10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff who answered our many questions regarding directions, restaurant recommendations, and more. A beautiful hotel with exquisite rooms and comfortable beds!
Cons: A bit tricky to find while carrying heavy luggage. Ask for specific directions, from hotel, if you're walking. Otherwise take a water taxi from the Rialto vaporetto stop to the hotel because one side of the hotel is on a canal.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Traveling with my teen daughter, we booked the first floor (handicap equipped) room for a quick one night stay before leaving Italy; as a result of the room's location, it was very reasonably priced (ended up being right next to the front desk but quite honestly, once you got into the room, you'd never know). It was quiet and like a vault. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, clean, well decorated. Front desk staff were very pleasant. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself was fabulous! It's a lovely hotel, and great location from which to walk to sights. Venice and this hotel was the only place we'd stayed longer on our 3 1/2 week European trip...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff made every effort to make our stay welcoming, couldn’t fault room, location, staff or breakfast. We used the concierge service from the airport to hotel and return which made our visit totally stress free.
Cons: Couldn’t fault.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A great breakfast. Room was comfortable. Clean. Tea and coffee available in the room.Close to San Marco and the Rialto . Beautiful spacious Piazza in front of the hotel. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you

9.4 Excellent (324 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Casa Burano in Burano, you'll be 6 minutes by car from Punta Sabbioni Waterbus. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: An unforgettable & wonderful experience to stay in one of the local apartments in beautiful Burano, fully well refurbished! Very central location facing the canal; the main street & restaurants are just around the corner. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only disappointing bit is the breakfast - as I was expecting more variety instead of the standard continental breakfast boxes for 4 days... I was also quite shocked to see a few house centipedes, but thankfully they're pretty harmless and will run for cover - so no need to kill them... phew!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: loved the location and how stylish the property was. value for money in italy can be disappointing but the quality of the fixtures and fittings was superb. more like a boutique hotel in the cotswolds UK!
Cons: loved everything except the rain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service, staff from Casa Burano very responsive and accommodating (we were awaited at the pier and escorted to the premises, even before our initially planned arrival). The apartment was minimalistic, cosy, bright and stylish (green house on the canal waterfront in the very heart of the island).
Cons: Steps from the upper floor could be noticeable due to thin ceilings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location a lot. Staying in an Island was fantastic to escape from routing Check in, checkout was easy Room service was good All facitilities were available, even sattelite TV, Bath tub, shower, spacious and comfy bed Coffee maker available to make coffee anytime
Cons: Nothing like that. But better soundproof is required & bit more varieties in breakfast is required

Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Horrible cheap breakfast room No staff Very dull island infested with tourists during the day

Pros: Hotel was great. The customer service was great and the people were so courtesy and helpful. Great central location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and service !
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is really nice .
Cons: The room is so small..
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location near the station, very convenient, clean rooms, adequate space for 4 people with 3 beds, comfortable.
Cons: For 4 people accommodation, they need one & half bath, also by now all hotels should have laundry machines at least one. They need to have a shuttle service for international customers like us from airport, didn't like the breakfast, eggs were smelling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness,very friendly staff, location
Cons: Only one small window in our room and unnecessary kitchen cabinets for our stay in our kid’s room taking too much space ,may be better to have more space for suitcases
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was about a 8 minute walk from the train station while pulling a suitcase. The bus station is within 3 minutes. There are several restaurants, gelato shops, other shops, grocery store and pharmacy in the area. The room was a little snug but with just two people we managed. It appeared to be a small hotel but in reality it is larger than it looks. With a canal in front and a restaurant on the one side the room was a lot quieter than what we expected. The breakfast they offered had a wide variety to choose from.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was definitely well located--easy to access all modes of transportation. The staff's recommendations were spot on and they were helpful when asked for assistance. The property was well maintained. Breakfast was fine and reasonable at 7Euro per person. The bar was also a nice place for an afternoon cocktail and the welcome drink coupon was nice.
Cons: It was total chaos when we arrived with turnover from our cruise ship (folks were staying there pre-cruise as well as post-cruise). It was raining outside so the garden was inaccessible and the public spaces are very small otherwise. Although they could "store" our luggage in the lobby until our room was ready, there was no place for us to sit and get our bearings before heading out into the rain to explore Venice. The front desk staff (2 people) and bellman (1) did the best they could but it was 4 straight hours of bedlam with arrivals/departures. Venice is difficult with all the bridges and steps and although this hotel minimizes them, a luggage porterage service to/from the People Mover would be a GREAT addition to their services. Rooms and bathrooms, although nicely appointed and in great condition, were quite small, as was the elevator (which was thankfully in good working order).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right next to where water meets land transport and the airport is not far away. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and efficient as was the guy on the night shift who got us into a taxi at 0400 hrs for the airport.
Cons: There were some rowdy guests one night, but you can get that anywhere.
7.0 Good
Pros: Peaceful sleep! Great breakfast and loved the welcome spritzers!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For it being our first time in Venice, the location was perfect. The bus dropped us off and the hotel was a very short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice.
Cons: I think everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Even inside the room you feel that you were in Venice. The back garden was spectacular. The best breakfast I ever have in a hotel. Great water view from both windows. If I go back to Venice, I will not look for any other place, I will stay here.
Cons: The elevator was very tiny. You can't fit two people with their bags, but at least there was an elevator. Many of the hotels there don't have one.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location Location Location. We arrived at Pl d Roma dropped off our bags immediately and went exploring for the day. We found the hotel immediately which you will realize after being in Venice for a while that finding places first time is not easy

