Pros: it is a family project run by Amanda. It has a good location and close to couple of nice restaurants. We stayed theree only one night before our flight. Amanda helped us to check for a nice dinner around. The room was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend it.
Cons: We stayed in room 6 and it was facing the main road. Therefore early morning there was lots of traffic noise.
Pros: Great location near the airport for the night before or after a flight
Cons: All great! Super nice host, organised taxi to the airport for us and was very helpful overall
Pros: A wonderful start to a Costa Rican odyssey, Amanda is an amazing, welcoming host and the finca is beautiful. Also her knowledge about the country is excellent, take time over coffee to make and re-make plans, it’ll be worth it! Plus Uber was an added bonus. Enjoy...
Pros: We liked the owner welcoming attitude, the cleanliness, the neighborhood, the breakfast, room quality
Cons: Maybe the fact that rooms are not perfectly noise isolated ?
Pros: This house is an unexpected pearl in the city: simple and charming, the lovely garden and the wide shared areas make you feel at ease. Not to mention the best part: Amanda's hospitality and smile!
Pros: Amanda helped arrange transportation for me so I could get things done in San Jose.
Pros: Very friendly host, nice rooms, good breakfast, great location and cute dogs!
Pros: Extremely friendly staff. It's like a home away from home. Spacious living room and kitchen. Includes breakfast. Nice pub style restaurant 3 minutes walk that serves great fish. Pros: Very friendly and supportive staff. Stayed up to help us after a long flight. Wonderful breakfast overlooking canyon with a nice breeze. Great welcome to Costa Rica for the whole family.
Pros: Lovely hotel with great views of a beautiful Canyon. The staff is very attentive and helpful. My daughter enjoyed highly the pool and popcorn in the salon.
Pros: This was our first trip to Costa Rica and had no idea what we should expect. We selected this hotel due to its location, being close to University for Peace. We were so pleased with our decision! The owners and staff took every step possible to make certain we were comfortable, listening to our comments and attending to our every want without us needing to even ask. Perhaps most noticeable was how CLEAN the property was. I have stayed in higher priced national chains that were not cared for so well! Every area that I visited was spotless: our rooms, the salon, patio, walkways, and pool area! Finally, their breakfast was incredible, highlighting local cuisine. Kudos to the owners for providing their guests such high level of comfort, cleanliness, and care!
Pros: Eleazar was so welcoming. The view is breathtaking with wonderful seating options. The breakfast tamales were delicious!
Cons: The room was small but well-equipped.
Pros: Subperb! Great staff, breathtaking views!
Pros: the folks running it are friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay if you're trying to get back to the airport for a flight. Breakfast is great!

Pros: Good team!
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing. The restaurant is really good as well.
Cons: We had items stolen from both our rooms and management told us we should have used the safe. We are still waiting for the footage evidence. I dont think that not using the safe means you can take stuff that isn't yours.
Pros: Cool architecture and beautiful views (especially given proximity to airport). Food was excellent. Bed very comfortable.
Cons: I thought the gym would have a treadmill
Pros: The staff was very helpful and courteous. The restaurant had excellent service and fresh foods. The room and view were spectacular both day and night. The pool area was beautiful. Santa Ana is a nice location and Alta Hotel is one of the best jewels in Santa Ana.
Pros: The view was breathtaking, and the welcome drinks were perfect. We had the mojitos.
Pros: It is a very nice hotel
Cons: They added charges that were not approved and tried to overcharge me
Pros: Loved it! Everything about. Our new fav hotel in SJ (Santa Ana actually but close enough).
Cons: Just a slight issue, but it happens in every hotel. The cleaning product smells really affect me in a negative way. Wish they could just use plain soap, vinegar and baking soda. No fragrance. Just plain old ingredients.
Located in Santa Ana, Arborea Flats by Corporate Stays is within a 15-minute drive of Ojo de Agua Spa Park and Multiplaza Mall Escazu. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.

