9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and the surrounding parklands was great. Nice walks along the lakefront. Good clean and spacious room.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: restaurant service was poor, we know you had a couple of large groups in but over an hour to receive meals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfy and staff were exceptional . Good job
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice spot near the lake. Pleasant to walk around and to have a drink etc. Room was spacious and clean although very basic tea, coffee and toiletries.
Cons: Breakfast was very average and not worth the price. Eggs not worth attempting. Service in the restaurant was quite good, food just ok. Were woken up at 11.30pm by someone ringing the doorbell who said she had been given wrong room number. Not hotel's fault but not a good experience regardless. Wasn't asked at checkout how stay was which was unusual.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Price, Staff very helpful also made you welcome, Room above expectation, Restaurant staff & food excellent. Position for my visit was central.
Cons: Nothing very thing above my expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all very nice and welcoming. With having a disabled daughter and travelling alone it can be very daunting. Everyone was so friendly. The house keeping level 2 was AMAZING. So bubbly and very helpful.
Cons: Just the breakfast was cold and little over cooked. But other then that pretty happy.
7.0 Good
Cons: The guy on reception seemed really unhappy. He didn't make us feel welcome. We asked to get into our room early because we were attending a wedding. The responses we got to this question, which were put from when we first made the booking till the day before we arrived were generally unaccommodating. This left us unsure if we would be able to get changed at the hotel and then turn around and make it to the wedding. The reason we chose this hotel was because the reception was being held there. There are too many welcoming hotels for us to want to return to visit this one.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: good
Cons: waiting my tax receipt they said they would send
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the Lake, town centre and family. Lunch at the restaurant with the family was perfect. Good choices and price. Parking easy.
Cons: What was there NOT to like?
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast Clean comfortable rooms
Cons: Not much

Cons: Would have liked some biscuits to go with a cup of tea.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very rekaxed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accom was fantastic.
Cons: Restaurant service very poor in the evening. We booked first seating at 6p. We sat with dirty entre plates for 30 minutes. Then waited an additional 50 minutes for mains. With no communication about the wait. And with a young child this was not what you expect from a restaurant like this. All the kids meals were crumbed or fried, or a burger. Not all kids like this type of food. It's not too hard to offer a grilled chicken or fish for those kids that like something a bit healthier. On signing for the bill the staff member folded over the bill for me to sign. On unfolding it was in fact a blank bill with no items on it. I asked for a proper bill and then asked for a discount as this was not offered. They did oblige and gave us a discount. Out 2nd night we ended up buying a nice cooked chicken and fresh bread and ate in our room. Breakfast was okay. Had to ask for more bowls, butter yoghurt and bread as all were out. Probably needed a few extra staff on. I would go back to the lodge. But would not eat in the restaurant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Such a peaceful beautiful serenity.. Certainly got what we paid for as everywhere else booked during holidays..Loved our free breakie beautiful overlooking the lake.
Cons: Upon arriving the reception confused the situation after we told her we snagged a bargain n booked and payed online almost charged us another night.. had no microwave to heat up food or a bottle for my daughter.(not all can afford 3 course meals delivered to the door..Not enough sugar to make cuppa's over the course of two days..Not enough towels for us all.I couldn't use the gym when I wanted too and need to upgrade the equipment.

7.0 Good
Pros: Great location for events at the local pub and staff were 10/10
Cons: Found a bandaid that flung out of sheets when made bed next morning and it wasn’t ours
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a good location with no traffic noise from the highway due to the design of the building. The room was a good size so didn’t feel cramped inside, decent size tv too. The food at the pub was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Did not have brekkie as we had other plans . Room was great , exceeded our expectations .
Cons: Nothing , will come back again as we have friends at Woodford .
7.0 Good
Pros: the motel was well positioned for our needs and had the hotel with meals etc just 30 metres away
Cons: It was ok--just basic-- and the bed was as hard as a rock
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great and adjacent to wonderful country pub
Cons: n/a
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the convenience to how close it was to Woodford. The beds where comfortable. Food was great. Staff where lovely
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely spacious room
Cons: Saturday nights a bit noisy, but realise the hotel doesn't have much control over that. Had trouble getting an internet connection because one staff member had told us one thing and another staff member another. And there were three internet connections but only one that could be used
8.0 Excellent
Pros: There was plenty of room for the family of four (grown up 'kids') in the 3-bedroom apartment (house actually). Appreciated the kitchen so we could prepare our own breakfast. And, yes our croissants were extra flakey
Cons: We were disappointed by dinner in the pub dining room. The roast and beef Wellington were both bland. You can usually rely on a counter-meal in a country pub, but not here, in our experience. Be warned that the 3-bedroom house is directly behind the enclosed stage area, and that when the band plays on Saturday night, they play *late*. Not conducive to a good night's sleep.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff on arrival was really nice and helpful, was great to have shops so close by, meal at the sports bar next to motel was so good and affordable. I would stay again here
Cons: Pillows were a tad lumpy on one of the beds (not mine lol) and an extra blanket would have been good as aircon didnt work to be able to put heater on (had a friend that felt the cold).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service friendly staff. Value for money. Location was fantastic with a Club, food venues and fuel close by. Hope to stay again.
Cons: Better well lit signage for visitors new to the area. Showers are great but could do with shower curtains.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was close to where we needed to go. Linen was clean.
Cons: The room was very run down. When I turned on the light during the night cockroaches were in the kitchen area, the door would not lock from the inside so when we came home from our function we had to use an outside table to barricade the door from the inside. The air conditioner was very loud, and the ceiling fan has possibly never been cleaned. The photos on line looked nothing like the room we stayed in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: The dirty floors and shower
4.5 Okay
Cons: Room was dirty half bottle of water and papers left under bed so if room was cleaned this shouldn't happen, base of shower dirty we wore thongs when we showered
5.8 Okay
Cons: Pretty old and run down
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Was very convenient location to Redcliffe Sports grounds, only a 15min drive. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Cons: The room itself was below average & was overpriced. Our room was extremely outdated & not clean. The bench still had red wine spilt on it, the dust on the ceiling fan, skirting boards & in the corners of the room was so thick I’m not sure when it was cleaned last. The bathroom was worse than an old caravan park amenities block. The main bed needs a new mattress, it has sagged in the middle & you could feel every spring. Didn’t realise their was a hotel attached so the noise from the hotel was expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The management were Amazing and friendly !! I’d take my children there again. They catered for all our needs.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was convenient for a function I was attending. Room pretty average. You get what you pay for.
Cons: Could use a refurbishment and wasn't exactly sparkling clean.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good and handy to shops..
