I can't see anything positive... the small flat tv in the bedroom maybe?...
Hotel is next to the church (extremely noisy bells), and next to the main road. Lots of short stairs to get to the bedroom. Heating in the room was not fully working and there is no heating in the bathroom (the tiles were freezing cold). There was only one sheet on the bed (too small for 2) and the other sheet in the closet did not have a cover and had several stains of what would be blood! We've seen 2 bugs in the bedroom! The breakfast room is shabby and not welcoming; the breakfast is very poor (same jam and salami standing open air whole day long, few bread, ...). The guy from the hotel is dressed dirty and his pants are falling down so you can see his bare but at breakfast! Would never go there again.

The location (old typical village), old house, family owned, friendly staff. Room was clean. Cheap for Switzerland.
The breakfast could have been better.

Very comfortable bed, airy, spacious room- lovely breakfast, fast efficient service.
Television didn't work in room. Need some structured questions in English that require a yes/no answer, when dealing with English speakers over the phone instead of going into panic mode and not listening.For example "do you already have a reservation" - yes/no then if no - "are you wanting to book a room?" Yes/no
