The room was fantastic - very comfortable and spacious. Lovely swimming pool (although we didn't get to use it) and outdoor space. Great for wedding parties. Yes. I have to say that the staff on reception were exceptionally ill-mannered and rude. I have stayed in many 3, 4 and 5 star hotels and I have never encountered such an unprofessional reception desk. They were very smartly dressed but had a real attitude problem. If I treated my clients like that, I would be in serious trouble. Also, there was no iron in the room which for a 4 star hotel I found very inconveient, especially since guests had travelled far to attend a wedding.
The service, food and accomodation were excellent. Its location is a little disappointing, but gthe inside of the hotel more than makes up for this.
Very quiet and great location - easy to get to and close to town centre. Might be to ultra modern for some.
Very good staff and a good restaurant. Hotel is only 9 months old and very high quality of fittings and fixtures.
luxury, the waiter in the restaurant, the beds, the size of the room, the parking below the hotel pity the pool had chlorine in it so I couldn't swim, and in the room and bathroom there were long black hairs which weren't ours
Excellent rooms, very freindly staff, underground secure parking for the motorbikes, general atmosphere. Price of the breakfast, went to a local cafe bar instead.
very good dining room service and excellent food at very reasonable prices. good variety. room was clean, modern and comfortable -- very spacious.
The room was extremely comfortable. The room was perfect on the first day, but there were long hairs all over the floor on the second day after the room was 'cleaned'.
- location between high buildings, Husca not worth sightseeing
Clean Out of town. Not for a family of 4.
Location of hotel right in centre of town. Own underground car park. Reception rooms were very attractive. No charge for dog staying with us. Pool area was closed even though it was 33c accomodation rooms were in need of re furbishment Water pressure in bathroom was poor and only hot water even from cold tap
location the hotel was basic and my comment would be dont stay more than one night. Evidence is all furniture is worn and hotel needs a revamp not a leisure hotel more commercial in nature.
Its location Underground parking - ramp so steep that car scraped ground 3 times in and then we had to get out without inflicting more damage. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
location, close to restaurants and park
Every thing, all the staff we had dealings with were very helpful and spoke english which was good. parking was good for motor bikes and hotel central to town. No
Friendly helpful staff very clean rooms excellent breakfast
The room was comfortable and clean
Good value for money secure parking accepts dogs Receptionist not very frendly when checking in
A proper Spanish city centre hotel well appointed.Good room, although the view from our window left a lot to be desired. The barman Jesus was attentive and worked hard with his English a real trier.Hursca is an excellent stop over when driving back to the UK a nice busy town. The hotel tapas were not hot, when they should have been. Why do Spanish hotel charge for parking.
we were in huesca for the corridas de toros and the fiesta. The location was perfect, near the plaza de toros, shopping, historic sites, and restaurants. And the staff was very helpful, as my wife had a medical problem, needing a doctor. no
Lovely surroundings and a modern well laid out hotel. It was nicely furnished and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and in a different league than dinner. The dinner was cheap and the quality reflected the price both in materials and presentation. We stayed in the same chain another night and the dinner was 75% more but excellent. I would gladly pay the extra! I would definitely recommend the hotel but have dinner somewhere else. And the pool/spa was closed on Mondays!!
great views from room and excellent breakfasts
The friendly staff, the spa, the beautiful panorama from the hotel, the extremely calm surrondings and the large parking. Also the fact that our two rooms were connected by a door, very convinient for a family of four. Hotel difficult to find, far from any village, slow check-in, dusty room, broken shower (although this problem was rapidly solved), poor buffet and the fact that rooms at the second floor have only a very small window close to ceiling.
all wae good no
The Spa and food were excellent Charge for parking - plenty of safe free parking nearby
The room was lovely no
Good quality at a fair price No
everything the location
we would have liked a swim in the indoor pool but was informed you had to pay 22 euros each which was too expensive. The pool was not being used while we were there and this policy is ridiculous.
Large rooms impeccably presented Very late evening meal (started 8.30 pm) too late for most non-Spanish clientel
General cleanliness of hotel and rooms was excellent. Breakfast was included in the overnight price. No bad points really.
The staff tried to be helpful, although I had little Spanish and they didn´t .seem to have any English, It was difficult to book in, as the receptionist couldn´t find my name in the booking list, and I had to point it out.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Fairly good location on the outskirts of town. Ok for an overnight stopping point, Ayerbe hasn't much to offer. The only terrace is on the roof, with no shade, and the deserted indoor bar had only 2 tables. We were the only two in the restaurant all night, and the chef was lazy - our starter was a huge & uninviting plate of overcooked frozen vegetables, and the main course came with cold potato and pepper. Breakfast was poor value - not buffet
Our room was very spacious and included a large, covered terrace with patio furniture and a lovely view of the mountains. Hotel was totally refurbished about 6 years ago, so everything was modern and in good condition. Breakfast included a lovely assortment of fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, pastries and was attentively served. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Castillo de Loarre
Large room. Comfotable bed. Very friendly and helpfu staff. Excellent, value for money breakfast. Close to a number of interesting historic and geographic sites. An initial slight whiff to the toilet
Good location if you want to visit the Loarre Castle The wireless internet wasn't working...
The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean with modern rooms in a traditional building.Free onsite parking.Friendly bars and restaurants in the village.
The staff was very friendly and helpfully.
A quiet room that was close to the main area of town. It was close to the restrauants and bars so you did not have to eat in the hotel. The hotel was closed when we arrived and we waited about one (1) hour before the manager arrived to book us in. The bar and dinning room were closed as the season was comming to a close. No excuse.
Quiet and close to the village within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. Surrounding area picturesque. Could not connect to internet!