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, very service minded staff
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely air conditioning is so refreshing after being out in the sweltering heat. Elegant room with typical Venetian furnishing. Excellent housekeeping with an endless supply of clean towels. The turn over and complimentary sweets and bottled water such a nice touch. Loved the complimentary slippers. Location so convenient near Rialto Bridge. Reception staff very helpful with local information but beware of the free trip to Murano unless you’re willing to succumb to the hard sell of the beautiful Murano glass factory!!!
Cons: Drinks in the roof top terrace a bit expensive but it is very relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. A kettle could be an asset to the room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The balcony off the room
Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable, should be replaced with daybeds which double as lounge in suite or additional beds, like in our case
8.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast average no Weetabix.
Cons: the shower in the bath a little awkard not good for 65 plus nomads.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we arrived very tired from the long flight we were greeted by a professional and welcoming staff very quickly. As a bonus, we were upgraded to a suite that was spacious, comfortable and private. The bed was very comfortable and a King! The staff assisted us in every way possible to assure our short stay was stress free. They got us a water taxi to get us to our cruise ship, transferred our luggage to the taxi, and took all of the stress out of the travel details! Excellent!
Cons: There was no down side to this hotel in my opinion. Great experience!
9.5 Excellent

Agriturismo Campi Di Grano - Roncade - Building
7

Overview Reviews
Located in Roncade, Agriturismo Campi di Grano is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Church of Monastier and Abbey of Santa Maria del Pero. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owners are truly nice and responsive! The room is very cozy and clean, the bathroom is neat and comfortable. And the view from the window is really great! The location is a little far from the city center, but who cares, when you surrounded by beautiful nature! Everything was perfect, thank you!
Cons: Nothing at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom also was very spacious and the facilities were clean and easy to use. The owner is a very friendly guy with a very funny (but cute) accent and the breakfast he serves is excellent.
Cons: The only negative point was the heating: in winter the room fluctuates between African-hot (reached when the automatic heating is turned on) and Antarctica-cold (some minutes after the automatic heating turns off). The automatic heating clearly needs a tuning. Also, the place is a bit difficult to find, but the owner always answers the phone and is ready to guide guests directly to the place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice personal, he brought me 2 times to the festival, I have been!
Cons: For us (without car) it was a little bit far from the festival, were we have been, but with car it's very recommendable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very nice and open. He allowed us to check-in even if we arrived quite late. Also, he made a very good suggestion about the nearby restaurant. And even gave us a free bottle of water for the road. The separate thing I should mention is the breakfast. It was amazing. tasty brioches, juice, and the tasty cup of coffee, handmade by the host.
Cons: I think everything was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was big and clean. Host was great and friendly. Location close to Venice and Treviso. Breakfast was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, big space
Cons: Everyting was ok
7.0 Good
Pros: The price
Cons: No English speaking. Tons of mosquito. Poor breakfast - no eggs, cheese or meat. Although written in booking that children stay free in extra bed the host tried when we arrived (adult and 2 kids) to say there is problem (i booked 1 room 2 adults, cause adding one more child result in booking 2 rooms (booking please fix this bug)) all in Italian, but i could understand the tone and hand waiving and the counting of the "bambini". Just after i showed him in my cell phone that it's wriiten free in booking, and the price for 2 adults equal 1 adult and 1 child, he waived ok and led us to the room. All in all experience was poor. But 50 euro including breakfast - you get what you pay for
9.3 Excellent
Cons: There should be nets on the windows for mosquitos. They were everywhere, and they ruin a perfect place like this.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: wonderful and friendly hosts! nice breakfast and free parking.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, spacious room
Cons: No fridge and glasses in the room, close to busy road( bit at least owner gave us room from the other side of building). Very nice and helpful owner but doesn’t speak english.

