Pros: Everything. Location is good. All of the staff are friendly. The room was excellent and very modern and big. Bar area is good. Loved it.
Pros: Parking was on the street outside the hotel, but in a quiet area so no problem. The hotel was only a short walk from the centre of town where there were plenty of restaurants and bars - quite a lively place in the evening! Breakfast was pretty basic, served in the hotel bar/café area but was included in the price, so no complaints.
Pros: Good location for covering the Parque Natural, Montana Palentina and Romanesque churches of N Palencia. Very welcoming family-run hotel. Breakfast served from 7am so you can get an early start!
Pros: - small typically Spanish village hotel - parking in the street, no problem - very friendly owner - bedroom and bathroom both spacious, very quiet - limited breakfast but fresh orange juice - cafetaria offering good and very reasonably priced tapas - excellent value for money
Cons: - nothing to dislike
Pros: Very welcoming, even though I arrived just before 11.00 at night as the overnight ferry to Santander had been delayed by more than two hours. Very comfortable room with a double bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and nice and warm even though it was below zero outside.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: We visited this Parador some years ago and were not disappointed on our return. The setting is lovely and the rooms and restaurant have a lovely old world charm.
Cons: Bed was very hard
Pros: Room was spacious, dinner amazing.
Cons: Hotel needs updating - very tired decor.
Pros: Great location and building
Cons: Food was average but not great. Unfortunately the breakfast was spoiled by rancid milk.
Pros: The scenery
Cons: The squeaky floor boards in our room and above.
Pros: Excellent location but decor looking tired
Pros: Excellent staff good location for local trips
Pros: The place was wonderful and everything we hoped for.
Cons: Parador sent us all kinds of bonuses and NOTHING worked. When I see a promise of complimentary breakfast after multiple parador bookings it is REALLY disappointing that some timing or computer problem has head office say no bonus available. Despite two wonderful places I doubt I will trust this organization again. Your promises were empty.
