There was a shooting on the third floor of the holiday inn!! Did no enjoy my stay and did not feel safe! So many getto people were there starting fights and screaming! Never staying there AGAIN!!!!
Nothing, will not stay there again
Carpet needs to be replaced, shower Handel was reversed, hot was cold, could not close the black out curtains and Internet was very slow.
Reasonably priced. Clean room. Don't expect much more.
Front desk staff not professional or friendly. They seemed confused on the check-in process for rooms booked via other travel sites. I asked for dinning recommendations and was told "that is in the room". Long line at check-out because of confusion about "vouchers" from travel sites and staff did not know how to handle. Holiday Inn's seem very hit and miss these days. Honestly, I rather spend a bit more and stay at a Marriott property.
