Overview Reviews
With a stay at Landa in Burgos, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Burgos Cathedral and Museo de Burgos. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room in a building with great character and atmosphere. A really excellent breakfast. Not at all expensive for what we got.
Cons: Nothing I can think of
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s a romantic paradise. Everything is spot on. Fabulous place!
Cons: It’s a bit close to a busy road but that also makes it easy to get to and from.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was ok and the front desk personnel were good
Cons: Very poor abrupt and rude restaurant staff member along with a fifty minute wait for a cold soup starter and an hour and a half wait for a simple main. All of this made worse by Spanish guests being served clearly before visitors. Then the food itself was just poor. All in all terrible. Our next door table waited an hour and a half for even a glass of wine. And yes they were British as well Eight tables covered and three waiters says it all. Blatant let them wait policy. Disgraceful
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations are wonderful. Thirteenth century castle with compliment additions. A walk around the outside is a magical trip. The pool structure, contemporary, contrasts with the rest of the facility the grounds are beautiful. The room, a suite, had a Entry, bedroom and very spacious bath. Bath was completely modern with lots of light at the separate sinks ( big plus for my wife). Bed- two extra wide twins pushed together, while not ideal for us worked fine. Comfortable with beautiful/ comfy linens. Restaurant was super- aesthetics (old English- ish), food and service.
Cons: The lighting in the bedroom a bit dark for Americans. Other than that- nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building and grounds, excellent service, bedroom suite was perfect and the swimming pools unique.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The buildings are very interesting and really lovely. We stay at the Landa quite often and always look forward to the excellently furnished, stylish bedroom. Much above the normal. The dining room was lovely and the food and wine well priced and very good.
Cons: The hotel is not pet friendly so our dog had to sleep in the car. The reception staff although efficient are not very welcoming-a smile would help. No useful english language TV such as BBC World or SKY is available. We have complained about this over quite a few years but nothing has been done although they have many international guests.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Outdoor pool
Cons: Old fashioned style of rooms and lack of natural light. Unsafe electrical sockets and fixtures
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was fantastic, the bed was amazing with linen sheets, bathroom was great, the lobby was like a medieval castle, the whole experience was amazing.
6.3 Good
Pros: The historical look of the building. The swimming pools.
Cons: We had a suite in The Tower. A/C was hopelessly inadequate , we had to open the bed room windows to cool the room, with all the attendant road noise from the adjacent main trunk road traffic !. Shower water pressure was abysmal. Totally mystified regarding how to attend at breakfast. The designated area was absolutely chaotic , with what appeared to be local people enjoying a coffee or whatever standing at the bar. Almost impossible to gets served. After the first day we took our breakfast in our suite. Dinner was outrageously expensive , the food definitely NOT five star.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, the ambience of the hotel was breathtaking. The room was well appointed.
Cons: Air con was virtually non existent ... on max and set at what should have been a chilly 13 but barely touched room temp

Cons: Location on a busy main road; breakfast and dinner were very poor; room was small and utilitarian; and the property had zero facilities for guests.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Room was very hot, little sleep. Breakfast was mean. Owner was rude.
7.0 Good
Cons: No meal available when I arrived after a 38km walk (there was no times for kitchen closure noted on website) although the owner (who didn’t live on the premises) did give me hot water for a flask !

Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice proprietress...nice renovation job...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was a beautiful place to spend a night. Blanco really looked after us. Cooked us a very nice home cooked meal. Would definitely recommend.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very charming place and Blanca is a passionate hostess. She was very nice to come pick me up from the Camino route coming from Belorado. My room was impeccably clean and had one of my best sleeps doing the Camino so far! I’m grateful for the visit - very cute!
Cons: I’m not sure if the alternate hike in from Ibeas to Burgos is my favorite as it is along the highway (safe path though) and more industrial. In hindsight I may have wanted to get a ride back up to Ortega to do the main Camino where the bulk of others are doing it. That’s all.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Car park is a nightmare especially if yo have a big car
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, right in the middle of the old city, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The staff was very helpful to me with a problem I was having with my motorbike and contacting the BMW dealer in town.
Cons: The underground parking was terrible, a very steep narrow driveway down under the building with two very tight turns. I dropped my motorcycle trying to navigate the turns and notice a number of cars having a difficult time getting in and out of the garage. Better to park on the street or somewhere else. Also, dining not available to 7:30/8:00 at night with nothing available for food before that even in the surrounding areas. If you missed lunch you were out of lcuk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, perfect location, excellent quality / price ratio. Very quiet.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Cons: Aircon didn’t work .....exceedingly hot at night!
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable bedroom, good location
Cons: Possibly the worst underground parking we have ever encountered. Unsuitable for anything other than a small car - witness the scratches along the protective padding on the bends and the fact that it took us 10 minutes to negotiate entry/exit. Not helped by poor quality meal in the dining room. We will not return
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is just 100 meters outside the city centre! It's a modern and comfy hotel, with good rooms and helpfull staff! Would definitely come back in case we visit this region again!
Cons: Less experienced drivers should stay away from the parking at the hotel's car park, the way down/up is to narrow and to steep for a bigger SUVs. Take this not as a negative comment but as a caution if you don't feel yourself in a control of every inch!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and had secure parking.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, wonderful staff, very comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean
Cons: The parking garage is underground and very narrow, it was challenging to get the car in and out!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of hotel & location
Cons: Nothing it was perfect
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Car park difficult, but cannot be changed, obviously A really good AC hotel

