8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was awesome. Breakfast buffet was yummy Staff were great. Friendly and Loving.
Cons: Shower played up the last 3 nights we stayed there. Other than that it was great would definitely stay there again.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was OK. There was not a shop close enough to the resort.
Cons: A hot breakfast instead of a continental breakfast would have been good. A lot of the meals on the menu were not available. The restaurant was not open sometimes because there was not enough people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were looking for a short luxury private getaway and we were spoilt rotten in the honeymoon suite. Exactly what we needed in a beautiful setting. Great food, wonderful staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The girl at reception who said she just started was so helpful! I hope she kept her tip. The fiafia night was amazing display of the culture. Was a good stay
Cons: Hidden cost and also the inconsistency of the policies. Eg the black book in each room I was told was out dated when I showed it at reception. I advised them the swimming pool towels were to be given a towel card on arrival and then be exchanged for towel however was advised that it was changed to deposit. Also when went for dinner on Saturday and my order was wrong twice. Received child fish and chips when order was an adult. Also I ordered taro chips. It took 20mins for it arrive and when it did it was banana chips. I advised them I ordered taro chip and staff said they ran out and gave banana chips without letting me know they had ran out and didnt give me the chance to decide if I want banana chips or not. Was going to be charged for an order we did not make but they helped with that and corrected it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant was excellent, and the staff too.
Cons: The additional fee of 3.5% for credit cards (cash not accepted).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is in a stunning location. Paradise. The staff are so warm and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and help in any way. The shows they put on were wonderful and gave a little taste of Samoa.
Cons: That we had to leave!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Always love staying here, relaxing atmosphere with friendly happy staff. The Maeva Band evening is a must
Cons: The wet weather! Couldn't be helped
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pools and resort areas were kept very clean, the beach was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely the whole time. Lots of daily tours on offer and plenty of breakfast food available. Great entertainment on Wednesday nights with the Fiafia fire dancing crew, we had lots of fun getting up to dance!
Cons: The tap/shower water in rooms wasnt great for first couple of days and then switched off completely but when we spoke to staff they said there was a burst pipe and it was fixed very quickly after that. Also we thought the pool should be open later than 6pm and were a bit disappointed the main restaurant and cafe wasnt open the whole time but we were in off-peak season so not enough people staying st the time which is understandable. Prices seemed a little high for what we got for rooms/tours etc but we didnt know what to expect so next time will do more research first.

Pros: Location and peaceful
Cons: Food selection was very basic sadly lacking in Samoa food.

