Mirador de la Portilla is a great choice for a stay in Jarandilla de la Vera. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. There's also a garden, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer balconies and minibars.
Pros: Fantastic place was originally only staying 2 nights but ended up staying 4! Great views from the pool area and very close to the river.