Pros: Good location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Modern, incredible location steps from the Camino and in the heart of the city. Most modern facilities we stayed in yet.
Cons: Staff very cold.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location. Historic, pedestrian centre of the city with a great tapas bar through from reception.
Cons: Great location, disadvantage though is parking is difficult to reach unless you know where to go. Search for Plaza Mayor Parking. Once there, nothing to dislike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, close to the cathedral, restaurants, and other locations of interest in Burgos. Located over a busy bar/ cafe that has wonderful tapas and local dishes. The room itself is small but modern clean and comfortable. Busy as the restaurant is the room was quiet and afforded a good night sleep. Slightly off the Camino, nevertheless this is a great spot to spend a day or two to appreciate all Burgos has to offer.
Cons: No negatives

Pros: Excellent central location in Burgos. Very modern apartment with two good bedrooms, good shower room and air conditioning. Private and secure.

Cons: The room was bit small than expected.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great at 2 min of the cathedral and close to piazza major. No breakfast was availlable on the spot but many places are close by.

Cons: Breakfast not available till 08:30. So nothing available not even a packed breakfast roll or hot drink.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house in a lovely village.
Cons: Carmen the owner very obliging
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautifully restored house, comfortable, spotlessly clean. We were made very welcome by Carmen despite arriving at 01.30 due to a delayed ferry and snow in the Picos. Lots of good modern artwork from local artist on display. Vivar del Cid has much history as the birthplace of “El Cid” a pity we did not have more time to explore. A two hour drive from Santander this is a gem of a place to stay on your drive south - you must visit!
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very welcome after difficulty finding hotel
Cons: Poor road information due to new road changes
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess pays a lot of attention to her Bed and Breakfast hotel. The village, Vivar del Cid, is the start of the Camino del Cid route.
Cons: A simple spanish breakfast: price too high related to the quality. And too high in comparison with other experiences in this area of Spain

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is brilliant- right opposite the cathedral, and you are quickly into the old town
Cons: The only thing which irritated us was not having enough coffee and milk in the room. There is no point in having a coffee machine with one pod!! That was annoying, and there was no way of getting more as the house keeper had gone.. easy to fix though
8.0 Excellent
Pros: 2 min walking to the historic district, parking available, spacious room, very good breakfast
Cons: Breakfast available from 8 a.m only, parking lots quite small

