New, modern design, location is good for coming with car, shoping in closest shoping center and managable to come to the center of the city cleaning of the rooms and specially bed making not on the level of 4 star hotel, breakfast also for 2-3 star hotel not 4 star!
The OP Hotel is a counterpoint to the historic center of Rome, nestled in a beautiful and urban neighborhoods, the architecture and design of the hotel is impressive and an experience in itself. I can recommend a stay at this hotel only. The breakfast was good, but it should be versatile for a 4 star hotel ...
Nice, clean room. breakfast offering and service is "basic". Expensive internet - should be offered for free for a hotel which claims to be 4*
Rooms were just like shown on images, very modern design, slick looking and basically great. It is a bit off the city center, but you're there in 20mins by public transport. Bus stop is right outside the hotel.
The bathroom was really good I would not clasify the hotel as a 4 stars. no restaurant, breakfast really poor.
The restaurant having excellent fish upstairs and downstairs the best pizza in Rome I have ever had during my three trips to Rome. Also staff at restaurant extremely professional and polite. Me an my vife really enjoyed dining&wining there Hotel breakfast staff was unpolite. Three breakfasts with my wife and nobody did not even say good morning or had any interest whatsoever to us. Prepaid 10 eur full English breakfast per person was not available as the staff bluntly said "here it is" showing the continental buffee breakfast. When I complained the hotel receptionist promised to refund in full, but did only 1 day out of 3.
The staff were very helpfull and the rooms very clean Far from the main city and the buses stop maximum at 12h00.
Garden view, space of room, helpful staff bathtub could not be used because it couldn't be plugged
Nothing special, it's only a very good hotel No, there was not.
nothing how dare they use the word Shangri La. what a disgrace.
the hotel was excellantly placed for access to the metro link a short walk away which placed you within easy reach of all the sights of rome. very little information available within the hotel that was actually written in english, this was maybe due to the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of rome but it did not spoil the hoiliday at all. the hotel appeared to cater for the italian guest rather than a foreign tourist.
Good breakfast, nice restaurant
The staff were very friendly and most helpful and as my Italian is nil this was most apprecieated. They even offered to organise rail tickets for me.
the resturant was perfect
