and questioning about the existance of the hotel we were really very impressed with the facilities. We would highly recommend the hotel to our friends None, just send some directions and correct contact details
The room we had was fantastic (Room 8). Staff were helpful and pleasant. We tried the hotel restaurant which was amazing. It was hard to find and in the middle of nowhere which we did know before we made our booking but were surprised at the cost of a taxi into nearby Tarragona for the evening.
This Catalan traditonal farm house (masia) provides an oasis of calm and charm amidst the urban and industrial sprawl between Tarragona and Reus, the international airport, and the fast train (AVE) station. It's nestled in an estate of vinyards and olive groves and boasts a gourmet restaurant. It's close to the wine region of Priorat and the Costa Daurada beaches. We had a lovely stay.
This hotel was located in Mont Del Camp Brio which is a quaint village inland from the beaches of the Costa Daurada by about 7 kms. This is a far more relaxed and quiet location than the beaches themselves. The hotel itself was modest, yet clean and comfortable; overall a good value. The coffee was great but the remainder of the continental breakfast was lackluster.
great staff ,helped with language, gave local directions and assistance, secure parking, got me cereal for breakfast no
This hotel is excellant in all respects, reception, service, tasteful decor, and extremely good value for money. Although we found all aspects of the hotel excellant,we felt that continental breakfast could have been more immaginative with a little bit more choice.
oriental breakfast for the guest who wants to try... nobody speaks foreign language so no comunication
it was a excellant hotel/location for our journey from southern spain to france. it was not to far from the motorway & was well priced for a one night stop.
Quietness Very difficult to find!!!
It was pleasant, welcoming, homely & quaint Not really
did not speak any english which was a big problem as we were robbed on our journey to hotel and urgently needed to use phone to cancel cards phone etc, and call police.
Decorations to the hotel very tasteful, furnishings very comfortable.
The receptionist was wonderful found us a room even though we turned up a day before I had made the booking. Hotel is really comfortable and offers all the facilities needed for a good nights sleep. Nothing to dislike here, come and stay.
The hotel is very well located, close to the center of town wich is very attractive. Neat and clean hotel although it isnt new. I had a very nice stay there. Helpful staff. The Air conditioning was blowing to near the breakfast-buffet table.
good value, close to airport, interesting little city
Relaxed, informal atmoshpere and helpful staff
Only stayed for one night, so not sure. Very conveniently located in the centre of Reus. Also close to a taxi rank The covers on my bed had holes. The bathroom was old, the bathtub did not drain properly
polite staff card entrance on rooms
the room only not possible to get food to eat in the cafeteria at 9.25pm after arrival
It was very spacious and comfortable.
excellent location lack of wifi
location and convenience for the town center and airport. helpful staff.value for money and beautiful room. everything was A1.
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Not a lot of frills but just right for us. Stayed a day longer, partly due to excellent accommodations. Would be nice to have a vending machine in the hotel.
everything nice peaceful place with really nice staff
At a central location, near center of Reus city, wins because of lack of other hotels! Poor rooms, very moisty, at some time I thought that the ceiling would come down on our heads!
The hotel rooms were very not even up to a over night stay, No food in the hotel, bar was in bad repair, bedding forget it, while at reception Russian girls, booking in and out!!!!!!!! no food outlets near by, what more can I say!!!! It would look like it has been taken over new by management!!!!! since posting on your web site
very good hotel to stay one night when you go to Barcelona from Reus airport or back
Nice modern rooms. No problem with parking. Excellent value. A bit far from reus centre. No internet access.
A lovely hotel at an amazing price. A room in a 4 star hotel cost me 20 Euro's, also only 10 kilometres from Reus Airport.
The location of the hotel is ideal for an overnight stay on way to or from Reus airport. Also the local bus from airport stops right outside the hotel.
Hotel was nice and clean and close to the airport. Bus stop was at the doorstep of the hotel. Together with the room rate this was the main reason to book the hotel Hotel was 'far' (45 minute walk) away from the train station.
We did not enjoy staying at this hotel at all. Thank goodness it was only for one night The staff were rude the room was horrible and the hotel was old more like a posh hostel
cleanliness no literature about the hotel, services, television/phine operation in the room. brokem television antenna, one day notowels, one day no toilet paper