Cons: Na
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, presentation, accomadation,
Cons: Pool area, too small, not in good idea looks tired the wood is not nice it looks unclean. The rooms are not very private, the noises coming from the room next to me were let’s say not the kind of noises one should hear, very personal and private and very clear! you could hear everything, ok if those noises were your own in your own home, thankfully they were quick! Non the less the gentleman decided to put the radio in and sing at 6 in the morning?! Obviously pleased with himself.
6.8 Good
Cons: Although the hotel accepts pets (in our case a small dog) there was no place to eat breakfast together anywhere in the hotel. So while one of us looked after the dog the other had breakfast, and vice versa. They did offer to help us bring breakfast to our room, but the breakfast was an impressive buffet so that was not practical. Also, we were bitten by fleas during the night. I mentioned this to the receptionist who acknowledged this but made no offer to recompense us.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Confusion with parking tesrvation
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location Nice bug comfortable beds Big bathroom secure on site parking
Cons: The outdoor area of our room had not been swept. The cafeteria is only open when the restaurant is closed.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room and terrace were very pleasant and attractive
Cons: The swimming pool and spa were uninviting as they were inside the building and extremely hot
7.5 Good
Pros: Very close to the city, nice walk from there Rooms clean
Cons: I thought they had connection rooms,I requested it by email and they said no problem, but once we get there these kind of room didn’t exist. Thy didn’t have family rooms available so we have to keep the two room we thought connecting, but no, with two kid. Gym seems bigger in the pictures Parking was expensive even booking 2 rooms, no discount at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Cathedral is simply awsome - it could not be any better, since in spite of this closeness to the heart of the Old Town with its bars, restaurants and monuments it is very peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had a view of the city, including the Cathedral spires. The large bathroom had all the ameneties, including a bidet, and it was spotless. The pool was very nice and big enough to actually swim in it in the morning, when there were yet no kids. The parking garage had spots big enough for sensible, modern sized cars, although silly, big suvs might not fit into the curve of the gate. The breakfast was very good, with a big choice of various foods, even if the coffee could have been better.
Cons: The coffee at breakfast was mediocre at best. The hotel opened in 2003 and it is generally well maintained and updated, but its age is showing in some minor places. I did not mind this at all since it in no way impacted the comfort of our stay, but I suppose picky people might find it a reason to whine.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly clean and updated. Excellent shower! Felt like I was staying in a hotel. Great value! Very quiet, too.
Cons: Not right in city center but only 10 minute walk to cathedral. No laundry facilities in the building...you have to walk a few minutes to a laundromat.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, quite comfortable, really clean and got a good night’s sleep.
Cons: The window opens only in a way that it blocks the bed. I wanted to sleep with the window open, but my bed was by the window so that was not possible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Newly renovated rooms and building entrance, lift, etc. Perfect for a quick visit/overnight stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The size, the outlook, the bed, the balcony and most notably the sink. The prize was good too!
Cons: No AC, but perhaps that would bunk up the prize, but anyways its something I value highly and another pension in Logrono had it and that was the same prize as this Hostel. Although this didn't become a problem for me, I'm very surprised it didn't, they should have at least two bathrooms for 15 or so rooms that all shared one bathroom.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and stylish hostel
Cons: I called them at 9 and 10 in the morning by phone, but only at 11 someone answered
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable.
Cons: A lot of building going on, so it’s like a building site at the minute!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and great value for money. We were only looking for a place to spend the night in Burgos on a long road trip, which this place more than suited, but it would have been fine for a longer stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: David is very friendly and helpful, also quite knowledgeable of the surroundings and able to make recommendations. The rooms and the entire floor are very clean and modern, the beds are very comfortable, and balcony access is a plus during any stay. Towels provided, shampoo and body wash, and sink in the room is convenient. Great location, less than a 5 min walk to the cathedral and other attractions.
Cons: I've read other reviews about construction/renovations happening in the entrance and complaints about appearance and noise... I had no issues with any noise, all labour workers were very polite and friendly, and the fact that the building is renovating their entrance is not a negative factor to the overall stay. I understood it is in the last phase, which is the painting - so should be done soon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very comfortable place, very clean and really nice rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: There was no AC in the room and it was really hot all night long so we had to sleep with the windows wide open (wasn’t enough for the heat), and people in the street were really loud until very late. All of this made it hard to sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff rocks! Very helpful. Funny. Great english!
Cons: Not being able to stay two nights!