6.0 Good
Pros: The friendly staff and breakfast

Pros: Breakfast was great, one of the better buffets that we have had. The omlette staton is a treat. The view from the breakfast area is lovely and the staff were very sweet. Only thing missing was good coffee.
Cons: The only thing was that I thought the show in the evening started very early and by the time we can our at 745pm, everything was almost over so we missed it but other than that, a great time.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good wifi Good fitness room with sauna Good management Great stuff in general friendly...even played a goodby song for us.... Stunning beach views
Cons: The guys at the front desk mad a lot of problems out of nothing. Wanted to extend my stay that was impossible for them?!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are absolutely amazing, so warm and friendly and always went out of their way to make sure that our stay was exceptional. The food was delicious, with lots of options and the lovely chef even gave me some of his recipes. The pool was beautiful and relaxing with plenty of lounges and always spotless just like the grounds. The room was spacious and very comfortable and we always had clean towels and linen with housekeeping every day. It was great to have free Wi Fi, that way we could keep in touch with family back at home and see how our fur babies were going.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is convenient by airport and wharf. The porter Faafetai actually was the main reason why we had a stress free holiday in the end. Faafetai is the biggest asset this resort has. In terms of customer service and experience he is an 11/10. He went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed including liaising with reception so that we didn't have to deal with it. The interconnecting rooms are great for families.. makes a big difference to the overall experience with these rooms. The Polynesian Spa is a must do! A really enjoyable part of our stay. Dessert menu, Samoan pancakes dessert is truly addictive. Gotta try it, made with peanut brittle koko Samoa style. Yum!
Cons: I booked an airport transfer at reception with a young man who served me at reception. The transfer was for a family member arriving the next day. However the shuttle wasn't arranged to pick her up. Reception were not helpful when I asked them why the airport transfer wasn't arranged the next morning, and I felt like the blame had been put back on me. Not helpful. We received complementary Spa vouchers and fruit platters as an apology which were a nice gesture. The car rental company stand (not part of the Sheraton) that is situated outside reception area were very unhelpful when we tried to book a rental for the day. So much so, that in the end we ended up organising our own rental which defeats the purpose of having a Car Rental Service on site. Was not convenient for us. These two issues were the main ones but the rest of our stay was amazing. I love coming back home to Samoa, and would stay here again for a holiday with friends and family.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, fun, entertainment was amazing at no extra cost. Beach, pool and gym access. Our room was close to everything. Loved everything about Taumeasina island resort. Enjoyed breakfast.
Cons: Wish there wasn’t too many dogs nearby so I could go for a walk but Samoa has many dogs. The restaurant wasn’t as great for someone eating there for several days in a row. For someone coming from Australia and uses to western food, could add more to the menu such as international food e.g more Italian made ingredients with bigger portions. Menu abit pricey but all resorts have the same price range.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The poor guys on security at the gate and how they greeted us every time we came in.
Cons: It rained so we had to use the towels outside and the cleaner complained about how dirty they were. Kids weren't allowed to laugh or have fun even with a supervised adult in the swimming pool. Went to go look for a mop as my kids wet the foyer and all the workers were watching TV and got annoyed that I bothered them. Above all customer service was not good and you have to pay for wifi which is expensive $15tala for 1hour - it's free at the Tanoa Hotel!
5.0 Okay
Pros: I like staff at bfast.
Cons: I got there 11pm, checked in my room opened the room and the heat came from inside..aircon/fridge weren't turned on. Very disappointed. They put me in the front room i woke up the next day, there were not sure if they were ants or crawling all over the floor.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: They charged us $2 every time they called us a cab. Even though it was the same rate foe 2 or 3 guests, when our daughter got sick and had to stay the night with us on our last night and they charged us an extra $52. The breakfast was mostly out if food and they didn't replenish even when asked. They wanted to charge us half the price of a 24 hour stay for a 2 hour later checkout. They said that WIFI was included but charged us $25 for 2 hours of WiFi. Very rude staff except for the cleaning people. We are both in government in American Samoa and travel to Independent Samoa extensively and they have really missed out on a lot of repeat business from local people.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location to central Apia Staff were definately lovely.
Cons: Way too expensive, loud dingy room, just sheet on bed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a good location but too noisy at night. There’s a nightclub nextdoor
Cons: Loud band at night on Wednesday Thursday Friday n Saturday
5.0 Okay
Pros: Large, generally clean pool (someone had hoiked in it one day, but not the staff's fault) ok bar area. Foodwise, the oka (rawfish) and taro chips were great. The puke not so pleasant. The air con worked. The room was cleaned well each day.
Cons: The room was basic and faded. The pillow and mattress smelt of past users' drool. There was no info about the place, or about sightseeing, or a map etc
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality was excellent. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The bed it's not comfy as to what I expected. There should be a a delivery of food that was order to the room.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location with the market just across the road, grocery stores and food places right next door, heaps of taxis available at any time. Good security, great service, very friendly staff.
Cons: The restaurant is no longer operational which was a disappointment because that was one of the main reasons why I booked that hotel. They need to update their information regarding their faculties. If I had known that there was no restaurant there I would not have booked to stay there.
4.0 Okay
Pros: central Apia location - we could walk to supermarket and markets.
Cons: lacking cleankiness. the bottom sheets of our bedding looked dirty with stains as well as hair and dirt crumbs. there is a lot of rubbish on the neighbouring properties which attracts pests. we killed 5 giant cockroaches on the first night. the rooms are not serviced properly. after being out for the day, I returned at about 9pm to find my room just as I had left it. they were quick to offer to have the room cleaned immediately, however someone needs to teach the housekeeping staff how to do the job right. I had to pull off the bottom sheet myself to make sure it was changed. needs regular maintenance and room checks. the tap was broken. no tv remote despite asking 3 times about getting a remote. stayed 3 nights with no tv. the electric jug not working. only 1 coffee cup and no drinking glasses in a room with kitchenette.
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing
Cons: Cockroaches everywhere, terribly smelling AC as dead rat was rotting inside, an iron which gave me a big electric shock while ironing my clothes. One big joke for 180 tala.