Pros: The price, the cleanliness and the newness and high end quality of the apartment.
Cons: I was supposed to have a balcony and I did not get one.
Pros: Fantastic space, the bed was super comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer which was very useful. Only 30 minutes from the airport and it was easy to find with the hosts instructions and Google maps.
Cons: Couldn't figure out the TV For guests staying for more than one night, a second towel rail or hooks would be useful.
Pros: Everything ...so modern...so beautiful
Cons: Their wasnt anything
Pros: Everything else. This place is amazing for the price!
Cons: The map on booking.com led me to the wrong place. Luckily 2 guys working at that random location I wnded up at spent about 20 minutes helping someone who doesn't speak their language get to the correct location.
Pros: Very nice and modern apartment.
Cons: Had a perfect stay
Pros: The bed was super comfortable and the flat is huge! Really liked that you could wash your clothes here!
Cons: Because its an apartment and I got a code to the door (no reception) I didnt get contact with the staff when I was asking a question.
Pros: Fit what I needed. A good stay, close to the market and the reason I was staying there. Staff was a great help.
Cons: In my condo/apartment, there was WiFi - it said so - but the band-width/WiFi was non-existent; I could login to the WiFi, yet I could not get on the internet, access my email accounts, wifi call/cellphone - on regular account or Viber, and, therefore, my computer and cellphone were basically paper-weights, unless I trekked to the fitness room on the 1st floor (where there was an open WiFi). I suggest that your representatives check on places listed from time to time concerning this situation - as a business owner, I had hoped it would be easy to run/stay in contact with my office while at Corporate Stays. Otherwise, the Staff and residence were great.

Pros: The view from the hotel balcony and the fresh air on the mountain where hotel was located..
Cons: The hotel located was out of the way. Not all the staffs weren't very friendly. The rooms were very damp, with humidity and the sheets on the beds were dirty.. The TVs did work and there were no ACs or fans in the room. I paid for breakfast, however, breakfast didn't start until 7:00 -10:00 and I was leaving the the hotel every day at 6:30 for my tours and excursions..therefore I would miss breakfast.. The hotel was too far from the Airport and not as described in the previous reviews by booking.
Pros: The place was great and the staff was extremely friendly. Food was also really nice. The place exuded hospitality!
Cons: The inside of the room could have been slightly cleaner. The sheets and the blanket esp felt a bit worn out.
Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views and a fantastic pool. Restaurants and shops are close by but due to the short drive up the hill and security it feels secluded and tranquil.
Pros: My sister and I booked a stay here as a stop on a road trip. We expected to stay just to sleep but ended up spending the morning here after the staff greeted us and asked if we would like breakfast. All the staff members were so pleasant and accommodating. Juan helped us to an amazing homemade breakfast. We were in love with the jam so he explained to us that they use mostly fruits from their property for their dishes, sauces and drinks. He then took us to pick a couple fruits and some beautiful flowers for our trip. This made our day. Lovely stay, we will be back.
Pros: It’s a really gorgeous hotel. Super views and rooms are big and spacious with beautiful wooden floors and decor and the staff are so helpful. I had a great experience such a nice atmosphere and I saw a hummingbird! I went back to stay a second time.
Cons: Nothing .
Pros: The hotel has a boutique feel to it but everything is also clean and in very good condition unlike some other rustic/boutique hotels I've stayed at. It's located on a hillside and has amazing views in all 4 directions. Great outdoor seating options and a nice pool. Also a lovely indoor lounge with fireplace and a quaint restaurant and bar. The rooms and bed were huge too, I was completely shocked at how nice it was for the minimal price I paid for a weeknight stay. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful, even helped me print my boarding pass before checking out. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Honestly can't think of anything I didn't like about this place.
Pros: Location, good place to spend the night before heading to Santa Teresa

