Not a thing, No wifi and the girl behind the counter was not helpful but shrugged her shoulders when I told her I was unable to connect. She was more interested checking the single men into their rooms. There is no air-conditioning...it's a fan. When we woke up at 6 am we had no lights for the first 15 minutes. There were bugs in the hallway. The bathroom was the smallest I hae seen in Europe.
I liked the fact that there was a twin bunk bed for my son. We also were happy with the location. When we arrived the lights were out and reception was closed. We didn't know about the automated checkin servic. when we called booking.com in America they just said oh well they are closed.it was midnight and I was with my kids.
Junior Suite rooms much better than standard. Gorgeous decor and gorgeous location in town. Rooms are excellently prepared and cleaned and reception staff are friendly. Parking arrangements may not be to some tastes but I actually enjoyed the adventure!!!
The location was superb and in an area where parking is a challenge the special parking facilities were welcome. The cuisine was good and the dining experience delightful. It was a really beatifulr location to visit. Staying in a castle one does not expect a huge luxury room and in this case the room was certainly quite small. But this did not detract from a high quality experience.
I especially liked the decor. I thought it blended in well with the city's medieval setting. Lack of staff.
Location and ambiance. Neat setting in a walled city.
Very disappointing experience, we choosed more expensive room – they call it COMFORT. But we got small room absolutelly not acceptable for 2 adult people, very uncomfortable, totally overpriced for this room
The staff were kind and friendly and coped well with our lack of expertise in their language! Just because we are English we missed the courtesy tray in our room - tea was not readily available!! It was a very warm weekend and we found the room hot and airless. The facilities were basic but the price was fair. We chose it for convenience not the view.
friendly staff good relation between price and quality far from city center
Good location, just two minutes into Cordes. Quiet countrytside location. Good sized room, clean and well kept. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Nice quiet setting but also very close to Cordes Sur Ciel. Noisy doors.
clean but lift access for luggage not shown to us. Also the drive could have been used on arrival to unload luggage. Carrying bags unecessarily
peaceful location - good base for exploring Tarn - good service - basic food - value for money for a family
Friendly staff, large comfortable room, quiet countryside setting.
Romantic place, beautiful park, nice pool
The staff were very helpful. They offer decent breakfast with fresh baked bread and croissant. It was wonderful. Quite and relaxing area. The pool is a bit cold and small but it is bearable. Kids enjoyed a lot!
You need to walk 15-20 minutes to get to Cordes from the hotel.
We enjoyed the setting, the peacock, the restaurant, the welcome and tranquility. We stayed in a lovely bottom floor room, but without air-conditioning. It got very hot.
Quiet Rooms. Dont be mislead by the Chateau in the promo pictures. This is a purpose built accommodation, more motel than hotel. Indoor pool.
The auberge is located in one of the most picturesque villages in France. The rooms are charming and contain all the expected amenities. The restaurant is lovely, and the chef is truly gifted. Dorothy, the owner, attends to every need. Everything is amazing.
Nice quiet village and good restaurant. Rooms were functional and clean and WiFi was free. Staff a little cool although polite.
The terrace restaurant is at the heart of the hotel. The food was good and so was the wine selection. Great French country cooking. The rooms were small and noise travelled around the hotel a little too easily. And it is very isolated! Though the restauarant filled up for dinner.
Very clean and pleasant hotel. Lovely meal and wine after a long day of driving. Hotel has a swimming pool too.
In general, very good: swimming pool, nice restaurant, confortable rooms,.. Located in a very small village, good if you are looking for relax and quiteness.
The hotel was very nice, staff were reasonably friendly didn't speak much English but wasn't a problem as they tried their English and we tried our French! There wasn't any shops or restaurants in walkable distance but the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food, really tasty!