Pros: The view was amazing. The Service excellent. Great value for money.
Cons: The rooms were a little tired but considering the cost per night and the amazing location..doesn't matter.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The environment, the atmosphere of quietness, sounds of nature and the privacy it provides. Remote area and safe.
Cons: Road needs improvement especially where it crosses the river and may be pave the road all the way to the main road. Need to install Screen Doors to help more fresh air coming into the rooms without the bugs and flies coming in when leaving the door open. Openings on the walls for water pipes and cracks in the floors or walls and ceilings need to be sealed tight to keep bugs and flies from entering. Shower needs improvement from slow water drips to some strong pressure water flow...

7.0 Good
Pros: Really nice looking place. Facilities good (kitchen, swimming pool, laundry room, nice lobby etc). Staff also nice and helpful. Liked that they had local fales at the hostel. Plenty of services nearby which is good. Enjoyed my stay in here.
Cons: Fale's can be very hot/moist/humid in summer (especially when it rains). Also have to pay for wi-fi. Quite far from the centre (even though there are some nice restaurants and supermarkets and other services (gym, massage places, hospital) nearby). At night time dogs can be annoying when walking in the neighborhood (can be threatening and aggressive). No airport pickup.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house and its historic building and features. Very clean pool and gets cleaned daily. Rooms get cleaned daily and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious. Location is close to town and hospital.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Everything else was good. But there are cheaper and better budget alternatives in Apia.
Cons: Holes in the mosqito-net. Fan for extra cost.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in one of the fales. It was comfy and had a light as well as two power plugs to charge your devices. The yard was well-maintained. The decent-sized pool was really nice during the hot days, and it had also a deep end of ~2metres. The breakfast was the best one i ate in Samoa: white bread and jam/butter, juice, coffee and tea; when you sat down to one table, they would bring you fruits cut just for you as well as pancakes and eggs (either scrambled, fried or boiled, variated daily) they would make quickly after your arrival to the dining area. The location of Outrigger was superb and the closes tiny market was just across the street. The staff was really nice and was genuinely interested about the well-being of their customers. They also gave good deals for trips around the island: e.g. I had a taxi driver to drive me around for six hours and paid only 200t (70-80€).
Cons: It could get noisy during days and nights, since there was a gym nearby and some locals lived just outside the hotel area, and sometimes they would play music really loud. The internet was not free; I'd recommend bying a cheap travel SIM card upon arrival (I bough one with 25t and had 5GB data, 500mins and 50sms for 7 days).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere
Cons: Mosquitos! ☺

