Situated in the small village of El Berrueco, 300 metres from El Atazar Lake, Estudios Finca El Destino features an outdoor pool with sun loungers and offers free WiFi. All studios have a private patio with outdoor furniture. They include air conditioning and heating and are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. The private kitchen comes with a hob, microwave, and fridge. The studios have 1 double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Shops, bars, and restaurants can be found 1 km from the property. Horse riding, canoeing, and fishing are popular activities in the surrounding area. Madrid can be reached in 55 minutes by car.

Pros: The apartments are small, clean and modern and equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patios are cute and have shade so nice place to eat meals. The pool area is gorgeous and comfortable with the lounge chairs and the host provides fresh towels and pillow for use at the pool. The pool area has a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. It is close to the lake for kayaking and walking. Also within walking distance to the best restaurant in town. The host is friendly and helpful and let us checkout late so we could maximise our trip.
Cons: I went with a group of 5 friends and we rented all three apartments so we had the entire outdoor area to ourselves: pool, bbq, etc. which was fantastic. If you are looking for privacy just be aware that you will have neighbors around if you are using the outdoors spaces.

Pros: Beautiful and quiet place. Just some meters of distance to El Atazar reservoir. Perfect for disconnect of the city noise. Also, the personnel was super helpful and kind

Pros: A nice comfy place with a good pool.
Cons: Would have been good to have some more basic equipment like a jug for boiling water. Extra basics like pepper, salt, cooking oil would also be handy. The driveway is a little difficult to get into from a busy road.

Pros: The bed was really comfy, was also really clean and the family that host the place is really nice
Cons: privacy was a little bit low, the road was in front of the studio so you could hear the cars passing all the time.

These heated bungalows offer fantastic views of El Atazar Lake and the countryside of the Sierra Norte de Madrid. Camping de Cervera de Buitrago features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Each bungalow features a furnished porch. They have a seating area with a TV, and a kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge. In the complex there is a snack bar with a terrace, a small supermarket and a children’s play area. There are also laundry facilities available. Many water sports can be done in the nearby Atazar Lake, such as windsurfing and canoeing. You can also rent bicycles from just outside the campsite. Cervera de Buitrago is easily accesible via the A1 Motorway. Madrid is around an hour’s drive away.
