it was a 6 bed dormitory; the bed was comfortable, they have individual reading lights and sockets, two toilets and two showers which is convenient. The location was perfect, it is a three minute walk from Sol and the metro station. The breakfast buffet is worth it, the food was great. I liked everything about this hostel, definitely my go to for Madrid.
Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast and cozy lounge. The shower in the 4 bedroom; it was out in the open without a lock, no privacy. It was uncomfortable when there is men and women in the same room, I had to put a towel and clothes on the shower door.
Location is great, 3 minute walk to Sol. Staff is friendly and amazing. Showers are not private.
Social area to meet people, restaurant was good, rooms had A/C and we're clean. Location is great Rude cleaning staff sometimes clean while asleep, it's located in a gay neighborhood, not in my interest. No where to work or study, no table no quite place. If it had that I would be great.
WiFi did not work.check with hotel to see if they fixed before booking if you need a connection.
Clean, cool people, cheap, provided all the necessities (sheets, towel, etc), lockers for your stuff (I fit a massive suitcase and a backpacker's backpack inside). It wasn't free haha. No but really, it was really good for what I paid. Definitely got my money's worth.
The room is very clean and worth the money, it's very close to the Sol metro station where most of the sights are around there. Not all the staff know English, though some did try really hard to communicate with us with English, some keep saying Spanish even she knew I didn't understand any.
Staff friendly, warm, PCs and wifi and common room. Electronic doors and lockers The dorm size was riduculous 3 bunks in room suitable for 3 single beds ... you had no space to change clothes had to turn sideways to change between bunks. Hence I did not stay the 2nd night