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and air con was nice and cool. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Beds we're squicky once you sit or lie on it, booked the room for three adults and everyday had to ask for extra towel because they leave only two towels each day even though i kept reminding the front desk about it as well as asking for toilet paper, 8 nights that we stayed there the floor wasn't cleaned beds were made but linens not changed and rubbish bins were not emptied a few times. Overall we will stay there again provided that these issues don't happen again.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location was around a few nice eateries
Cons: Whole room smelled heavily of chlorine and there were many mosquitoes in the room. Def could improve on the interior - run down and gloomy. Overpriced for the overall room condition and facilities.
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was extra comfy with the cushions assigned. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, especially the breakfast crew.
Cons: The variety provided at breakfast and the kitchen facilities in our room - the plates and cups (very small) were still dirty or had stains on them.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful and the room was kept clean.
Cons: 1. On the website it says: "wide flat screen television and WIFI add to guest enjoyment and convenience" but it didn't say that you had to pay for the WIFI. Since we had a laptop each, this turned out to be quite expensive. 2. On the website it says: "Serviced daily with with toiletries for guest comfort" but there was only body lotion, no shampoo or conditioner. I queried this several times but was told that there was nothing else. 3. Similiarly: "While inhouse we invite you enjoy an afternoon by the pool" but the pool was a real problem. There was no warning for families that there was no shallow end, only a ladder for getting in and out, and the deck chairs were wooden with no cushions for comfortable "enjoying time by the pool". Towels were not provided extra for the pool and we were told to simply use our bathroom towels. Since we were only given a towel for the day, we were always ringing up to get a fresh towel after we had used our one towel for either a swim or for a shower. 4. "Rental cars or tours may also be arranged through the hotel's business centre." - there was no sign of this. I asked a couple of times about possible tours but found the reception staff far from helpful - so we organised everything ourselves through the tourist info centre in Apia. 5. The breakfast was very disappointing. - for most of the days there was only one juice on offer - you had to pay EXTRA for the coffee if you didn't want instant coffee - only one choice of fruit on most days - only choice between weetbix and cornflakes 6. There was a little kitchenette in our room but when we arrived there was no cutlery at all. After that, some basic cooking was possible but we couldn't do our dishes - no detergent or dish brush. The cleaning staff "did the the washing up" but since this was only holding the plate under the running tap, it wasn't very hygienic or thorough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very big and beds were very comfy. It had all facilities i needed for the overnight stay and the location was perfect - closer to the event venue!
Cons: There were only 2 channels on the TV - could have added more options or other local stations