Pros: perfeclty clean and perfect view its quiet easy to check in and out secure and comfy
Cons: need to be more up to date needs finer designing of the bedroom decoration needs to be updated
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, staff friendly.
Cons: Difficult to access with limited mobility. Nothing on website to advise. Up selling of room for a with a view that desperately needs renovating felt like a con. No tea making but a mini bar! chair grubby. A tired hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was a bit dated but very clean. We chose for a cathedral view but when we realised there were road works going on and noisy we asked and were switched to a quieter room at the back. No view but silent and perfect. The star part of this hotel was a five star breakfast- everything you could ask for. We wanted to leave early on our Camino and they had most of it available 30 min before scheduled time. Couldn’t have done more for us.
Cons: Nothing. The hotel is slightly dated but everything is very clean and well maintained.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: had breakfast outside - So many places to choose....
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The hotel had charm and the staff was polite and helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's easy to find parking so you don't need to pay a parking. The location is perfect because the hotel is in front of the cathedral. Quiet rooms. Breakfast is good and has the essential.
Cons: The hotel is a little bit old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So central you could almost touch the cathedral. Quaint rooms and helpful staff.
Cons: I most liked the location and the fact that it wasn’t modernised.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view, comfortable beds, cool room, air con, good sized bathroom, great central location, parking(book and pay seperately) is great value for the convinience. Staff friendly, flexible and communicate well. Quiet.
Cons: Minor points. We were is an annex building adjacent to the hotel and it had modern double glazed windows. Curtains didnt close due to the shape of the window bay. But we didnt mind too much. Shame the windows didnt open fully to make the most of the view however. Would have been nice to be in main hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: Situation near to the catheter beautiful
Cons: We had to ask to move from a room w( which was small) because of a foul smell emanating from the bathroom- it was on the top floor and in view of the fact I had communicated the fact I was partially disabled seemed a bit odd( there was a lift however) The breakfast was simple and the bread compared to other places we had stayed, was limited. To reach the property there are a number of steps this is not obvious-and since the property failed to respond to our emails- neither were we alerted to this fact.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: Location a as wonderful next to the cathedral.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jose on reception was polite and efficient. The new rooms are lovely- after several years of the old rooms, the bathroom is almost superb - could we ask for hooks to hang clothes on while showering please. There were several power points; modern life needs electricity for several devices. My favourite waitress. :-) Added bonus dog bowls and a bed plus Tea/Coffee tray.
Cons: The main lighting is good for normal use but the "mood" lighting is for one end of the room only. The bedside lights are OK.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am a regular visitor and therefore find this hotel is excellent and ticks all the boxes from comfort to food
Cons: Air-con goes off during night and if you open windows you can hear traffic from AP1

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely modern hotel, fabulous bathroom, friendly staff, great location and pet friendly. On-site parking is a bonus and was only around €8.
Cons: Loved everything!
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, secure parking and friendly staff.
Cons: Very noisy until early hours (3.00 am) due to live entertainment in bar underneath hotel then inconsiderate guests returning to their rooms. Checked out two days early but very fairly treated by management. Accommodation appears to be fairly new but lacking soundproofing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Secure underground parking Fantastic bodyjet shower. New and modern.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find with GPS. Secure underground parking by a lift for a fee. Short walk into the city center. 24/7 lounge open for free coffee/tea and snacks. Very welcoming, English speaking staff. Quiet, safe neighborhood and near public transportation to reach outlaying areas to visit a couple famous monasteries. Room was modern, clean and had strong wifi and enough outlets to recharge my devices at the same time.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room is very nice and good bathroom
Cons: Thin walls lets too much noise come thru the wall. Outside bar area was noisy on a Friday night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, we parked just outside the hotel while we checked in, you do have to pay if you park here as its only short time but up to an hour is less than 1 euro, the hotel then direct you to their car lift for the underground parking which is just 2 doors down from the hotel itself. The hotel is in a nice quite place, if you have a dog it's ideal as just over the road seems to be the place to take them, there is a gin and cocktail bar just next door as well, the centre is only a 10 min walk away, we did have to put it in our phone sat nav to find it, we put in hotel norte y Londres and after finding it you can tell that you are surrounded by Restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel, it was clean, breakfast is included in the price and is on 24 hrs a day, you just go up to the 3rd floor and help yourself to free tea, coffee or juice.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed here on several occasions & love the location & casual vibe. It's very clean & functional, we'll stay here again.
Cons: No effective air conditioning after a day of 38c meant that the small bedroom was unbearably hot. Normally the open window would have provided some air, but with the fiesta being on, the resultant noise was as bad as the stifling atmosphere.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient and comfortable room and bed with excellent en-suite but otherwise basic facilities. Reception desk at street level not always staffed but they come if summoned by buzzer and are helpful especially in accessing the underground car parking via a car-lift! Easier than it sounds with them there to guide you, extra cost 11euros a day worth it. But don’t expect a hotel-style set up, more served rooms. Small open balcony offers free machine drinks 24hrs and basic self service breakfast included which we didn’t try as Burgos has wonderful cafes and bars for excellent local breakfasts not expensive.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean and modern. Soundproofing between rooms seemed fine. We were on the third floor right next to the breakfast room but didn’t hear it until we went out of our room. The desk isn’t always staffed but when we needed to contact someone they came quickly.
Cons: The rooms have no air conditioning and it was very hot so we had to leave the windows open. On Saturday night there were people partying and yelling in the street until 6:30 am. Sunday night was quiet. We asked for a fan and they brought us one right away, which helped with the temperature. It’s a bit far to the cathedral for sightseeing and restaurants, and also to the Camino is you’re walking.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Well priced for a one night stay booked the previous evening. The rooms were comfortable with a decent en-suite. About a fifteen minute walk to the pretty area near the old Monastery, where we found a good restaurant.
Cons: When we arrived the hotel was inaccessible and there were no staff on site. We phoned the number given and after one abandoned call I managed to get a single member of staff to attend. He turned up about 15 minutes later and booked us in and showed us to our rooms. He was pleasant and friendly but our impression of the reception was very poor. The restaurant associated with the hotel was shut, so we walked to a restaurant for our evening meal and there was no available breakfast in the morning as the restaurant was still shut. So we booked out and had breakfast at a local cafe. Not great, to be honest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean welcoming and v helpful. V pleased with my stay
Cons: Bit far out of town for walking but it’s reflected in price
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find in a pleasant area. Plenty of easy on-street parking. A very enjoyable 20 mins walk into the city, but there are lots of buses as it is a university area. Exceptional value for money.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Situated about 25 minutes level walk from the old city, this is a very comfortable place to stay. Quiet safe area, no restaurant nearby but there were lots in town. Friendly owner, clean room, everything as it should be. Would stay again.
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cheerful and helpful staff, excellent location, beautiful main square and cathederal. Very nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance!
Cons: Nothing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was adequate. Quiet
Cons: The location was terrible. Virtually the edge of town. Half hour walk to the center. Not much around it, just a bar and a restaurant. Suburban, isolated. Ugh.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: There was no breakfast available but around the corner was an excellent cafe - very friendly and very cheap. The coffee was excellent.
Cons: It was quite a hike into town (half an hour’s walk) and the buses were irregular. It wasn’t too difficult to find.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Too far from historic center
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is good for start to the Camino, but found room a bit cold,& couldn’t open windows or shutters. I was only there overnight,so all good! PS shower was nice & warm
Cons: Room a bit dark