The room and bathroom were extremely comfortable in both size and amenities. The location was at the edge of the small town which made it very quiet. However it was very easy to walk to the sights and the restaurants. The manager was a lovely man who was extremenly gracious and helpful about which restaurants were open on which nights and the hours that the local tourist attrations were open. We throughly enjoyed our stay there.
The people in this little village were absolutely wonderful. The food at the hotel was outstanding and the price was extremely reasonable compared to any place else we've stayed in Spain. It's a very small village but very scenic and just a great experience! No complaints.
Quiet small mountain town in the center of town great alturnative to bigger Jaca or Huesca if travelling in the North Spain mountains.
This is a small friendly hotel run by an Anglophile. The hotel is located at the centre of Loarre, a small historic village near Loarre Castle, "the best castle in Spain". The rooms are not large but are comfortable with a modern design which fits in well with the old building, ours had remote control air-conditioning. The evening meal (Euro 20) was good quality, relatively simple but tasty. Breakfast was fine too.
We enjoy being in a Spanish village but were disappointed that no other guests were there Lack of the good atmosphere that we had experienced on our previous visit due absence of other guests
Lovely hotel in a very pretty village in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Staff were vary helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was very impressive. Had to change rooms because the floor hadn't been cleaned properly, no big deal and the staff were happy to help us move.
The hotel was very nicely decorated & situated in a lovely place, We only stayed one night as we were passing through. We did not like the fact that the restaurant was very expensive & the food was not good, We did have the menu del dia but there was only a choice of 2 out of 4 things & we had to pay for coffee as an extra. We had no choice as to where we ate as the staff said the closest place to eat was 5 kms away.
Welcoming staff in a small but quite lively village square but very safe for children despite its central location. The menu del dia was excellent regional cooking at a very good inclusive price.:the breakfast was in a quiet relaxed environment, with many options and excellent value. We travel through Northern Spain frequently but rarely find such a combination of overall qualities and value for an overnight stay. Highly recommended..
It was a friendly , homely hotel situated in a small but picturesque village. Off the beaten track but in the centre of a good tourist area. Breakfast was good but expensive. The services from the other rooms were very very noisy which disturbed our nights sleep.
Attractive setting. Comfortable rooms. Difficult to find hotel - better signposting needed. The food was fair but overpriced.
The personal attention given by the management and staff. The geographic location. The quality and variaty of the food. no comments to make
Very kind people, excelent food, nice view over the mountains.Quiet and relexed atmosfere. No problem with finding the location. No.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms very clean and comfortable with superb bathroom facilities No
Staff was fantastic, scenery incredible from every room, rooms new, clean and comfortable. I would increase breakfast options.
Absolute peace and quiet marvelous views, friendly staff and a completely relaxed atmosphere..I would recommend a stay here to anyone, looking to switch off for a few days.
Nobody at the reception at 18 h 19 h during the two days in this hotel ...
Very comfortable large suite in a lovely and unusual setting. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Very peaceful, just the place to unwind. Would return for a longer stay.
This is a lovely hotel with very spacious suites that are really separate cottages. Each suite has a refrigerator and a hot water tea kettle as well as large bathrooms and sofas and arm chairs. The location is fantastic: quiet with beautiful views of the dramatic mountains. The owner is knowledgeable and interesting and has put a lot of passion into the landscaping and design, there are lavender and iris and rosemary and olive trees in rock-walled planters. Many interesting places to visit nearby (castles, dramatic rock pillars, rivers, monasteries) and great birding. Highly recommend this hotel!! Breakfasts on the terrace were lovely and staff are very attentive and friendly, however the breakfast itself was only fair.
Very clean and spacious. Very nice staff. Facilities good eg. Dining table and chairs, shower, Lounge chair and T.v, Kitchenette. Need English instructions for washing Machine.
Very friendly and helpful staff; good facilities in room and hotel in general; comprehensive and fresh continental breakfast. car park available but not included in the price.
It is very well located and the staff very kind
spacious and clean rooms with a good and friendly staff. the breakfast hours in weekends start at 08;00 hrs instead of 07;00 during the other days. An early coffee service would be nice.
Excellent location for a train traveller. Also appreciated the car rental service. Easy access to Somontano wineries and Pyrenees mountains.
Good location, easy parking in the public parking at reduced rate for hotelguests, good appartments, only there is a surcharge for having access to the kitchen part. Surcharge for using the kitchenpart. Breakfast could be better.
Location, cleanliness, good to overnight Poor breakfast
According to description and previous comments. Perfect location.
quite good hotel, very clean rooms and bathrooms, good place for visitng the city,
This was just what we needed for a low cost stag weekend. Simple rooms, friendly staff, great location. Very happy.
Nice hotel; budget price through Bookings-ordiarily extortionate. Knockout breakfast.
closed garage and location in the centre of Huesca Not very clean and up-to-date
The Spanish staff were like a family and very friendly Parking is difficult unless you reserve an underground space with the hotel in advance
excellent clean and comfy
Very friendly and attentive family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and took and interest in where we went and what we wanted to see. The hiotel also offered secure car parking. For it's category and price there was nothing of which to complain.
Within walking distance of the centre. The parking was underground and the air-conditioning worked well. Our room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The furnishings were shabby, with a bedside cabinet on one side of the bed and a dining chair on the other. Good enough for one night.
Very nice hostel with good prices
People were suoer friendly. Hotel was clean and safe, and you even had a TV. Huesca is a nice little town where it's worth to pass a day. the backstreet can be quite loud.
Was safe, comfortable cheap and well situated for my purposes. Which was catching the RENFE AVE the next morning.
