With a stay at Narita Sando Guesthouse - Hostel, you'll be centrally located in Narita, a 2-minute drive from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and 9 minutes from Shisui Premium Outlets. Featured amenities include express check-out, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: The things that I liked about the place was that it was very affordable and in a great location to explore Narita. If you have the JR pass then you can even take the Narita Express train to cities like Tokyo and Shinjuku relatively quick. This is a great value for the money you’re spending. The showers were clean and the toilets were perfect. Yes, it is a guest house so you have to share. But this in and of itself is a great experience. The staff if very flexible and is fluent in English. The staff is also very friendly and will help you in any way they can. They have space to leave your luggage while you go explore, which in Japan is a great plus!
Cons: The only thing I did not like were the pillows and the bed firmness. If you can sleep on a really firm mattress then you have nothing to worry about. I am more of a soft mattress guy so it was a little hard to stay asleep. The pillows are water pillows so if you sleep on your side with your ear against the pillow, then you’ll likely hear the water moving around. It’s quiet soothing sometimes, but sometimes it might keep you up or force you to switch positions.
Pros: + Excellent localisation close to the JR station + Very clean
Cons: - Very noisy
Pros: Great place to stay, even for one night. From outside it looks like a Traditional old house, but inside it is very modern - electronic locks, very new facilities, etc. Kure-san (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly, but I still remember your family's kanji
Pros: - facilities this guesthouse provide is very convenient for guess clean water free towel - the room very secure use keycard to open and lock very safe for guest ^^
Pros: Great design of the room, everything’s so nice. Comfy bed and duvet!
Pros: Great location right next to the station
Pros: The owners are great! Location is perfect. Very clean and safe. Great for a one night stop over on your way to or from the airport.
Cons: The room I had was very small and bedding was hard. The pillow was totally flat. If you don’t care about that then you’ll be fine. Everything else was great!
Pros: This was a great place to stay for being close to train stations and the airport in Narita. I thought the bunk-beds were great, with the bit of extra space at the end for a bag, and privacy with curtain and bed light. The security was good, with key cards for entrance, floor and dorm doors. There was a nice area for sitting and socializing. It was a good place to stay with lots of great restaurants close by. Staff were very helpful with transportation questions and recommendations on places to eat.
Cons: It's quite narrow in the dorms, very little floor space, but fine if it is not crowded, or you don't have large bags. I only stayed one night, so facilities may seem a bit cramped for someone staying longer.
Pros: Great place, within walking distance from the narita station. We had a quiet night’s sleep in our very clean and nice japanese room. They also have a small common area, which is cosy.
With a stay at JamHouse KUU NARITA in Narita, you'll be a 3-minute drive from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and 9 minutes from Shisui Premium Outlets. Featured amenities include luggage storage and microwave in a common area.
Pros: Everything in and around the private room was perfectly fine. Very clean (showers, toilets and room), very comfortable bed plus couch, good price, awesome staff and free coffee/tea. It's really next to the station, so I had no trouble finding it. Perfect location. My recommendation for a stay in Narita (I stayed for two nights before my flight back home and would've liked to stay longer)!
Pros: Very quick and easy to get to the airport from here. Clean and relaxing place!
Pros: There are plenty of showers and toilets for all of the guests, free bottles of water, price is good. You can also check in after the reception closes using a code and check out before reception opens - this was very useful considering that we wanted to stay close to the airport for the last night but to stay out late celebrating our last day.
Cons: Someone was sleeping in my pod when we arrived so I had to share with my husband! Because the rooms are made of wood the heat seems to get trapped in, we were both way too hot as soon as we climbed in but managed to get to sleep. We also had to put on our own bedsheets when we got there which we weren't aware of - this was a bit impractical seen as we arrived at 2am and didn't want to wake others up but would be okay if we arrived earlier.
Pros: a water free and the balance that was useful for me before heading to the airport.
Pros: So close to train station, there are shops and restaurants near the station. Check-in and check-out process is fast and well explained via email.
Pros: It’s nice location
Pros: The shower room was spacious.