Pros: The hotel and room were absolutely beautiful. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I loved the location in a less crowded area – it was very peaceful, there were many excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, and yet it was easy to reach the train station, the vaporetto stop and even san marco area on foot. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a little hard to find at first but really wasn't.The arrival process was very warm, with a free drink and description of the hotels excursions. The breakfast was wonderful with seating inside or out.The hotel is surrounded by first rate bars and restaurants and just far enough away from the main areas.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like !
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was unbelievably helpful in every way. Staying at a place like this can spoil you. We will be staying there again the next time we come to Venice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent air conditioning. Mini bar prices much better than bar. Breakfast was awesome. Staff very efficient and friendly
Cons: Appeared to be no choice of pillows. Bar prices pretty steep for things such as gin. Mini bar prosecco could be better quality. Bar snacks good, but no full kitchen and restaurant
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Situated in a more residential part of town - but only 10 - 15 min walk to all main attractions this hotel was awesome. Staff were ridiculously friendly. Place is like a 5 star hotel. Completely renovated - all high tech switches in the rooms. Extremely cheap for what you get. Will be only place I stay in Venice from now on!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service by very professional staff who were extremely helpful with all our needs. We had special religious needs on Saturday and the staff was very cooperative. The atmosphere was very special in this boutique hotel in Cannareggio area of Venice on the canal. Absolutely peaceful and serene atmosphere that made us forget all everyday concerns. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again this summer when we return to visit Venice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotless clean, very comfortable room, staff were very engaging, and the breakfast buffet items were good quality. At breakfast the hotel gave a small birthday gift (we guess they knew from the passport at check in). The hotel is in a quiet area with several nice restaurants/cafe within just a 3-5 minute walk, and only a 15 minute walk to the train station.
Cons: Our only negative was the WiFi generally unavailable in our room and spotty in the common areas.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice clean rooms, nice hotel
Cons: Room was a bit on the small side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely superb service, we go there every year to end our holiday in Europe on a high note, staff always remember us. We are always made feel very special and important and I have no doubt so are other guests. The customer is always of most importance :). We love this place !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely kind and helpful, they even booked a good restaurant for us and gave an upgrade in the room, as it was for us a special occasion.
Cons: Certain common parts of the hotel maybe a bit “tired”
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, good air condition inside the room, nice staff
Cons: Everything was good, only the cups for tea were too small

They were all very kind and helpful. Made our holiday so pleasant. Thank you Maria and team!
Cons: A minor point, but I would have liked a bigger tea/ coffee mug in the tea/coffee tray because that’s what I’m used to. I didn’t ask for one; I’m sure they would have happily obliged if I’d asked.

Our neighbours include the elegant red-brick Gothic church of Sant’Elena, built by Augustinian monks in the 11th century and known for its lofty landmark belltower.

Pros: Ideale position to visit the Venice Biennale, very quiet and green area. Nice decoration and inner garden. Comfy bed.
Cons: The elevator is old and small, but notihing to really complain about :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A newly build beautiful hotel. 3 minutes away from a waterbus stop which makes it very comfortable to get to by a public transport. Close to biennale and slightly away from center, which is perfect given how crowded and noisy the center of Venice is
9.5 Excellent
Pros: great price/value for a large and modern hotel in one of the best parts of Venice (close to Biennale, Lido, City Center, Vaporetto) very friendly staff with great knowledge about the area great kitchen for dinner with fair prices and one of the best prosecco brands It's a place to return...
Cons: just very tiny issues like the speed of the elevator, option to have breakfast in the garden
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. It was away from the touristy city center but a very close 30 minute walk to get there. The staff were extremely friendly taking time to properly welcome us and give us ideas for places to go in they city. The area has a family local vibe about it with a collection of tennis, soccer and basketball court. I would definitely come back.
Cons: The hotel does not have a swimming pool. This would’ve made it one of the better hotels I would’ve been to.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shower was enormous! It was so nice to fit me and my wife in a shower in Europe!
Cons: There was hotel music from speakers in the hallway outside our room that was loud enough to be heard in the rooms.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and kind. The room was beautifully decorated, furnished and cleaned. Breakfast was great! Good location. The garden area was a nice place to relax
Cons: A seasonal pool would take this hotel to the next level! My stay would have been beyond perfect is a pool was onsite

