The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very close to the Roma Termini train station.
The size of the bathroom.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location - 15 mins walk to main sites, also right on edge of the congestion ZTL zone so meant could park in car park outside that area and only 2 min walk to the hotel. Good restaurant opposite.
Hotel staff are extremely helpful and willing to help
Pillows were too hard, room too small to fit luggage . Not enough shampoo/soap left in the room but when the hotel staff were asked they supplied the products
The location near the Termini station in Rome was a big draw for me. It was very easy to get around the city using mass transit and this hotel.
The room was a little on the small side, and the elevator at the hotel was an older model and only allowed carriage of 1 bag at a time.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Very pleasant to talk to. Great small hotel close to the Rome Termini, but not too close. Also Great location as it was only 15 min walk to the colleseum, Trevi fountain, spanish steps. Very cozy hotel.
The closet had a musty odor to it, maybe from the fridge being in there and the door being closed. Leaving the door open helped clear it up.
I really liked and appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. My (single) room was clean, and the housekeeping service was very good.
The bed was saggy; and the room was quite noisy, as it was on the first floor next to a quite busy, cobblestoned street. I'm glad I had brought ear plugs.
The location of the hotel was good, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size and so were the bathrooms, certainly doesnt deserve a 2* status
the building it is in
the genuine interest and helpfulness of the reception staff on information as where to go and where to dine in the evening
Staff where very friendly and level of english was fantastic