Cons: The bathroom and shower room were well maintained. However the female bunk bed area had an unpleasant odor and I got bedbug bite while I was staying.
Pros: It is very near around Narita station
When you stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kashiwa-no-ha in Kashiwa, you'll be connected to the convention center, within a 5-minute drive of Kashiwanoha Park and Mallage Kashiwa. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: There could have been more choice on the Western Breakfast, more selection of cereals, toast etc. Location was great, right next to a train station and plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
Pros: Is very new and stylish, very well located. The ofuro is very nice.
Cons: Is somehow confusing the atmosphere of the hotel, cold bussines mood with young families with kids trying to fit in.
Pros: We stayed in a studio which was huge for a place in Japan. With a private bathroom, washer and kitchen we were able to go to the local farmers market and live like a rich Japanese family. The hotel, train line and city is new. I showed my friends who have been going to Japan annually for the past decades and they thought the place was great as well.
Cons: Be sure to book early the rooms get booked fast and we were unable to stay in the studio the whole trip. The mattress are firm because but they are new and that is a personal preference.
Pros: Very Clean - and centrally located.
Cons: No breakfast at the hotel because of the All Blacks - had just left the hotel that day...so we got coupons to spend at Konbini - would have preferred a coupon to McDonalds or any other restaurants
Pros: Everything very new and comfortable
Cons: No curbside - you have to park far away and carry all your luggage by cart - hopefully
Pros: Great location to train station, grocery store and mall. Very clean, apartment had washer/dryer in room. Staff were all so very nice and helpful.
Cons: All was great!
When you stay at Richmond Hotel Narita in Narita, you'll be near the airport, a 3-minute drive from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and 8 minutes from Shisui Premium Outlets. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: The location, close to the center with restaurants and the station. Extensive breakfast, very nice and modern, new hotel. Amenities in the room, very complete.
Pros: Vending machines, great breakfast buffet, close to the train station.
Cons: Pillows not very comfortable.
Pros: Hotel was perfect for getting to the airport. There's a lovely temple and gardens in Narita not far from the hotel....wish we'd had a bit more time to explore it
Pros: They had a smart phone you could use fir free to make calls and use the internet
Pros: The reception staff were so helpful in looking for and booking us a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel which also showed the World Cup rugby match between Japan & Scotland, telephoning 3 different places until they found one. They also helped us with booking our shuttle bus to Narita and onwards to Haneda, all of this 24 hours after Typhoon Hagibis had hit the area. The breakfast options were excellent and as we came to expect from our travels in Japan everything was immaculately clean.
Pros: Great. It was much better than expected and better than big airport hotel we later stayed at. Very close to train station. The weather was turning warm and the comforter is much too warm. They need a lighter blanket. I was able to visit Tokyo Richmond which had shops and located in a great area.
Cons: Nice restaurant and very close to parks and train stations.
Pros: I only spent one night on my way elsewhere, and the location couldn’t be beat. It was about a 4 minute walk from Narita Station, which is only one stop from terminals 2 & 3. Great location for a weary traveler who couldn’t be bothered going all the way into Tokyo. The hotel was clean and modern.
When you stay at Wakamatsu Honten in Narita, you'll be on the Strip, just steps from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and Boso no Mura Open Air Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A train station pick-up service is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The breakfast is one of the best I had, typical japanese as can be. The room has a direct view on Naritasan , litterally as close as one can be. I will come back next time I am in Narita, for sure.
Cons: I don't really like having carpets in the hallways.