10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: They are very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was to a high standard. The help yourself breakfast was basic but enough to give us a start to the day and a bonus at the price.
Cons: We walked into the town which was great but got a little lost so would have benefited from a street map. The address given was not adequate for the sat nav to find the Hostal and we only found it because I had been to the area before.
Maria Salome - Burgos - Bedroom

8.5 Excellent (291 reviews)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: On main tapa bar street. Good air-conditioning and room had a little kitchen area too
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is in an old medieval street in the historic centre of Burgos. There are lots of bars on this street with people drinking outside, and I had a front room, so at first I thought it would be too noisy at night, but it was okay. At any rate, the bars all shut at twelve. So the location was spot-on. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was spacious, but somewhat underfurnished. There was an armchair covered in stains. I initially had some problems with the wifi, but they got resolved. When I arrived, the check-in process wasn't great - it took a while, as the girl who was checking me in had to go to the bar where the owners worked. However, she was friendly and helpful apart from that. The shower was a bit dishevelled.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very very very helpful staff. Great air conditioning!
Cons: Nothing I did not like but people may need to be aware it is compact. But very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spotless! This is a top notch value for money studio apartment right in a bustling lane way
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, in the center of everything. It does get quite loud at night as there are many bars just downstairs. The noise outside guess on to around 3:00 am on the weekends.
Cons: Hot water in the shower only lasted about 30 seconds. We had to turn it off, wait for a minute or two, then turn on again for another 39 seconds of hot water. Also, we booked for two nights at 60€/night. My wife was not feeling well so we decided we should stay for another night and checked booking.com to see if there was room. They showed a vacancy for another 60€/night. Rather than book thru booking.com we just went direct to the owner. She insisted on charging us €78 for the extra night. I felt like she was taking advantage of us. Should have just booked thru the internet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic! Very cool little hotel. Right in the center of it all. Room has a mini-kitchen. Bed very comfy. No complaints whatsoever.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location Perfect close to cathedral and museum and plaza Mayor parking
Cons: Hairdryer would be appreciated -plus a note re parking not able to drive there so tell visitors to park in parking at plaza mayor and walk to hotel - also no reception so to report opposite in bar B
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was excellent and the room was spotless. All modern and comfortable.
Cons: Check in is listed as 1:30pm but on the morning we were asked to arrive after 2pm, which we did. On arrival after waiting for 15 minutes to be seen we were told to come back after another hour as the room was still not ready. Last thing you need after a day walking the Camino.
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean great location
Cons: Customer service extremely poor only the cleaner had any idea of how to deliver customer service
