Pros: Very welcoming hostess. Lovely room and delicious eggs laid by Mirella’s chickens for breakfast.
Pros: Such friendly staff. Mirella drove us into town for dinner and picked us up. She cooked eggs for breakfast. Generous hostess.
Pros: Great location and the host and breakfast could not be any better!
Pros: Really friendly welcome. Spacious, clean room and great views from the balcony. Nothing was too much trouble.
Pros: Great location and the host could not be any better!
Pros: The breakfast was excellent Loreta had got up early in the morning to buy the croissants which were excellent or we could have had a cooked breakfast.
Pros: Very welcoming and kind hostess. We were able to do our laundry and the room and en-suite were impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there was products to use in the bathroom. We lay all afternoon on her deck in the shade and she drove us up the road to the grocery store as we couldn’t wait until 8:00 pm until the restaurants opened for the night. We awoke to a beautifully set table for breakfast. Far more than we could have possibly eaten. Hostess made us scrambled eggs from her own hens.
Pros: Mirella is a lovely, helpful person and we felt very welcome here. We were walking on the Pilgrim Route and she really looked after us. We were offered drinks and snacks when we arrived, we could use a beautifully decorated lounge and a spacious balcony with views of Rome in the distance. As the B&B is beyond the town, Mirella drove us back into town for a meal at a lovely restaurant. As it was cool, a cosy fire and the radiators came on. Mirella was lovely to talk to and I was able to practise my Italian. Breakfast was plentiful with fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, bread, croissants, toast, jams and Mirella even made us some sandwiches for the next days walk. Then she showed us how to get back on the Pilgrim Path.
Pros: Muriella was so accommodating. I was walking from Sutri to Formello and had not checked the location before walking Via Francigena into town so I did not realize I had walked in the wrong direction. I called Muriella and within 10 minutes, she had come to my location and picked me up to take me to the Bed and Breakfast. Her personality is bright and lovely. She let me get settled in and after about an hour, she drove me and 4 other guests to dinner at Cucina. She introduced us to the waitress and told them to take care of her guests and instructed the restaurant workers to call her when we had finished our meal so she could drive us back to the Bed & Breakfast. Muriella went out of her way to make sure I received a refund because I paid for a double room even though I was travelling alone. Muriella also cooked us an amaaaaaaazing breakfast the following morning. I mean eggs, toast, yogurt, pastries, coffee, fruit, juice, and charcuterie. She even made two cheese and prosciutto sandwiches for me and the four other guests. We took pictures before heading out after breakfast. Muriella loves New York City and clearly loves accommodating guests from all walks of life. She is a light and I could not have asked for a better stay. The room itself was gorgeous. I huge bedroom with a private bathroom. The room was both clean and extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend a stay at Nonna Loretta B&B. You will be taken care of and you will feel at home.
Pros: Nice hospitality, very friendly, she brought me to a very nice restaurant in the evening.

Pros: Amazing pool - very friendly owner- it is not a typical hotel and more like a B and B or staying in someone's home - they do lovely meals at lunch and dinner (save on Sundays the owner gets a pizza delivery for whoever wants dinner) but there is not an extensive menu and there is only one waiter So as long as you are relaxed and don't expect immediate service then you will enjoy your stay

Pros: Extremely clean. The bath towels smelled of fresh laundry!! Friendly and warm host who was always available. Big bathroom. Close to the supermarket. Highly recommend!
Pros: Wifi did not work, signal too weak to reach the room. There was no breakfast, the owner had a fever so he just stayed in bed and said we should go to a bar (in tbe pouring rain). The door between bedroom and bathroom was jammed open, no privacy. Some kind of machine upstairs wasbanging and vibrating until 1:00 a.m., we couldnot sleep. Overall, a complete disaster--torally horrible experience, maybe my worst hotel visit ever.

Pros: Charming B&B with great roof top terrace. Excellent service from all the staff!
Pros: A beautiful place and location.

Pros: The host speaks limited English, but he could have not been more welcoming. In fact, we were walking the Via Francigena, and this B & B wasn't anywhere near the route. Where we ate lunch in the historic part of town (first restaurant you see on the square upon entering the arch), the extremely kind owner drove us to this accommodation. Later the owner of the B & B drove us back to town so we could eat dinner and then picked us up an hour later. The next morning he drove us to the historic part of town so we could continue our journey. Also, the owner made a delicious breakfast, more substantial than the traditional, prepackaged carbs we often encountered. Bonus: Loved the dogs on the property outside!

The bathroom had plenty of towels and bath products, rooms were really large, with a confy bed and a first class A/C, quiet and well positioned, very important if you want to keep it on during the night.
Cons: Some of the available dishes weren't properly cleaned, we had to wash them again. The apartment is missing mosquitos net on the windows, so if you want to open them, you need to know that you are gonna deal with these nice vampires. In the morning a very slight sewer smell seemed to come up from the sinks, but nothing terrible.
