It was beautiful and huge. 2 bedroom awith 2 bathrooms huge sitting rooom with kitchen and dining table. loved the balcony!
They had no soap to wash your body with. That was disappointing.
The staff at Aurelia are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and laid out well. The location is close the vatican so accessible to many things. We walked the whole time but it is a good walk into the city centre.
The only caution I would give are that it is quite noisy with a busy road in front and a loud train track overhead very closeby.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was not big but enough to tide you over until lunch. The space was pretty large and the kitchen functional, therefore ideal for a family. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk to St. Peter's Square.
Cleaning service has room for improvement. Entrance of hotel is on a busy road therefore crossing street can be dangerous. Depending on which unit you stay in, it can be very noisy if you end up in the building beside the train tracks. Shower stall is quite small, not much room to move.
The residence is excellent option for family with kids. Its look like your home where there are more space and facilities.
The residence is very close from train lines which make me not sleep very well due to high noisy of the train. Also, the lady in front desk was not warm & nice dealing with me, just give instruction just like a big boss.
Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.
Noise levels were a bit high even with the shutters down, and entrance to the residence is immediately adjacent to a busy road.
Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook
If there was the possibility of having a washer available to wash your clothes, that would have been handy. Sometimes people have a preference to wash their own clothes than have them laundered by someone else.
Very helpful staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast table. Big rooms. Easy access by public transport.
Should be noted: No room service on Sunday. I didn't mind but others might.
The close proximity of The Vatican and the many excellent restaurants nearby.
