At airport, no shuttle to off site rental car place. Called 1-800 # customer service to have them get a hold of somebody at offsite Alamo for a shuttle. Customer service agent did call the offsite place and said nobody was answering left a message with my contact # for them to get a hold of me and I still, to this day, Never received a call.
