Hotel Pineta Palace

Breakfast.

When we arrived at the room, one bulb would not light up and the rest were too dim and the room appeared too dark. They sent a technician to replace the bulb but still the room appeared dark and dull. Bed and sheets were not clean enough. First day - only bath towels; no wash towels; Second day - no towels at all, they sent some when asked. The bathroom layout was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel, because the sink was the largest I have ever seen. That resulted in only a ten-inch space between the sink and the toilet to manuver to get to the bath tub; it was quite an effort. Hotel staff is not friendly; basically, you don't feel welcomed on asking any questions. If you are not with a tour group, dont stay here. Bad location.

we were upgraded to their "luxury" floor. seemed standard for a US hotel but was definitely the nicest European hotel Ive been. a buffet style breakfast was included in the price, great cappuccino

card keys kept decoding, 3 nights in a row we would have to get them re-prograqmmed to get back to our room, was kind of inconvinient to get to Rome city center unles su took a taxi at 0600

Room is quite nice for Rome standard. Variety of food at breakfast. Staffs are helpful although not very pleasant. Can arrange taxis to airport at good fix price..Shuttle to city is helpful althouth not frequent enough.Good dining at the basement dining room.

Location is in residential area and far from tourist attractions. There is nothing around. hardly find any resturant..but there is a supermarket about 300 m. away..u can hear lot of noise from the next rooms..

it's clean and quiet, comfortable bed, helpful staff,not far away from the bus station.