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice amenities, breakfast, and location for transportation needs.
Cons: Restaurant options are limited.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Danielle gave us the warmest and kindest welcome - it is people like you who make new places and experiences memorable. Our room (and the hotel) was simply out of a fairytale gorgeous, super clean, beautiful view from our balcony, and only a 30 minute walk along the waterside to the main square (Piazza San Marco). We were sad to leave not because of Venice (which we loved) but mostly because we would miss our hotel.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff
Cons: It us far from most attractions
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice enough to say that they will take care of the complains and apologized. The breakfast had variety of food.
Cons: The staff was nice enough to say that they will take care of the complains and apologized but it wasn't taken care of after all.
7.7 Good
Pros: Hotel was located out of the city centre of Venice which is away from the noise, and the room is nice roomy. We arrive very late on the day and the staff assist us on how to get to the hotel.
Cons: The hotel is about 20 mins walk from St. Marco Square and 1 hr by ferry to Piazza Roma, therefore have to plan the time for travelling.
6.0 Good
Cons: Location. It is a bit far from the city centre and major attractions but still within walking distance.

6.4 Good
Pros: very peaceful,clean too
Cons: very quiet in the bar in evenings, could not enjoy night in hotel, would have to venture out.could have been more of a choice i food for breakfast
6.0 Good
Pros: It had large modern rooms in a quieter area of Venice with some lovely green space but still close enough to the tourist attractions of Venice.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: The hotel was of a high modern standard. The rooms were well equipped although not large , were fine - although the views from the windows were not worth opening the shutters. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a quite location around 15-20 minutes pleasant walk from St Marks Sq. A water bus stops just 2 mins walk from the hotel. (and goes to the Lido and all the Islands, as well as back to the Grand Canal in the other direction).
Cons: The hotel did not have much "Venice" character. The pigeons in the courtyard were a real nuisance. They even landed on the tables and (although the staff cleaned up very quickly ) droppings were regular on the outside furniture.
4.4 Okay
Pros: Location was good, rooms and bathrooms were good
Cons: The reception staff were grumpy
6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is fabulous, away from the craziness of the crowds and the nearby park is terrific, especially for kids.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful winery with about a dozen well-appointed, comfortable rooms. Everything was thought of when this was built. There is a lovely breakfast room with an extensive buffet. The family that owns the property are very helpful. William, one of two brothers who own the vineyard and Inn, speaks excellent English. He leads a fantastic tour of the winery followed by a terrific tasting of their proseccos, red wine, and white wine. The grounds are beautiful and there are bicycles available for guests to use on the very flat countryside. The location is an easy drive into Treviso (a lovely town with canals and an old section, worth seeing) and less than an hour to Venice.

Pros: My brother and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely brand new hotel in Venice. It was the perfect choice for our first trip to Venice and we would definitely like to come back. Interiors are modern and chic, food is fresh and delicious, ambiance is peaceful and charming. Worth the visit. Thank you!
Cons: The only feedback I can give to improve service in the future would be if the rooms had irons and ironing boards in the closets.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really nice rooms, clean, useful and well decorated.
Cons: A little bit away from the center but it is still walking distance
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Probably best value property in Venice. All hotels are expensive on the island, so on a relative basis this is a good deal. The breakfast buffet is small, but high quality and covers all the basics. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The hotel itself is new and the rooms reflect that. Our room was a junior suite and had two double beds. Decent enough space for a family of four. Closets were spacious and bathroom also had two sinks which is convenient. If I go to Venice again, then this is where I’d stay. Good location, new facilities, polite staff, and high quality breakfast buffet. Tip: Get a luggage porter from the train station to the hotel. Cost should be 5 euros per bag. Those bridges are killer with heavy luggage!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, modern, clean room. Excellent WiFi. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Rialto bridge with many interesting areas to explore on the way. About 15 minutes from the train station. Staff let me do a no cost late check out, printed out my train tickets and held my bags while I did a final stroll

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location but!
Cons: To much noice from the site of the canal from trash boats to the suppliers that they were bring supplies to the surroundings.
7.4 Good
Pros: Went to celebrate 20th anniversary. Stayed in a 3 star hotel in Venice before and this was certainly more posh and the price tag reflected that as well. Nice amenities that we were not aware of: breakfast was included at the restaurant, 30 minutes per room of private sauna, jacuzzi or steam sauna time per day. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to St. Mark's Square etc.
Cons: Staff are very well dressed and say the right words, but I never sensed any authenticity, warmth, friendliness, etc.. I asked for assistance on several occasions from different people related to getting to the airport, a restaurant recommendation, directions, etc and the responses were typically curt and robotic. The only exception was the porter/bellhop from the Philippines, he was great. I would expect more from a 4-star hotel when I'm paying $400-500 per night. It was as if they didn't like their jobs. The same experience was noted in the restaurant which was located in the sister hotel next door. Doubt I will return given the opportunity.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with excellent facilities.
