Staff wa s friendly, room was clean.
Doors were very heavy with strong springs so that noise from them was interrupting our sleep.
Close to where I needed to go. Breakfast not bad for price. Nice staff.
No. Pretty much what I expected.
The room had an adjoining room with a connecting door that was locked but it was very loud with the door there. It sounded like the neighbors were in our room. Breakfast was minimal.
Location was convenient to everything and staff was very friendly. Was'nt the Ritz but exceeded my expectations for the price.
It was convenient
Short on breakfast
convenient location, reasonable price, simple continental breakfast is included.
the place is a little run down, but this we already knew as we have stayed here before.
It was just what my family needed - a clean room with ample space, TV and sitting area, wonderfully located, courteous and responsive staff, and it offered breakfast.
Nothing in particular; breakfast area was a bit cramped.
It was quiet, centrally located to all attractions, and had a very nice continental breakfast. They were friendly, and we noticed items for smaller kids to play with. It is a smaller not as fancy place, but that did not diminish the stay.
Just that it is not as upscale as a brand name hotel.
You get exactly what you pay for - nothing more, nothing less.
Basic but fairly clean, no frills hotel in the middle of everything. It was actually better than I expected it would be, and is one of only a few hotels that offer 'family' rooms - rooms with 3 double beds. It served our purpose.
The bathroom was in need of repairs (the counter was actually taped at one end & the sink drain was rusty) but for the money, I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton and would probably return.