Pros: This was my second time staying at Wakamatsu Honten in Narita, and once again it was absolutely wonderful!! It is the perfect ryokan to stay in for your first or last night in Japan since Narita Station is only a 9 minute train ride away from the Narita airport. Wakamatsu Honten is about a 10 minute walk from the Narita Station (or a 3 minute taxi ride). It is across the street from a gorgeous ancient temple---the second largest in all of Japan! Plus Narita is known for its incredible sushi and unagi. Wakamatsu Honten has a lovely onsen that you can soak in after (or before!) a long journey. I will always recommend that my friends stay here. Oh, and if you are looking for a good bar nearby, the Jet Lag Club is great and has delicious Japanese whiskey. :-)
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect. :-)
Pros: Staffs speaks good english
Cons: Room was old, unpleasant and dusty for a "Renovated Standard Japanese-Style Room with Shared Bathroom and Private Toilet - Naritasan Temple View" You can hear everything happening outside your room
Pros: Wakamatsu Honten is in the most perfect location for enjoying the wonderful old town of Narita and the beautiful Narita-san park (which has many remarkable Buddhist temples and pagodas). The staff is wonderful and we noted the very same friendly faces there two years after our first stay. The rooms on the park side have been more recently updated but all the rooms are clean and have everything you would expect at a ryokan of this level. We also love the traditional Japanese meals here; all generous seasonal, and beautifully prepared.
Pros: Friendly staff. Comprehensive Japanese breakfast. Authentic setup including a state of the art telephone from my childhood. ;)
Cons: The neighbouring temple was nice to look at but also made the wake up call choice to be predefined..
Pros: The staff made a great effort to accommodate to our food requests and helped us a lot with a luggage problem we had. The location was also great.
Cons: The look of the hotel was a bit tired.
Pros: The staff was so pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was wonderful. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
Pros: - Just opposite Narita-san Temple and near many shop on the street. - Kaiseki Dinner in Dinning Room >> serve Unagi (it's very famous in this street) - The Spa (mini onsen) open 24 hrs. >> onsen anytime as you want. - Staffs are very helpful.
Cons: - In-Room Kaiseki Dinner & Breakfast >> serve in Deluxe room type only, other room type serve in Dining Room 1 Fl. - Car Park is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The street in front off hotel is one-way direction. - Hot water in bathroom >> close in the night >> if you plan to take a bath in the night, you should go to The Spa (onsen).
Pros: Dinner was especially yummy! I’m not particularly fond of tatami, but given everything I like about this ryokan (staff, food, location etc),I can live with the discomfort of sleeping on a tatami...
Cons: The tatami...
Pros: Traditional style and public bath. Fabulous temple across the street.
Cons: Hard for me to sleep on thin mattress on floor.

Pros: Clean , new, efficient. Close to bus stops, market, and eating establishments.
Cons: The room is very small.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and respectful
Pros: Staff were nice, and free parking.
Cons: Seemed to be far from good restaurants, but perhaps I didn't look hard enough on Google maps.
Pros: Our rooms was small for 3 people. The hotel is new and lots of parking place. Staff is very helpful.
Cons: The room could be cleaner, cleaning service is not the best. Breakfast is Japanese style.
Pros: Very nice facility with friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you!

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 7 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Good location for Narita Airport and free shuttle bus
Pros: Excellent room with great amenities
Cons: The front desk area is a bit dated, and they have a Christmas tree up and it’s early October. A bit early even for Japan.
Pros: New and spacious facility. Great transportation service. Quiet environment.
Pros: Good location to airport.
Cons: Room was stuffy, no a/c
Cons: The noice of the fridge during the night and the poor service when arriving with many luggages
Located in Inzai, APA Hotel Chiba Inzaimakinohara Ekimae is a 4-minute walk from Big Hop Garden Mall and a 2-minute drive from Makinohara Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Accessible to all areas shopping malls, train station, market, parks and restaurants. The room is so cute and with complete amenities The staff are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend the APA Hotel to all my friends who are planning to visit in japan. Especially in Chiba Japan. Keep up the good work and more success.
Cons: It’s perfect
Pros: The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, the location is awesome because not only is it right next to a train station, it is also very close to two small shopping centers, and is only a short train ride to Narita International.
Cons: House cleaning was fantastic, however I did not like that they left a bag of stuff next to your door if you put up a "Do Not Disturb". Its not necessarily a bad practice, however It seemed like at the end of our 2 weeks there were bags with towels and toothbrushes everywhere.