Pros: The food, the restaurant set out and the workers are very friendly. The view is just stunning and breath taking.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing The Lava Pool was great fun/ snorkelling Loved the outdoors shower experience
Cons: Would’ve really liked an airconditioner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing. Waking up every morning to the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves was magical. The food was delicious, healthy and reasonably priced. Not only that, the service was great. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly and felt like friends by the end of our stay. The snorkeling was great, as was the paddleboarding and kayaking. There are also some incredible walks around the hotel. The road in is a bit bumpy but you are forewarned about this by the hotel. An SUV would be the best option, but this is the case in all Samoa if you plan to do a bit of sightseeing. It was so lovely to see the community getting together and filling in the potholes, but due to typical island weather being unpredictable, rain will do it's thing. We will definitely be back with friends. I was very sad to leave
Cons: We loved it all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the location and the staff was very helpful and nice
Cons: The street leading to the facility is so bad that it’s hard to get there. The food was average
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, location was stunning, snorkeling was amazing - loved our time at Sa'moana!
Cons: Pool was beautiful but very slippery. It was emptied and water-blasted while we were there but this did not do much to fix the issue.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything, remote place with cute bungalows in different sizes, beach, reef and wafes, super clean inside and throughout the garden, delicious fresh food, most welcoming staff and at night you will only hear the ocean and maybe some fruit bat. If you are looking to relax this is perfect, but I have to mention that I visited in low season. It is far off and the road not good, you will need a car or an expensive taxi to get there. Also it is very safe but still better to lock your valuables away.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Sinalei's location cannot be beat. They have a gorgeous, quiet beach - amazing clear blue water perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and water activities. They are an hours drive from the airport, 30min from Apia, and about 45-50min from the To Sua trench & many other attractions. We hired a scooter one day, and a car another. It was brilliant! Their staff is the best. So accommodating, friendly, and kind. Nothing is too much and everyone is very laid back. Gorgeous people all around! Their facilities are fantastic. The rooms are top notch - the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable, well kept furnishings, and air conditioned. We very much enjoyed the pool, bar, restaurant, tennis court, beachfront area and snorkel hire! The food was fantastic! Most of our meals were absolutely delicious, with few exceptions. After 5 nights we felt ready to branch out a bit, but then they had a BBQ night and I'm so glad we stayed because I was blown away by the flavor of the bbq'd tuna! So yum! The drinks were normal samoa prices - not cheap - but that was to be expected, and on par with the rest of the country. They were delicious too! Must try all the coconut cocktails, especially the mojito! Thank you so much sinalei for a memorable and rejuvenating stay!!
Cons: There is no longer a gym, which was disappointing, but if you're hard up for weights then apia is not far away. Otherwise we went for swimming and running. My husband and I both got massages... His was ok and to be honest mine was pretty bad. (I do not think this is indicative of the spa - just perhaps the masseuse. Just be clear about what you want.) There are plenty of other spa services I did not try.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location, settings and gardens were beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The private beach was nice to walk along and when it was high tide lovely to swim in.
Cons: We stayed in a garden bungalow and unfortunately the outdoor shower and opened bathroom were below standard, despite using insect spray and repellent my wife was covered in mosquito bites every time she used the bathroom. The shower floor was always covered with leaf litter and never cleaned. The shower water pressure was poor and made it hard to wash yourself. The food and alcohol service was very slow and sadly my wife and I both ended up with upset stomachs and we spoke with a number of guests who had also been unwell. The property is advertising as adults only no kids under 12, but during our stay there we a number of kids under 12 staying and taking over the pool playing games as (Marco polo) We spoke to management and they said sometimes they slip through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful little slice of paradise- quiet with friendly staff. No complaints
7.5 Good
Pros: Very quiet and relaxing, no kids feels like your on the resort in your own
Cons: Amazing staff, go out of their way to help you, just food options are not great only big let down, also the fale huts need some rennovations, insects get inside the shower but few minor rennovations and this place will be up there.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: Price
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the reastaurant on the beach, the beatiful location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff! The view. The food and food presentation. The insights into Samoan life. The transport options readily available. Beach Shack room design. Gardens and grounds well maintained. Ability to do as much or as little as you want.
Cons: Spa services need a little refining.
7.0 Good
Pros: The design and setting of the resort itself is spectacular. The beaches are outstanding and you can snorkel off the shore. The pool is fab with a great view and close enough to the bar. Loved the bathroom - I had an outdoor one. The bed itself is comfy and the decor is cute. The cookies served with afternoon tea was amazing. Overall I had a good experience but I expected more for what you pay.
Cons: Sauna & Hot Tub Facilities are not included, you have to pay extra - they were empty the entire time I stayed. Its unusual such amenities are charged for, especially in a 4star hotel. I heard after I checked in that a 15 minute massage is offered as part of your stay - I didn't get one so make sure you ask. The room was nice but the "wardrobe" (there was none, just a hanging rack) area needs improving. No light and in the corner of the room so I couldn't see what I was doing. The pillows were also too big. Robes & Slippers also would have been nice. The foot of the bed faces out on to the garden (I had a garden view room) - amazing but not particularly private with staff often walking across the grass in front of the room (hence why robes would be nice!!) The staff are so lovely but they seem understaffed. The level of service wasn't what I would consider 4 star. Nothing to do with the staff themselves because they were great but if you wanted/needed something you always had to go looking for someone. They should have towels down at the pool area as well as pool side service. Breakfast was really average - cereals, fruit, eggs....standard stuff you would get in any motel not up to the standard I expected for what I paid for the accomodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Sinalei was hands down the best place we stayed in in Samoa after spending 2 weeks there and staying at multiple places around the islands. Beautiful facilities, properly laundered bed linen/towels, and good housekeeping, not to mention the perfect balance of beach and pool. Restaurant had good quality food aswell.
Cons: - Included was fairly basic (but adequate), maybe a little repetitive. - some staff in the restaurant at night weren’t able to understand our questions which could make decision making a little difficult (but again not a huge deal) - was a shame the beach bar wasn’t open But honestly very small things!

