Food was mediocre at best, room price did not include breakfast but hotel is close to several eating establishments. It was a convenient location for us as it is close to our family - but not somewhere I would recommend to others for a long term stay.
Pros: Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet, even when there was a wedding going on - it did not interfere with us. Room was cleaned very well every day. Free Wi-Fi in room is a plus in the U.K. Gym and pool were very nice.
Cons: Mattress was very lumpy and saggy. Carpets in the hotel are worn and showing their age. Décor is very aged - whole place needs an overhaul. We were on the 2nd floor, arrived with 3 suitcases - no luggage cart available and no elevator!