Pros: Found myself staying here at the last minute after my flight out of Tokyo was delayed due to a typhoon. I imagine this is a working traveller hotel as the location isn't really what you would choose as a tourist. That said there are two large shopping malls adjacent with a good food hall in one of them. The hotel is quite new and the room was modern, clean and well serviced. Only 30 minutes from Narita airport it would be a good and I imagine cheaper alternative to staying at the airport itself.
Cons: Only the location, which isn't the hotel's fault. It was my choice to stay here rather than travel back into central Tokyo.
Pros: Good location, close to the airport.
Cons: The transportation by train from airport was a big problem
Pros: Friendly atmosphere close to train station Very relaxing place
Cons: I though it was closer to Tokyo
Pros: Pronto restauarant was OK, reasonable prices; not a great variety - many pork dishes.
Cons: The hotel restaurant was not good at all. You can only buy a voucher for a pre set menu. Which were only 2 choices. You can't even order for other dishes.
Located in Kashiwa, GRAND PARK HOTEL THE LUXUEUX MINAMIKASHIWA is within a 5-minute drive of Hitachi Kashiwa Soccer Stadium and Mallage Kashiwa. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
Cons: The bar was closed all week, although there was personnel available at the reception.
Pros: The toilet is clean but too smelly. Even we sprayed fragrance, no improvement. The telephone number on car’s GPS system is not correct. Don’t rely on google map to find the hotel, totally wrong.
Pros: Good selection of Breakfast options. Super clean rooms. Staff is lovely and very helpful. It is a non-smoking hotel, so it is a good choice for families. They do not have baby cots though. The hotel has public baths, gym, vending machines and coin laundromat.
Cons: It was very good, the only negative thing I can say about my experience is that you cannot check in early, and you have to pay extra on hourly rate.
Pros: Great service.
Cons: They provided clean pajamas, towels, etc. even though I request "no cleaning."
Pros: Place is convenient.
Cons: There is no a bin in bath room to throw litter.
Pros: This hotel is on the North East side of Minami Kashiwa station. It is extremely close to the station but we did not hear the trains while in the room. The staff is excellent and spoke more than enough English. They even went the extra mile and asked us if we would like the room cleaned, even though we were heading out past the deadline for room cleaning that day. The lunch was really good with a main set and then a buffet for soups, salads, rice, curry, and rolls. Be warned that they do not have an English menu, so use Google Translate's camera option or learn some basic Katakana. I would stay in this hotel again without hesitation.
Pros: The mattress is comfy.
Cons: Some smell in the toilet.

Located in Narita, Hotel Nikko Narita is connected to the airport, a 2-minute drive from Sakura-no-Yama Hill and 5 minutes from Boso no Mura Open Air Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times, and a train station pick-up service is also provided at no charge.
Pros: The free shuttle to the shopping mall and the airport were so convenient! The rooms are pretty big.
Cons: The room wasn’t too clean. The bathroom had dirty tiles and the sink was cracked.
Pros: They accommodate 3 and 4 bed rooms - great for groups traveling. The free shuttle to airport was comfortable and timely. The food options were great and the spa with cheap foot massage was perfect after a long trip and lots of walking.
Cons: The pool is closed until the end of July! The sushi restaurant is so expensive it's stupid. They were extremely rude to my boyfriend and I - and served other before us. They don't seem to like tourists. Completely different experience at the other places.
Pros: Love how comfortable the room is,what did you see in web that is what you get,not like other hotel lie in the photos
Cons: I just didn’t like Is no free bottle of water, just bothers me too when I check in, the person in front of me have a 2 bottle of water gave from the counter. Maybe because they couple I don’t know.
Pros: Great value except breakfast. I signed up for breakfast before I knew it was $36.00.
Cons: The cost of breakfast
Pros: Location and very efficient bus service to and from airport
Cons: bathroom a bit outdated
Pros: Near the airport
Cons: Aircon not working
Pros: Despite the affluence of people at the arrival, the staff were quite efficient in checking in everyone. The bell boy does his job very well, carrying the suitcases to the guest room immediately after the guest’s arrival. It’s very classic and rarely seen elsewhere these days.
