An excellent location in Rome in a stylish and comfortable hotel. Helpful staff, great rooms with nice touches like the espresso pot and wifi.
location...closeness to places wanted to be and access to transportation yet also quiet and away from crowds
The room is spacious and modern. Kitchen is great as then its possible to cook yourself.
Could have been cleaner as we did find some dust in the room. Also bathroom is not too comfortable for the Penthouse.
Ms. Esther - Hotel Representative, was very friendly, patient and helpful. During our stay, she advise us on lots of travelling tips and even gave us full assistance. Greatly appreciated!
Location is fantastic and the terraces in the penthouse suite are worth the extra money. Daily cleaning service very efficient.
No security deposit box available.
Location, location, location - within walking distance of the majority of the tourist attractions including the Vatican
Near to main sites.
Price was a little bit too much. For the price we paid we thought we would experience a bit more luxury (large bath, bottled water, milk, coffee included in price).
Friendly Staff, Very Good Accomodation for family of 4 or 5, except for the nude pictures on the hallway walls - this is due to the fact that it is gay friendly (which is fine), but maybe not the best for children's eyes. Otherwise an excellent type of accomodation, and location
When we went in to register, they thought that perhaps we were at the wrong place (obviously not used to having families stay there), due to the gay aspect
A lovely building, successfully mixing old and new, and in a great location. We rented two suites which meant we had the entire floor to ourselves. The balcony at the rear of the building was a quiet oasis. The one at the front offered the buzz of the city. Coffee and croissants delivered to our room was a quick and handy breakfast and good value at 5 euro per person. Staff were friendly and obliging.
While the residence had been very nicely renovated, the rooms, particularly the kitchen, did not have the high end finish of a 5 star - the microwave was old, the grouting was a bit tired etc.