Pros: + Friendly staff + Late checkout and luggage storage + Good special and Happy Hour offers + Very nice pool and hotel area
Cons: - Pricing vs. offer (not as exclusive as prices are) - Cleaning of rooms (bugs on the floor, etc.) - High pricing for dining
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and the food was good
Cons: A couple of times the service in the restaurant was a bit slow as there were not many staff on. Also, my wife was served a diet coke which tasted funny and when we checked it had actually gone out of date. Also there is an extra charge when using credit cards.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fantastic very friendly and le vasa was a lovely relaxing place for a holiday.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is a pretty spot on the water, and convenient for the airport. Very good restaurant, food was good and items on the menu we hadn’t seen elsewhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool
Cons: Position of the bungalows offered little privacy at night with curtains open for airflow, and passing noise with people and cars on the driveway. Minor maintenance needed in the room after no doubt a busy season.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful resort, great facilities, good price, aircon.
Cons: We were meant to have a shuttle bus to the airport at 415am which was organised the day before and NO ONE was there. Luckily we ran into someone and got a lift just in time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, especially the staff member who picked us up from the Wharf and back to the Resort and the other staff member who made sure we were up to catch our flight back to Australia. Great Food & great allround.
Cons: We did want to swim in the Beach one last time before we left, unfortunately it was closed...
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Relaxed vibe - location good -
Cons: Poor service at check in/check out - after long red eye flight I was still made to wait longer than necessary despite my room being vacant Reception always closed or unattended Errors with billing in their favour Poor wifi service - should not be extra charge Ants everywhere in kitchen Over priced - room service charge 8aud which is more than what luxury hotels charge Pool very basic

Pros: Clean rooms. In centre of town. Kitchen facilities. The staff working here really take very good care of this tiny inn.
Cons: Single rooms have private bathroom outside of the room which is not clearly stated in the booking info.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: While the B&B doesn't look much from the outside the warmth of welcome and friendliness was great. The whole facility was spotlessly clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. An ideal place to explore Apia and surrounding area.
Cons: The loud music from across the road on one night.

6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were absolutely wonderful! Extremely friendly and helpful. The outdoor bathroom is a really nice touch and the room was very large with beautiful high ceilings which helped with keeping it cool. The drink prices at the bar are great and quite a few locals come down and drink there which is fun. The location is close to town ($10WST in a taxi) as well has having a few attractions in walking distance. Pete the airport shuttle driver is also wonderful. Hes a knowledgeable guide who will chat to you about anything and everything SAMOA.
Cons: The resort is quite outdated and grimmy. It could do with a bit of a revamp and tidy up. The food menu is EXTREMELY limit, we only had lunch here once (BUT it was delicious!!). No security on duty at night and there was an issue with some other guests and loud music.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were great, pool, bar, restaurant. The room has a kitchenette and the toilet & shower are outside in a private courtyard. We found that if we needed anything, the staff were happy to accommodate. The beds & pillows were super comfortable. The location was good because it was close to town but not too close. I found the hotel clean and good value for money. Thursday was Island Night and they had a buffet with entertainment and Friday they had a band which we enjoyed too. The staff, owner’s and their family gave this place a wonderful atmosphere and nothing was too hard for them. Everyone was so friendly and I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Samoa.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and owner
Cons: Nothing will be back
8.0 Excellent
Pros: no much more food
Cons: more food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For helping me with accommodating my parents on their lastnight in Samoa. My parents absolutely loved it!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly as I had expected from Samoans. The room was really really spacious, as it had high ceiling, also I had king(?) size and a single bed, really comfortable. The outside shower was so nice, could see the moon from where I showered.
Cons: Though, the toilet and bathroom sink was outside, it may have been part of the whole 'outside bathroom' design, but I only liked the outside shower part. Because of the mosquitos when I go toilet or to wash my face in the morning. And at night when I don't have the light on (so I don't attract mosquitos), it gets really dark and sometimes hot when I go to the toilet.

Pros: Beachfront room. Staff were great and food was very good.
Cons: Room we had due was in need of being refurbished and few of things in room weren’t working.