Cons: I was in a non smoking room and while it did not smell like smoke, it somehow did not smell clean, like if there was some dirty socks in the room or something. The room needs refurbishing, I think. Maybe it’s the hotel policy not to use any anti water scale product but I had not seen a hotel bathroom which did not have shiny surfaces of the tabs, shower, etc. It looks like it’s been water marked for years. I did not notice the previous time so maybe it was the room?
Pros: cleanliness, easy check in and check out close to airport
Pros: only a word GOOD.
Pros: It's 5 minutes from Narita's Airport.
Cons: Smelly room. Low quality linens. Solid rock mattress. Outdated. Air conditioner disconnected on purpose because Japan was in winter season, according to the front desk personnel. Pricey meals. I won't repeat it.
Pros: Shuttle service was nice.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Wish the Cafe opened earlier
When you stay at nine hours Narita in Narita, you'll be connected to the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and Shisui Premium Outlets.
Pros: Clean, very convenient location
Cons: Capsules are not soundproof, so it gets quite noisy. Had to argue with receptionist to get breakfast
Pros: Convenient , clean, well organized.
Cons: Bed very thin, was expecting a door not just a shade so the noise was noticable.
Cons: CHECK IN PROCESS WAS BUSY
Pros: Very good location!
Pros: It was easy to get to from the terminal (there is a free terminal shuttle bus).
Cons: It’s not necessarily bad, but it’s good to know that the pods are closed with a pull-down curtain. So if someone is not quiet during the night. You’ll hear it.
Pros: Great price and great location right in the middle of the airport. We could check in and lock up our bags in the afternoon and then go into Tokyo for the afternoon /or evening and back out which was perfect. The lockers are big enough for a fair bit of luggage and the toilets and showers were clean and there were enough even though it was very busy. The pods are comfortable and I got a decent night sleep.
Cons: Probably need to print the instructions in multiple languages. it was clear there were people there who didn’t speak English or Japanese and the concept was missed...i.e. people watching TV in their pods or brining through loud suitcases into the sleeping area. K
Pros: Best option if you have an early morning flight out of NRT. Very clean and safe. Not a fully authentic capsule hotel, though. There is no lounge or vending machines. Pajamas are strange; why not a more comfortable and sanitary jinbae?
Cons: Keep on keepin on
Pros: The simplicity of the layout and cleanliness of the facilities.
Cons: The comfortability of the bed.
With a stay at Narita U-City Hotel in Narita, you'll be a 3-minute drive from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and 9 minutes from Shisui Premium Outlets. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: The staff were very helpful, we almost missed our shuttle bus to the airport, and having a fussy baby didn't help. One of the guys actually went up to our room to remind us and helped us bring our luggage down while the receptionist came out to help bring our luggage to the bus, never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. The hotel location is also very close to the Narita train station (less than a block), which is great. The room was small but cute, came with two sets of some kind of kimono and slippers. The electric outlet also woks with US chargers
Cons: The elevators were tiny for a family with many luggage, we had to make 2 trips to go up and down, because they couldn't fit the baby stroller and the luggage, but it's not a deal breaker.
Pros: Excellent staff even with us foreigners. Got to the hotel early and they took our bags from us. Got lost on the way back somewhat and was very very late getting tl the hotel. Found our bags in the room and staff awaiting us when we finally adequate it back. Refilled the hotel complimentaries and towels while we were gone every day.
Cons: Very very small room. But we expected as much.
Pros: If you have an additional night to spend before flying off, why not stay in Narita city. Narita U-City Hotel is the perfect place to spend the night as the prices are affordable and located near the Narita station. All amenities are provided and bed is comfortable. Moreover, they've got baggage storage and free shuttle bus to Narita airport. Useful if you have some time to spend looking around Narita city (which I very much recommend). The staff is very helpful in giving recommendations.
Pros: It is close to jr narita station so easy to discover Narita area. Fee suttle bus to/from airport
Cons: The room is quite small as usual in japan
Pros: Great location, staffs has good service minded
Pros: I like the price, a good location next to the train station, the staff was friendly and the restaurant around Narita.
Cons: The rooms were kind of small but comparison to the higher price rooms in Tokyo its worth the price and not enough outlets to plug in my electronics,.