Pros: very friendly staff, good location and clean rooms.
Pros: This was a lovely hotel, really beautiful design and architecture and the rooms were styled very well. Very comfortable space, very clean. The layout of the hotel was nice, with a very nice pool and pool area. Very friendly staff.
Cons: One complaint were the pool chairs--very minor complaint. They were wooden and uncomfortable and unadjustable. They looked better than they felt. Otherwise everything was great!
Pros: The hotel is centrally located to places of interest west of the city. It is in a quiet residential area, Very secure. The breakfast options were varied and very good. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Cons: The one thing that could have been better was the comfort of the beds. They were extremely soft and for a person who has back trouble or likes to sleep on stomach, they may not work so well for them,
Pros: The rate is perfect for quick business stops like mine.
Cons: Toilet paper...every single time I stay here. Either its to low quality or to "eco friendly" for me if thats why is the way it is. Please change it!
Pros: The location is great, safe and convenient. I like where it is located, and the Automercado is a nearby walk. Great food to be had here, snacks or wine for sure.
Cons: I have been staying here for years.... and things have changed a little bit. It used to be that I could ask for some milk with my coffee, for instance, but now they want $2 for a tablespoon of milk (for which a liter costs about $1). This and other things have creeped in over time in the way of charges. The best way to describe some of this is inconsistent. Room price for quality of room is very good in my opinion.
Pros: Had Netflix on their tv's
Cons: Helpful at front desk, but not polite for Costa Rican standards
Pros: Location was perfect and the property was clean, well appointed and comfortable - excellent modern bathroom, great wi-fi and nice rooms, safe parking.
Cons: I didn't get the room I booked (which was advertized as having outside access (patio or balcony). Instead I got a room on the 3rd floor with no access to outside. Breakfast was OK, but took a long time coming. Service at the reception desk was impersonal and not very friendly.
Pros: The beds,work comfortable
Cons: Major sewage problem, breakfast issues and staff unwilling to help with excursions or seeming to have a problem ordering takeout for guest!! I requested to speak with the wonder, no success.
Pros: I've stayed here 3-4 times so far. It's my go-to when I arrive Costa Rica and depart. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very clean, I wanted to take the bed with me - very comfortable! I have only tried the New York Strip and tiramisu - both amazing. A great quiet little hotel.
Cons: Very very strict on their 11 am check-out time.
Pros: The hotel was clean and simple. Nice pool. Comfy soft bed.
Cons: HOWEVER the description says ten minutes to airport. It's completely not true. It was about 45 minutes to airport at 5:30 am. If it were traffic it would be longer then an hour to drive to the airport.

Pros: We liked how beautifully decorated it was. The room and bathroom was so spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The Staff were so friendly.
Cons: The only thing we could say that we didn’t like was that there was not enough secure parking.
Pros: The breakfast food was amazing, the property was beautiful, and the staff was very kind
Cons: The water for the showers wasn’t actually hot, just lukewarm
Pros: Excellent customer service
Cons: TV was small and outdated, poor CATV connection gave a poor picture
Pros: We liked the rooms close to the garden. We got so much help from Simon and Volker. Simon did a wonderful job. Always very friendly and he helped us a lot. Thank you very much!
Pros: The Enviroment is a natural green. Hence seen as eco-Friendly and it’s location is convenient for the purpose I came to town for
Cons: It does not have the full compliment of staff.
Pros: Good breakfast, nice coffee, friendly staff. I picked it because it was close to where I needed to be. Easy bus ride to escazu mall
Cons: A bit smaller than I was expecting but pleasant
Pros: Food, breakfast was good.
Cons: Found mites, and got bitten....
Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Advertise with pictures of a hot tub. Not there any more. Tried to go to sleep early (9 pm) and a repairman was up a ladder outside our room, with a high powered electric drill.
Pros: All the staff were kind and the decoration of the hotel was nice.

Pros: The scenery was breath taking, including the horses on the ranch. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. They made a delicious fish dinner and we ate family style along with other guests from Switzerland. We especially enjoyed the cool fresh air and sitting by the pool.
Cons: The cabin itself was seriously lacking in comfort. The bedsprings were sprung, the horse manure pile was just below the cabin and the breezes brought the scent to us, and the night was pretty chilly and there was no way to close the windows. Our Swiss neighbors were more uncomfortable than we were.
Pros: I loved the beauty of nature surrounding the property..Complements to the chiefs.. The helpfulness of the host finding entertainment. Thank you for the free upgrade due to availability! Living off the grid for 7 days was refreshing.. Enjoying the beauty of Costa Rican nature beautiful!! With fine tuning could be a place to revisit for the weekend.
Cons: Not giving a fuller description of lodging atmosphere would have been helpful. Raw nature isn’t for everyone not small child friendly .Different animals freely roaming could be an allergy trigger for some or dislike (Cats) With the lengthy stay fresh bedding and towels should be offered. Was not confident by the end of the stay if female host was secure with African American Female visitor in home which made the stay uncomfortable at times! For guest visiting leisurely time scheduled with with horses would be pleasant!
Pros: Loved relaxing in the gardens, and by the pool - what a little oasis! Watching the horses play and homemade yoghurt with breakfast were some of my highlights. As well as feeling so welcomed by the hosts, Brenda and Abel. What a paradise they have created. Wish i could've stayed longer!
Cons: Wish i could've stayed longer!
