Location The restaurant was awful. Half board was one choice for each course, dogs were allowed in the restaurant, service was terrible and drinks were ridiculously expensive. The last morning of my stay there was no hot water in the room. I mentioned this to reception but didn't receive a word of apology. Parking is difficult.
Staff very friendly. Even had a 'handy man' on site to help us jump start our car.
Quality of Service and Facilities and location For a luxury hotel would be better to not have children play area next to bar and dining area.
Wonderful friendly staff, beautiful location and hotel. The menu could cater better for vegetarians.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size. Ambience and decor very alpine and luxurious. Excellent restaurant food. Hotel facilities and skiing convenience.
the rooms where wonderful, restaurant perfect, the atmosphere excluxive. We loved to stay there. Everything was just perfect, and we would love to come back.
All the staff is very kind and gives you a lot of attention. The hotel is very nice, clean, good music, beautifull view. For the location at 1650, I think it should be a bit less!! No.
It is a great hotel with high level of service and comfort in a astonishing environment. -
Lack of breakfast buffet. Entrance to the parking cannot be controlled from the reception, someone had to come 3 floors down every time we wanted to come in/exit the parking.
We had an upgraded room which was stunning and the staff were all very helpful. The ski boot room was great with heated boots and very courteous staff. The hotel is extortionate! Prices are beyond belief! I have never encountered anything like it. Breakfast which is included in room rate is literally a pastry and a drink. You can expect to pay €28 for a tiny fruit salad! Prices are crazy and although beautiful in decor I never felt I could just come in and order a hot chocolate and chill out - not cosy!
The location, cleanliness, "nothing is a problem" attititude from staff, modern & fresh and location ideal
very nice hotel, would certainly go back again
surprisingly good, excellent location in the centre of the town by lifts and slopes - this is not a luxury hotel but as a boutique hotel it really is excellent - clean and character, not lots of staff, but they were were helpful and friendly- breakfast is a basic help yourself job, if you want to be in the centre of 1850 but dont want outrageous prices, I would highly recommend this hotel
Nice hotel for very good price Final price was different (more expensive) then price from booking.com
Very nice, clean rooms. Nicely desighned. Helpfull stuff. Exellent value. Great location! There was no cable. Only bbc.
Friendly and helpful staff, very central location handy for all amenities, comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet! Room was a little small.
Very good price hotel comparing the other hotels in courchevel, Ski room was very very small, no sauna or spa, breakfast was poor and the rooms are in the minimum size althought they're very clean
Amazingly friendly staff. Great Location. Very charming decor. Nothing
My room was charming, clean, comfortable and not four star soulless clinical.I was allowed to return to my room to shower at 4pm after a final day of skiing despite checkout time being much earlier. The walk to the slopes was a mere 80 metres. I hadn't spotted the room rate was quite so high but it was clear on my booking form so no complaint.
The staff did everything possible to make our say a pleasent one. The location with its beautiful scenery was magnificant.
Perfect location and setting, excellent rooms, service and secure parking plus free wifi. Breakfast room service works very well Nothing
The warm welcome at reception. The well appointed bathroom, the supplied bathrobe, and all the little bathroom supplies, including hotel slippers. The sound of the nearby river sent me nicely off to sleep! It was very convenient for all the facilities of Brides-les-bains.
Excellent and helpful staff. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, very warm. Room simple but spotless, good bathroom. Will return to this hotel.
We thouroughly enjoyed our breakfasts as well as the fact that the hotel was a ski-on ski-out type. Although we had prepaid the baby package as advertised onto the hotel's website we were only given a baby cot after asking for it (the baby cot was not in the room upon our arrival, we had to ask for it) regardless of the fact that we called in two hours before arrival. To date we have not received any refund. The Hotel Manager refused to give us any refund and never apologised. For the record, our baby is six months old. The hotel should not advertise special services like that without being able to support them.
The staff couldn't be more prestative and nicer, the do the possoble and impossible to make you satisfied and smiling. That was the highlight of the stay, we really felt like home. Besides that point, the hotel was recently completely renewed, so all the rooms and main areas look beautifully decorated. The location is great, 1 min walking from great restaurants, 5 min walking from La Croisette. The hotel also offers a navette service to take you everywhere you want. The hotel is also ski in and out, with the facility of having the ski rental store and selling the tivket lifts inside the hotel, so you don't waste a minute to arrive in the mountain. Of course, all of that with the most friendly staff i've ever seen. Trully a hotel to be missed.
The people are very friendly and the hotel is very well heated. The location of the hotel is perfect for sking.