Pros: Staff has good English and good service mind
Pros: Great staff
Cons: The television in the room was very small
Pros: Nice staff. Clean. Lots of extras (tea, coffee, robe, bath things).
Cons: Smelled of smoke. Confusion with reserved booking. Small for long a long stay.
Pros: Good wifi service. Hot water, tea, coffee, complimentary bath items.
Cons: Only one electrical outlet. TV remote wouldn't change channels.
Pros: It was older rooms but clean, and everyone was nice.
Cons: Our plane arrived pretty late but there is no shuttle bus after 7:50 pm. I didn't realize that it was pretty far away from Airport and taxi fee was expensive. Using train will be recommended.

Pros: Close to trains. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to mall and restaurants.

Pros: Conveniently located nearby Kashiwa Station. Perfect for business in that area of Tokyo. Room was large and well furnished. Staff is very professional and speaks English rather well.
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: No complimentary bottled water

Pros: Cleanliness , hardworking and helpful staffs.
Cons: Translation. I wish there were more English translations.
Pros: It took only 5 min. to walk to Hitachinoushiku station.

Pros: Clean room and good location.
Pros: Great location and facilities. Quiet even though close to airport
Cons: Toilet was plugged when we got there. Plugged again after repair. Obviously needed more thorough repair.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Walls are very thin and can hear everything in hallway More variety of food
Pros: Room Service was Amazing. room and bed was super comfy. Staff were very helpful. Laundry room was perfect and had the comfiest couch.
Cons: Not something to Dislike, Just note that the nearest convenience store is a 5-7ish minutes walk down the road. Everything you need is in the hotel itself in general but if u want a few cheap snacks its gonna be a bit of walk
Pros: They had a cell phone that we could use
Pros: Overall, served purpose and had great facilities in the time I was there. Shuttle bus was on time and excellent. Was only there for 7 hours but did everything it said and for good value
Pros: Location, free shuttle, inexpensive
Cons: A lot of dust under beds, behind night stands, urine smell in the bathroom
Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: The bathroom was so dirty and smelly that i did not let my little daugter go in there.
Pros: Ideal for those that needed to be close to Narita airport or transit travellers. The shuttle bus was regular. Convenience / gift shop within the property.
Cons: Aircon air flow was weak , felt stuffy, temperature control seemed faulty as it was not cooling even when set to minimum. Coffee and tea ,sugar, was not re filled. Did not bring up to front desk as we were there for one night. The front office who checked us in was pretty stoic which was my first for a hotel in Japan but maybe might be due to a busy day. Usage of gym and pool facilities comes with a small fee.
Pros: Was nice and close to the airport, and offered a free shuttle to and from the hotel.
Cons: The bed was way too hard.
Pros: Free shuttle service to the airport and the city. Great staff.

Pros: Shuttle service; had everything we needed for an overnight near the airport; friendly and efficient
Cons: Meal and alcohol prices seemed a little (especially if you were there over a weekend); We had no means of contacting the hotel in advance to confirm arrival as no email address or phone number was provided, and official hotel website was not functioning.

Pros: Oustanding Customer Service and Professionalism. The Breakfast was on point, delicious and yummy. The price was very reasonable for the room. A perfect stay, location, and right by train station.
Pros: Good location clean freindly
Pros: The room was comfortable and I actually had some space to move around and places to hang my clothes. Other Tokyo hotels can be kind of cramped. The bed, pillows and PJs were all really nice and cozy. The staff speak English and were really nice. They moved me to the 9th floor when I said my room on the 5th floor smelled of smoke. You can come down and get ice, tea or coffee and bring it up to your room too. I was happy the breakfast ended later in the morning so that I could sleep in! The location is great, near the station and the mall.
Cons: There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Maybe the selection at breakfast could've been a bit more but everything else was fine.
Pros: The locaction is very good, only a 5 minutes walk from the trainstation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room was small but comfortable and everything we needed was there. The bed was good and the room was very clean.
Pros: great location, friendly staff, very clean.
Pros: It was close to the train station.
