Cons: We booked a room for 4(2 adults and two kids) and were given a "family room" It had one large bed. My son was exploring the furniture and discovered that the chair folded out into a bed, which is good because the bed was far too small for all 4 of us. We were not given bedding for it.

By the time we had our luggage out of the car she had delivered the bottle of Croatian wine we purchased! The breakfast was the perfect combination of items. Lots of coffee too! Thank you for making us feel at home when we were so far away!

Pros: The hosts are fantastic. Every guest was raving about the service and meals.
Pros: The hotel staff were very accomodating and drove us several times to the Plitvice National Park entrance a few kilometers away. Also, they made sandwiches for us to take with us from the left over food from our dinner the previous night.
Cons: One thing that the staff could inform their guests who arrive without cars is that there is trail leading from behind Hotel Bellvue in Plitvice National Park to a small village about 300 meters from Ethno House (the name of this village bggins with M). This trail runs parallel to the very busy main road and avoids having to walk along this busy road to reach Ethno House.
Pros: Honest and anxious to please and to help, Owner drove out to locate us and show us the way, even though in the middle of serving meals
Cons: Room was very basic, net curtains only, so could not keep out the light, No where to be able to sit other than meal area. Meals of limited choice

Very clean villa, perfect for a night or 2.
Our host was lovely and she explained the best way to see the parks. Definitely reccomend being at park by 8 am to do upper lakes first and finish with the big waterfall. We preferred the upper lakes and in the early morning you avoid the insane crowds of tourists and students.

Pros: Host/staff are friendly and helpful; breakfast arrangement good; accommodation average.
Pros: Villa Plitvicka is a beautiful B&B. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, it has a log cabin feel, close to the Plitvice Lakes, Breakfast was more than enough, free internet. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: Good location, friendly owner.
Cons: Mattress is very uncomfortable: old-school soviet springs yield backpain. Breakfast is very poor. I've never seen before such thin slices of ham and cheese - 0.5 mm! 2 slices per person. Instant coffee. Orange nectar instead of juice.
Pros: Functional room and bathroom, close to the Plitvice np.
Cons: Breakfast a bit meager, tough ok.
Pros: Good location for National Park.
Cons: Booking was intended to include evening meal. The hotel had no restaurant. Could not and never had been provided. Had to look elsewhere for this service.
Pros: The fact that the owner accepts to change our room (room 4) after the first night of staying, the quiet of this area and the existence of very good parking places.
Cons: The room 4 is rent only to make money and is an offense for the tourists that are coming there. The windows are in fact skylights and are opening in a kind of hall. In this room you do not have fresh air and natural light.
Pros: Fifteen minutes walking away from the park entrance, through a nice forest.
Cons: There was a temporary problem with water supply in the morning.
Pros: Clean and owner was friendly
Cons: Rooms not acceptable. You could see my bed through a window from corridor
